Took almost 3 hours for just oil & filter change that was pre-scheduled. Not the dealers fault, but the online scheduler app doesnt work as it should as dealership never got the appt information. Pleasant staff & pleased that I could get a ride home during service. Did not get multi-point inspection as I had been getting previously at EVERY visit. Upon picking up vehicle, the Clerk proceeded to try and sell me at least 8 major repairs that I may need simply based on mileage w/o any inspection. Red flags went up at that point. I dont feel confident about the changes at Nissan of Walla Walla, so I wont be coming back.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Jerry Skurski was my salesman and was very thorough explaining how everything worked in my car and even synced my iPhone to the car for me. He made sure I was comfortable with how everything worked, right down to making sure my seat was adjusted comfortably for me for driving. The car was clean, oil changed, it had gas in it (unlike a lot of places you leave with an empty tank), and the mechanics of the car had all passed inspection. I would definitely be a repeat customer and I will refer everyone I have the opportunity to share with.

Cory was the gentleman that helped me and he did an outstanding job! He was able to get my car up and running next day. He is definitely the person I’ll be calling in the future if anything needs to be done to my car because he makes sure it’s done.

I was very pleased with their attentiveness. I called to get my vehicle serviced and someone contacted me within the time I was told they would, they scheduled me within a very reasonable timeframe. I was impressed with the service associate’s extensive knowledge on the services recommended for my vehicle. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I felt very well informed. They showed me everything that was checked, and the status of parts that needed attention immediately, and those that will need attention soon. I was given a breakdown of all parts and charges that were made during my service, and given clear quotes of what cost I can expect for any repairs or maintenance needed in the future. I felt like their business dealings were transparent and fair. I feel like I can trust their service and work.

Very helpful service staff who are knowledgeable and want to make your experience positive.The only negative was wait time. I had a 1:00 pm appointment for a twenty-minute service, but they didnt even start with my vehicle until about 2:30 pm.They took the initiative to apologize and offered me a free oil change for the inconvenience, which speaks volumes about the quality of this company. I recommend them and will go back!

Well I took my 2012 Nissan frontier in November 11th for warranty work, a software upgrade. Apparently the service tech was unable to link (?) my airbags to the new software.... The service department wasnt sure if Nissan would pay for this problem to be resolved. They told me that theyd be in touch the following day with additional information. Its been 8 days; havent heard a word from the Service department. I think (?) my airbags still work because the light/indicator on the dash isnt on. At least the whats the Service department told me.

Purchased my 2020 Chevy Blazer here. Cody Schuening was the sales associate. He was helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would recommend Cody to others in the market for a new car. I love my new Blazer!However, I have had nothing but a very bad relationship with the Service Department at Walla Walla Chevrolet/Nissan. My Blazer started making a noise at 700 miles on the odometer. Took back to dealership, problem still exists and not resolved. A field engineer was brought in and deemed the noise part of the normal operating sounds. I was promised an extended powertrain warranty. Now that has been rescinded because they sent me a $100 voucher for any work future work done. This was neither conveyed to me nor put in writing.

Everything was nice, service was nice, lounge was nice too. but.. they didnt clean the car. which is if we change lube at other service place.. they gonna clean interior or the car..and i pay the same amount even more expensive if compare to walmart auto care.first time service they clean the interior.. but the second time they didnt clean it.. it make me disappointed..and my car still brand new (10.000 miles).
