I arrived in Boston from the far west coast in my RV and collided with a stone barricade in a construction zone. I tore my right rear tire to pieces and scared myself to death.When I found Creonte Tire and Auto I found a business that is truly willing to help a customer - not just sell one. I can’t say enough about Mike and Nicole and Gino and Carlo’s kindness and professionalism. Especially if you need help with a truck or a big RV, they are your people!

Wow! I couldn’t be happier with the service at Creonte Tire. I brought in a brand new set of wheels and bought new Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires. They were obviously quite careful with the wheels as there wasn’t a so much as a single mark on them when I got them back.I was changing wheel/tire size and Mike took the time to make sure the fitment was correct for my car. Great communication, fast turn around and just genuine, good people. I’ll definitely be going back when it’s time for a new set on my wife’s car. Thanks Creonte!!!

We had our tires for our travel trailer replaced at Creonte. The staff was absolutely phenomenal! They helped us pick out the right tires and had us in and out quickly. Everyone at Creonte was extremely knowledgeable and kind! We will definitely be coming back.

I brought my car in to Creonte Tire because I had some suspension work done, but my regular shop does not do wheel alignments. They stuck to the appointment time and were spot on with their estimated work time. Staff were very friendly and professional. After I left, there was a huge improvement, but it still felt like the alignment wasnt quite centered. I drove the car a bit more to make sure it wasnt in my head and called them back about a week later. They didnt skip a beat and arranged a time for me to come back. I returned and got the same mechanic I had before, Abraham. Instead of making me feel like some chick that doesnt know anything about cars, he had their machine recalibrated and turns out it was slightly off. Abraham realigned the wheels (free of charge) and my car feels great again! Thank you for your professionalism! My baby feels as good as new again!Note: I forgot to add that Abraham even called me a few days later to check on how the car felt!

Comprtive pricing and excellent service!

I was the first customer in at 7:40 am and just needed to remove a nail from my tire. They said they would patch the tire and it should take 20-30 minutes. At 8:20am I asked if the mechanic was done and they said he was just balancing the tire and should be done any minute. The mechanic handed me my keys at 8:45am and I left to go to work. No real sense of urgency.

Today I was practically run off the road by an employee driving a company truck getting on 495. Not smart to have people like that representing a company.

Good place with fair prices to get new tires. I have an X5 and had a flat. The ordered me a new tire same day and were quick and efficient. They were very accommodating because I had a baby. Mike mentioned the next time they could come to my house and pick up my car and then bring it back to me which I thought was incredibly sweet offer. I found Creonte Tire and Auto through a google search for local tire shops that were fair and reliable. Creonte Tire and Auto exceeded my expectations in every way. The shop is family owned and run. Mike, Billy, and Gino were patient, fair, and honest with all the questions I asked (and as a consumer who strives to be as educated as possible with my buying choices, I did not make it easy on them.) But they made it easy on me. Their customer service is second to none. They not only returned my calls, but, after an unusual spark plug bug, (which they refused to charge me for!) even went so far as to follow up with me after the service to make sure the car was running smoothly on my trip to New York. (It was... and still is!) I fully recommend Creonte Tire and Auto for all your tire and service needs!

I brought in my 2004 Subaru Legacy in for service, and not only were they fast, affordable and efficient but the car both feels and drives as Good as New!! Went here on a whim since I literally popped flat today on my way to Dunkin Donuts right down the street from them. Called them and they said they could fix it right away so I slowly drove my car down there. Owner is a great guy, very friendly and has a few good stories to tell. Ended up getting both my flat and other front replaced since they suggested it and it made sense (I hadnt replaced my tires since I bought the car from the dealer, 5 years ago). Price was as expected, but customer service is what won it for me. Ill gladly come back to get my tires changed here and to trade a few more stories with the owner. Highly recommended.

Extremely helpful when our rental car tire went flat. They helped get a new one one immediately and took good care of us while we were there. Being a long way from home (Wisconsin) it was good to have a nice Waltham experience. I brought my 07 Santa Fe in to have my front end looked at because I had some rattling going on. I had an appointment time but was early because I did not hit the traffic I thought I would. They were able to look at it shortly after I arrived and were quickly able to determine what the issue was. I had to wait for the work to be done as I didnt have a way home. Mr. Creonte himself was there. VERY NICE gentleman. Geno, Mike and everyone else I dealt with that day were great.

The staff was very helpful, I dropped my car off for service and they went well beyond the call of duty. There was a small flaw in one of my tires and i was happy to hear they were working with the blinders off like most shops today. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I BROUGHT MY OWN OIL AND FILTER PAID $30 FOR A CHANGE. JUST TO FIND OUT TWO WEEKS LATER BY ANOTHER MECHANIC MY OIL WAS DIRTY AND RUNNING LOW, AND HAD NEVER BEEN CHANGED. STAFF IS VERY KIND BUT TO BE PLAYED FOR A FOOL IS NOT RESPECTABLE. After running over a piece of scrap metal on route 2, my back tire went flat and I had to roll into Creonte Tire on a spare. I arrived at 8:00am and one of the guys helped me out immediately. I got a great price on a replacement tire. Afterwards, Bill Sr. - the founder and managers grandfather, I think - gave me a ride to work in his Cadillac. During the ride, he told me stories about growing up in Waltham and how much the town had changed since back in the day. I cant speak highly enough of Creonte - great guys, good prices.

They fixed a bent wheel for free and even offered free shuttle service around Waltham while my car was being fixed! Ill definitely coming back to get my alignment done here after the winter is done. PS their price to fix the wheel was $35 for same day service, while NTB was >$100 and couldnt guarantee same day.

Service and attitude were great at Creonte. This is the only tire shop that had favorable reviews and I can see why. I simply wanted a set of my own tires mounted and alignmened. Lots of places wanted upward of $50 per tire plus the cost of the alignment. Creonte gave me the best estimate and zero hassle. BJs actually told me they couldnt do the work because I didnt buy the tires from them. Gimme a break! I didnt even bother telling them they didnt sell the size for my vehicle.From now on Creonte gets my recommendations for all service work in the Waltham area.

I was actually on my way to NTB to replace my tire that had gone flat this morning when I saw Creontes. I decided to check the price there before heading to NTB because I spent almost $200 there replacing just one tire last winter. Gino was at the desk and extraordinarily friendly. I didnt have an appointment obviously since I stopped in randomly. Within my first 5 minutes of being there, they had already located a cheap, but quality tire for me from somewhere. The whole process was very fast considering not having an appointment. Everyone there including myself was referred to by name which made it more personal than most places I have been. They saved me almost $100 compared to what I would have spent elsewhere. So happy I decided to stop in and will only go here in the future!
