I took my 2016 C300 to MB of Walnut Creek to have a service campaign and warranty repair on a leaking fuel hose completed. I booked the service two weeks in advance and requested a loaner vehicle at that time.When I dropped my vehicle off, wait time in the drop off lane was minimal and my information was processed quickly as I was sent over to the counter to pick up my loaner. The loaner was a 2021 GLB and spotlessly clean.Expectations for repair time at drop-off on Friday morning were 2 - 3 business days, as service needed to ensure that a warranty-certified technician was able to perform the work. I fully expected to pick up the vehicle on the following Tuesday or Wednesday.Communication with the service advisor was facilitated via text message, which is great because it allowed progress check-ins and made me feel like I was fully informed throughout. The very next day (Saturday), I received a call that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was impressed with the turnaround time and that I had my C300 back in 24 hours time!The repairs were done to my satisfaction and my vehicle was delivered back to me with a sparkling clean exterior. I observed a brand new fuel hose installed and confirmed that the service campaign paperwork had also been completed. Overall the experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

Just wow! From beginning to end my purchase experience with this dealership and my sales team went from great to amazing! The responsiveness to questions regarding car availability and feature/comparisons was timely and accurate. Everyone I encountered was friendly, kind and knowledgable. I not once felt pressured, on the contrary I felt like they were there to help me find the car of my dreams! (Even got one shipped from Long Beach so I could test drive a hard to find car!). Long story short - mission accomplished. Closing was a breeze. They were flexible with our negotiations and kept me in the showroom long enough to collect fundamentals of paperwork. No more hours hanging out in the showroom. They got the car ready, delivered it to my home with a big red bow and we signed paperwork on delivery. Start to finish - best in class!

Walnut Creek Mercedes is great. I had a few concerns with my new car and they addressed it and were very thorough. My service advisor was Matt. He’s great! Very attentive and made sure all my concerns were addressed and resolved. You should try and reserve him as your service advisor!
Customer service, loaner department and everyone were all very helpful and professional from scheduling my car all the way through pick up. They were on time and texted me as soon as my car was done. Truly enjoy coming here to get my car serviced.
My 2020 GLB was towed into the shop due to it over heating. It was found that my car had faulty valves, blown head gaskets, among other things. My car was in the shop for about a week and a half. I picked it up on Saturday 10/30/2021 and it broke down on 10/31/2021and had to be towed back into the shop for the same issue. My car was also due for the A service which I was charged for; this should have been thrown in due to the significant inconvenience I experienced. Needless to say I am not satisfied with my experience with the vehicle. In terms of the service I believe the mechanics did all they could.
The key fob for my 2021 GLC 300 got wet and stopped working. MB Walnut Creek charged me $786 (!) for a new key fob. Service here is always super expensive, but this charge was over the top.
My Service advisor is AJ and he is amazing! A gentleman with a great professionalism! He also has a great sense of humor which sometimes is needed in today’s environment. My vehicle was done as promised with a sparkling car wash to boot! Wouldn’t go to any other dealership for my service even though I live on the other side of the Bay.

I did not have an appointment but decided to go when the service department opened on a Monday morning. Great service from drop off to pickup! I received text updates and used the shuttle service. Very smooth!
The rep I worked with was amazing and wonderful. However, there are a few things the dealership needs to work on. One is that the wifi wasn’t working and I was hoping to work there for a bit. I spoke to 2 employees and neither was able to provide me with much of an update. So finally I asked to be driven to the local library. I was then told the wifi wasn’t working.Communication was not great. I’d say overall communication can be improved. I had called to schedule service and was told they were booked, but the rep I work with Miguel, said it was fine to come in (he’s great!!!).So I had a good experience with Miguel and also a woman there who I met in the service department. She was super helpful and helped me answer questions about an extended warranty. She went out of her way to help me.In summary, it’s kind of hit or miss, really great communication and not so much depending on the person you talk to.I had also read a Yelp review while I was waiting that a customer’s customized vehicle that he had ordered worth over 200k was put up for sale on a website with a markup…and his calls weren’t returned…is that true? That story shocked me a bit…..hope there is no truth to that…

I brought my new car into because of a rear seat headrest bushing recall notice. AJ, my Service Advisor was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My bushing were fine and didnt need replacement but they still washed my car and had me on my way fairly quickly.
AJ was most helpful in coordinating the repairs, getting a loaner vehicle, return of the loaner, and pick up of the vehicle. The entire team of young people greeting customers as they drive in are top notch.

This used to be my favorite dealership when I was dealing with a tec named Albert he always made sure everything was taken care of I am on my 3rd Mercedes which I purchased at this dealership I was Pre approved to buy a Mercedes and they told me to come pick it up after I drove 60 miles to the dealership they tell me they just sold it to someone else already upset by there shady business dealings they try to make it right by offering me a smaller car or a car with 100,000 miles I took the smaller car cause my wife liked it but I made it clear this is not what I wanted a week after purchasing the car the check engine light comes on I call them they claim to fix it and a week later it comes on again and they claim to fix it and over and over its been months and they still have not fixed my car when ever the check engine light comes on the car goes in to limp mode and wont drive over 30mph not to mention the car had bad brakes when I purchased it as well and they wanted to charge me $800 for front brakes

I took my car for service today 05-18-2020 due to warranty issues. E-class 350 soft top convertible leaking water on the passenger side. I was Charged for diagnosis for issues related to manufacturer defects. I’ve always had this same issue in the past and always had it realigned fixed my Mercedes Benz of Stockton or Pleasanton for free. Never been charged before as everything was covered by warranty.I was quoted about 987$ for repairs and decided not to have this done. I will take it MB if Stockton or PleasantonI will never return here again. I used to have a service technician called Kimo but now I was given Someone new. Terrible customer service, and giving me attitude.This is a rip-off and I’m so disappointed to have to drive my car knowing it is leaking water when my CPO warranty covers the cost for everything.
