This is my second owned Bentley and The Luxury Collection Walnut Creek is the best place for service. I had a great experience with Nick, he always kept me updated throughout my service. The service manager kept me up on when parts were coming and when the job would be finished. It was overall a terrific experience and I highly recommend it!

The tech that worked on my car got grease all over the passenger side interior window pillar and broke my passenger seat. I brought the car in due to an a/c issue. Not only was it not working well at time but I could smell coolant. I was informed that there was coolant in one of the cylinders and I had the engine replaced under factory warranty. Unfortunately due to the pandemic and working from home I did not drive the car much in the following months and when I did I was solo so I didnt notice the smudges on the pillar. When I got the car back the passenger seat was all the way back - something I never do. I didnt think anything of it but my wife and I went on a trip recently and she noticed the seat track was broken and wouldnt move forward. I called up the service department and they were happy to take a look. Turns out a metal water bottle had rolled under the seat and when the tech put the seat all the way back it broke the mechanism. They said since there was a water bottle under there and it had been months since they worked on the car they couldnt take responsibility. On the one hand I understand since it had been so long since the repair but they could also see from the odometer that I had only driven the car a couple hundred miles. In the end they offered me a $100 discount on a $1300 problem they caused. We agreed to disagree and that was that. I felt like the least they could do is cover the labor of the install. I was disappointed we couldnt find a solution we were both happy with. As I was waiting to pick up my car a manager type was talking down to a porter and then turned to me and said, unfu#*cking believable. No one in a position of power should ever talk down to their employees let alone drop a f-bomb to a customer. It was very unprofessional. They also didnt even have the decency to wipe the grease pen from my window and used no seat cover or mat when I watched them do that for the Maseratti they were taking in. I guess when you drive an Alfa Romeo youre not as important.

We have bought 3 cars from AM Walnut Creek + their other brands - a McLaren, Aston Martin and Bentley. The repair manager Nick has been great with our maintenance too.

We bought an Aston Martin here, and take here regularly for servicing. Nick was the repair manager who helped us and he is the best. A+ customer service.
