After being a loyal customer for many years and many thousands of dollars, I had my truck serviced prior to a long road trip. We endured some mechanical issues and a check engine light came on. Upon repair, it was found that the service I had them perform prior to our trip, was the error. The service department had the nerve to quote me $275 but actually charge me $350, to repair the error they created. I expected them to fix the problem, but instead they charge me twice for their work. They said there was nothing they can do. So they have lost a loyal customer and now i need to tell 10 people about it! Avoid this business, I tried to support local but they wont support me.

I worked with Jerry Skurski in the sales team and he did an outstanding job for me. He was very thorough, no hassle, extremely acknowledged in the vehicle I was looking at. When all was said and done, I walked out with a nicer car, lower miles and still with a warranty, than I had been looking at other places for weeks, at around the same price. Before I left the lot, Jerry made sure I knew exactly how to use everything available to me in my car. The sales floor manager was extremely nice and even made my purchase an even better experience. I decided to put new tires on my car in anticipation of a trip, and once again, Jerry and the manager made it a great experience. The service department was awesome to work with, friendly and accommodating as well. I can’t say enough, as a single woman, how fairly and respectably I was treated. I will be a great advocate to anyone looking to buy a car, that this is where they need to go first! Best customer service service I have seen in a very long time!

Do not go in for their mailer thing. The dumbest item they could possibly give out. It says “you won a $250 gift card but it is just a $250 card you can use to buy coupons that you will have to spend money on other items for. Not worth the time and just a bait and switch to buy a car. Of course that was what was expected, but I expected a gift card not a coupon book lol.

My husband I were needing to have some warranty work done on our 2020 GMC AT4. After getting the run around from the local GM dealer who was unwilling to help us. We reached out to Chevrolet of Walla Walla. My husband first spoke with Sara in service department. She got us in the very next day and the crew had it fixed within a couple of hours. This is the kind of service we wish we could get everywhere! They were willing, knowledgeable, and professional! Ive been working with Jose at the dealership for months, looking at a variety of different vehicles. Originally, I went there to look at their Chevy Blazer RS in Blue. I realized it was a bit bigger than I wanted and more than I had hoped to spend. But I was also looking at a small car for grandma too. She ended up buying a new Spark from Jose. After a really long road trip, she realized she wanted more room and went back to get a new trailblazer. I had been eyeballing them since their debut and decided to test drive one the day we were supposed to move to Texas. Frankly, being cooped up for 2 days in the Sonic LT RS I had was unappealing. Jose let me test drive the fully loaded RS first, which I already knew I loved (after months and months of research). But I test drove the base model shortly after. We talked about trade in values and we met right in the middle with what would work best for both of us. I drove away in the fully loaded RS Trailblazer, super pumped. I spent the next 2.5 days in it with my 8 year old son, 2 cats, and whatever we could pack in there. I cant even imagine doing that in the Sonic now. Jose has been phenomenal, start to finish. He basically sold our family 3 cars in less than 6 months. I recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Hes not pushy at all and gives you the time to figure out what you want to do. I know his brother also works at the dealership and helped him on and off with things when it was needed. Theyre really good people. Definitely a great experience every time. Ive been to every dealership in town and the guys at this dealership are probably the best. **Side note, the GMC dealer in town is terrible, even after my bf spent over $70k with them on a new truck. We had hoped to get one with the Chevy guys but the new AT4 spoke to him in ways the others didnt. Jose helped us try to locate a High Country Sierra for a while until plans changed and we got the GMC. The truck market at that time was insane due to covid production issues.**I think the only part of the process that took a while was the wait between deciding I wanted the RS Trailblazer and the time I was able to meet with the actual finance girl (again, I was moving that day to Texas so time was of the essence). Once I was in there, she was super fast, knowledgeable and thorough. I enjoyed working with everyone there. Thanks again for everything!

Purchased a 2003 Suburban from a private party in Walla Walla, mind you, I live near Arlington, Wa. Spoke to Sarah in service about my interest in a used car inspection and she pointed me in the right direction with their inspection that they do on used trade-in cars at the dealership. The inspection actually exceeded my needs, it was a 108 inspection that is definitely very thorough. Most dealers would do 20-50 point inspection. Her and her staff looked through everything and it came out pretty good for a 17 year old vehicle. I wasn’t expecting brand new, I mean, brakes, gaskets hear and there... all in all I got my money’s worth and ended up purchasing the Suburban. I’d highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to get their car serviced and/or inspected there!

My wife couldn’t get her phone to work on the hands free system. At Walla Walla Chevrolet Nissan. Three different people told her ITV was because she had an I phone. We all have IPhones and ours have always worked. Finally they basically told her she was on her own. Luckily my Son got it fixed.

