A real jerk. He verbally attacked a coworker while she was, properly, doing her job. Not to mention, he cowardly waited until the larger men left the scene before he approached the young lady.

I went to the dealership last September (2020) and asked if they could replace my rear bumper on my 2018 GMC. It was damaged in the Walmart parking lot. Totally covered by my insurance company.Was told that they did not have a body man and that I could bring it back at a later date.I finally received a call from Adam and dropped it off last Monday (8 months later)and was told that it would be done by Thursday. No one called and let us know that it had been sent out to another body shop.Thats the reason I took it there was to have them do the work along with 2 recalls that needed to be done.If I wanted someone else to do the work, I would have taken it to them myself. Needless to say, they wont be doing anything for me. Including recalls or service.

First off from the moment I called about my brand new 80k GMC AT4 truck I could tell that Kevin in the service department was unwilling to help with a break issue that GM has already identified as a mess up on there part. After talking with him several times over a 2 week period of me calling him and him never returning my calls then him out right Lying to me about leaving a message with me he told me that they were not able to fix the issue because the vehicle was not purchased with them. Then when I questioned him about it he hung up the phone. I new then For sure this is not a place I would ever give my hard earned money to in purchasing a new vehicle from them or anything in that matter.

Service manager couldnt understand why I didnt want to pay for parts required to complete a warranty repair. Also told me the quality of my warrantied Chevy parts are sub-standard and to expect these failures. Then accused me of calling him a liar. I didnt but can think of other tags for him now. Hung up on me when the questions got too hard. No loaner car offered. Toyota will offer a loaner while warranty work is being done. Will I be back? NO

They sold me a car with no driver airbag, a headlight that was out and a nail in the tire and tried charging me for the headlight and wont fix the airbag till I paid for the headlight. Made me walk 5 miles in the rain, never sent someone fo pick me up like they promised. Scam business for sure

We have taken all our cars to day graves to get worked on. Their service dept is the best! Josh in parts and Kevin in service go above and beyond to take care of your vehicle. One of our vehicles isnt a gmc but we take it to them anyways because they are the best. If I could give this company 100 stars I would! Bravo on their customer service!!

The most honest car repair shop around. Being a woman, that says a lot. There are so many cars repair shops that take advantage of women. It is refreshing to deal with a group of guys and gals that are honest and do a great job.

I just want to thank parts manager Fredrick Gardner for going above and beyond to help get my car going. I lost my only key to my car and he came out to my house in Milton Freewater, on his lunch hour and after work to help reprogram new keys so I could get my car going again. My family buys alot of cars here and that really meant alot to them to know he went out of his way to help me. So Thanks again, he is a valued employee!!
