I really do love to shop here. However my 5 year old really had to go potty, and let me tell you about the bathroom. There is gafitti everywhere. Everything in the restroom is covered is bacteria. It looks like its never been clean. The bathrooms have been split into associates and customers the customers bathroom is the mens room. I should have looked to see how the associate bathroom looks because Im sure its not as bad as the customer one. Just all around eee

Having Scotch blood in me (there must be some, somewhere), I enjoy saving a buck or ten at the Dollar Tree. They do a great job of supplying all sorts of goods for my perusing pleasure. Well organized, its easy to find if they have what you want, but I generally hit all the aisles anyway.

I run the local cat rescue and sanctuary and I take care of a colony of community cats. I was thrilled to find 13oz cans of cat food at Dollar Tree. Theyre the only place in town that consistently stocks cans of this size that are not pate - many of the cats wont eat pate.Ive been purchasing anywhere from 75 to 200 of these cans weekly for about a year. In most cases, its been a good experience - until recently.For the past 2 months, nearly all the cashiers have given me a hard time. Theyve loudly made fun of my purchase, theyve complained about the number of cans, or theyve simply walked away from their register when I approach. Two have purposely attempted to over charge - ringing up extra cans.ONE cashier has been kind and courteous, all the others have been rude and condescending.I understand that the cashiers are unable to do a quantity sale without calling a manager. I also understand that my purchase takes extra time. For this reason, I make sure to only go during times that the store is not busy. I try to be considerate of their time and of others who may be shopping - only to be treated very poorly by the staff.I have now searched out an online resource to purchase the cat food and simply have it delivered. The cost is a bit higher than purchasing from Dollar Tree, which is not a good thing for a nonprofit - but I would rather pay a little more than to be treated poorly for trying to take care of the vulnerable animals in our community.

Always nice. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Store was well stocked and clean.

It’s a dollar tree so you can’t expect too much. That’s not meant in a harsh way it’s just it’s all a dollar and you kinda expect the service to be worth a dollar. I still go here!

Didnt have what I was looking for, not one of the 3 things but I bought some things that might work alright. Just like that it is inexpensive so you dont feel like you wasted money for some items. Nice associates!

As always we spent WAY too much money. They always have such good stuff and the prices cant be beat.

My local dollar store it has a good selection and nice staff. Bathrooms need a new coat of paint and cleaning.

Customer service has declined latley, i get it we are in a pandemic but what happened to all the nice workers. Understaffed and long lines since covid hit....

Very decent selection for just being $1 an item. Nice place to buy cards for any occasion. Great candy and food items. Even their gift bags are good quality. Its amazing the choices that people have there from nic nacks, to toys and books, to household and car items, to kitchen and food, to decorations on every holiday and celebration. Wonderful place to shop and for only $1 an item.

Considering there was only one cashier and a couple dozen customers all ready to check out at the same time it was quick and store manager brandy was polite and friendly.

Store is a bit cluttered but the friendly staff are so helpful!

I shop there all the time. Love it.

They have stuff for a dollar. Some of it is underpriced and some is overpriced and its up to you to figure out which is which.

We went to the dollar store tonight. There was a gentleman running the registry. He called for help when the line was half way back the store and after a long while twoLadies slowly came out to help. Customer service doesn’t appear to be a priority. We felt sorry for the one man trying to help everyone.

Two things make this Dollar Tree store great: everythings $1 and theres SO much merchandise! I was there today to get an extension cord, some plastic plates, flatware, and napkins for a party, plus a few items to make our stay more comfortable if an apartment here. I found everything I needed! I always find what I need at Dollar Tree.

The store is always so dirty I dont get it. Looks like the floors havent been mopped in over a month. A little bit disorganized and stuff in the aisles as well

Only one person there is exceptionally happy and helpful.Manager sucks. She dont want to work! She sits in her office while the lines are backing up to the back of the store.

Great place for shopping for candy and drinks and other things for crafts and cleaning up around the house. Its a dollar for every thing its a clean environment and the staff are nice and polite and respectful and friendly.

Typical dollar tree, you get your good dollar goods. Cleansers to plastic. Vases to dishes. Also usually has a good seasonal section. Friendly nice staff
