This was my first time bringing my vehicle to this Service Center, Matt Was Very Knowledgeable, and Very Considerate. He even offered me water because the weather was pretty warm outside.He explained what the process would be servicing my Vehicle and what the estimated cost would be. He let me know that they would send me texted messages keeping me informed should they find anything that needed to be addressed. After my car was serviced he showed me the print out of what was done and what could possibly be needed in the future. If it didnt need Attention right then He let me know. Got oil change, tire rotation and an inspection at a very good price. Matt was great. He walked me through the inspection report and gave me a lot of helpful suggestions. Absolutely would recommend.

I brought my 2019 Yukon XL for a 30K service. Matt was able to walk me through what that entailed and got me scheduled. The techs did a great job; found a leak that I need to see the dealership about because its likely covered under warranty. I felt like I got a great value: oil change, inspection, tire rotation...all for about the same price as Id pay for just the oil to be changed at an oil change only place.I recommend this place for those who dont want to be tied down to only get service from a dealership. Will see these people again for sure.

I had run over some debris on the highway that did some damage to the liner and fog light of my right front tire. Central Automotive got me in quickly and Matt was very transparent and thorough in explaining all the parts that needed repair and what was necessary for safety/what could wait a little longer to repair. They also did a thorough multi-point inspection and I really appreciated the pictures that were included so I could see just what they were talking about. Matt made sure to call me first before they did any work and quoted me the full price of parts, labor and taxes so I knew exactly what I would be paying. I was very satisfied with the repair they did and replacing my car’s battery and would certainly recommend them without hesitation.

My favorite part of taking my car here is that they email a report card on my vehicle’s “health” that includes pictures of the things they seem to be urgent.

Central automotive was so amazing in such an uncertain time. I needed new brakes and an oil change, Matt was so friendly on the phone and explained everything to me clearly and efficiently. I booked an appointment for the next day. Due to the current Shelter in Place orders and covid 19 situation, his main concern was for his employees, which I loved. We decided that I would drop my car off after hours and I could pick it up by end of the next day, after hours and his staff had gone home. He also disinfected the inside of my car prior to my pick up.All this, plus he kept me informed throughout the day on the progress. The work was done so well, my car is running great. Theres a spring special going on, too, so while the services are very fairly priced, the discount was nice to have. Ill definitely be going back.

This shop has great service. They are honest and communicate along the way. We have been taking our cars here for several years. They are a little more expensive than other shops, but still better than any dealership. After all, you get what you pay for.

This is the best auto repair/service center in town! I have been taking my car typically to the dealership or a service chain in town, but never really felt great about the level of service I received. I made an appointment a few weeks ago too bring my car on Presidents Day because I was off of work that day and trying to squeeze in as many errands as I could. I made a 9am appointment and was told that my service would take about an hour and a half. Matt, the owner, asked me to send in a photo of the VIN plate on my door jam ahead of time in order to better prepare for my appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately by Matt and he quickly checked the mileage on my car. Matt explained everything that they would be doing and checking on my car, including a road test, and asked if there was anything I wanted particular attention paid to. Even though the office/waiting room was very clean and orderly, I opted to take a walk while I waited. Just over an hour after I left, Matt gave me a call letting me know that they were all done. Theres nothing more important to me than punctuality, especially when its over delivery of what was stated. Matt walked me through the entire inspection of my car, especially the 3 recommendations that his technician was making for the future. I was showed photo evidence of what was found also! It was such a refreshing feeling to not feel pressured into doing anything unnecessary at a repair shop. In fact, it felt like Matt and his team were actually advocating for me. It was clear that they valued earning a customer for life, and they have. Ive already told several family and friends about Central Automotive and the awesome experience that I had. The best part was I paid far less than I ever pay at the dealership and even less than I have paid at the national chain shop. I cant say enough about the customer service, vehicle service and value that I received yesterday. Thanks guys!

Matt and all of his technicians are very knowledgeable and easy to talk with - it’s always great to have someone who’s a thoughtful and prompt communicator. I have a 1990 Lexus which, obviously, is an older model car that isn’t always easy to get parts for and not many auto shops want to work on cars this old or have the skills and knowledge to keep them running really well, but Matt and his crew do and they do it very well. While the whole service team was amazing, Matt was exceptional. He was accommodating, patient, understanding, and very helpful. Going into an auto shop after your car breaks down on your own when you have no idea what you are doing is nerve-racking. Everyone here was kind, patient, informative and trustworthy! They made efforts to keep my costs down and communicated with me every step of the way. They even went above and beyond to change my oil and replace a filter that needed it, without me asking. Called this morning to see what they charged for an oil change. I was put on hold. After 30 minutes, I hung up and called back and was immediately picked up with no request to hold. So basically, they forgot me. I told them I would seek service elsewhere.

After suffering thru 1/2 dozen discount shop disappointments, we found repair nirvana with the crew at Central. Yes, they charge at market rate, but you cant put a value on this kind of quality work. They fix what needs immmediate attention, and prioritize next steps. Matt and his squad treat customers the right way, and worth every dollar.

.Id heard good things about Rob Services Central Automotive Service Center from a lifelong old car friend and referred a friend with a 1930 Packard Model 745 roadster, 38 Packard Twelve victoria and others among his menagerie. Rob and his merry men got both those cars back up to snuff and also cared for my 47 Packard Super Clipper. Many of us with prewar (pre War II, not Vietnam) cars with original drivetrains like knowing theres a savvy, can do team like Central Automotive conversant with such antiquities as drum brakes, carburetors.Central Automotive takes the same care with daily transportation/commute vehicles, as they do with collector cars however humble or august. While no one could accuse them of running a charitable institution, these are gentlemen and scholars who know what theyre doing and wont leave you hanging. A+

A google user,The car is a 2009 VW diesel Jetta - yes the very same that has been identified as able to cheat the smog test, nevertheless I have had the car to a VW dealer several times and each time found their service unsatisfactory. Central Automotive now does all of the repair and maintenance on the vehicle, very competently and in a timely manner, in fact I have had them repair problems caused by the mediocre services of the dealer.