Would never recommend this dealership to any body. Before deciding visiting this dealership, try MCcurley Toyota or Chrysler, Dodge, RAM and keep dealership first, where they offer time warranty on any vehicle new or used. The issue with my suburban is that I purchased it 3 months ago, pre-owned and certified supposedly. I just got the chance to turn own AC and was throwing hot air. Dealership told me that AC condenser was broken leaking. 900 dollars for labor plus parts. They sell vehicle with mechanical problems already, like mine. Called GM and found out it is very common on this vehicles, although there are some exceptions where they will replace or repair this issue. Not only that I had to fix my AC which cost 1200 dollars but I also have to replace rear ball joints another 900 dollars on a vehicle I purchased only less than 3 months ago and only have driven my suburban 800 miles.Please try another dealership or make sure what is warranty covered.

I am one very, very satisfied Chevrolet customer. The service provided by OBrien Motors personnel was beyond excellent and courteous. I drive an agency car and somehow I got the truck stuck . I called my AAA roadside assistance, but they couldnt do anything to assist since the wasnt a physical key issue, and I had complete access to my fully operational car. The truck is only accessible electrically via the chip or the button in the car, and neither worked. I called OBrien Motors and explained the issue. Billy, who I believe to be Service Manager, asked me to bring the car in for him to try to open the truck. I did. He took the time, asked relevant questions as to how things happen and what was the item directly placed close to the locking mechanism. He then gently manipulated, using the laws of physics, and coaxed the trunk open. He didnt charge me a dime. It would have cost me at least a $100 at a body shop if not hundreds. Thanks a million, Billy.

My mother recently purchased a 2015 Cadillac from OBrien in Walla Walla. The vehicle had only 15k miles and seemed like a great buy. Within the first month the car shut down while driving on the freeway. This of course was a safety concern. Once the vehicle was brought into a Cadillac dealership we were informed that the cars computer needed replaced! On a 2015 model with only 15k miles? After replacing the computer the cruise control stopped working. Beware before buying!!! Get your carfax!

Been buying cars their for years, but always in the past had FIVE STAR service, but this time got a hot headed salesman which yelled and screamed at me over the phone and accused me of calling him a lair, for a mistake that was made in their financing department. Thanks! Cody(sales person) for nothing. PS Buy the way, all I said was, what is the problem, and then their was ranting and raving and he then hung up on me. Oh, buy the way., the mistake was the finance manager, forgot to ask me for the $1000.00 down payment, which had to have been the sales persons, commission.

I bought a used 2-yr old car with 27k miles and no frills. I had to constantly be on my guard. They broke out every trick in the book to make an extra buck. No one was pleasant to work with from the start unless they were trying to convince me I needed to spend more money. I constantly felt like I was being taken advantage of. This really was the stereotypical scheister dealership. They tried a bait and switch tactic by lying and telling me that they made a mistake and gave me the sale price of the wrong vehicle and then tried to sell me on another vehicle that was a lower trim level with more mileage even though I had seen the salesman write down the stock number of the vehicle before giving it to the sales manager. The sales manager tried to hide up in an old booth with high walls in the corner of the room the whole time until I had apparently worn him down even though there were no other customers or deals going on at the same time. The only bright spots were that they did offer a Carfax report for free and I did manage to get out of there with a fair deal, though that was no thanks to the staff and it was only after the salesman and sales manager tried lying to me several times about the price of the vehicle. The salesman told me on the drive that they were competing against the other branch for sales and it was the end of the month, so his sales manager was highly motivated to make this sale and would give me a screaming deal. I looked it up later and confirmed that there is no other branch. They only have one location. Then, in the sales office, he tried to sell me the vehicle at the very top of the Kelly Blue Book suggested retail value and told me that was a good deal. When I pulled up the car on KBB on my phone and showed him what the car was worth and reminded him of what he told me on the test drive, he asked me how much I thought it was worth. I told him I wanted the car for the amount shown on KBB as fair market price, and his response was, I dont know if my sales manager will go for it but I can ask. The sales manager counter offered with about $200 more and I didnt want to split hairs at that point so I agreed. My advice would be to stay away, but if you are planning to shop here, do yourself a favor and arm yourself with information including the sale price of the vehicle (sometimes available online, rarely available in person and may change from the time you test drive the car to the time you sign papers), dont let them try to convince you that they made a mistake in the sale price and try to put you in another vehicle that would be more lucrative for them, dont let the finance manager try and convince you that your auto insurance agent providing you gap insurance is trying to take advantage of you and therefore you should buy gap insurance from the dealership, and dont go in there alone, no matter how confident you are in your ability to fend off old fashioned sales tactics. Double check all forms and figures before you sign anything, even if you already shook hands or signed elsewhere.

The waiting room was probably the most ghetto waiting room I have ever seen at a dealership in my life. There was only empty coffee pots and an empty popcorn machine. The remote to the TV was not even provided. The chairs were not comfortable and the room was incredibly small.It took them two and a half hours just to tell me my radio doesnt work and provide a quote for a new one at $1100. When I looked up the radio online it was $60. Cant say a good thing about my experience.
