Alex is absolutely awesome! Each time I go in to upgrade my phone or sons phone, I request Alexs help. Hes patient, kind, helpful, and professional!

The customer service was good. He was very helpful. However, their online ad says phone repair but they dont 😒

The customer service is great. Been going there for the past 2 years. And everytime my fiance and I go there we a treated very well. We no longer live in Waldorf but I still go there to either upgrade our phones or if there is any issues that I know they can resolve. I definitely recommend THIS MetroPCS.

Horrible Service and People! The people who work there are incompetent and do not care about the customer. They have bad attitudes and they will lie to you about the service and other things. I would have given them a 0 but google requires a rating of at least 1. Dont go to the store beside the 7-11 store in Waldorf unless you like bad customer service.

Great, knowledgeable customer service and good products. The only down side is if you are getting a new phone there will be a little wait to get I programmed but overall good spot to get cell products

By far the worst customer care ever. The technician talked down to me and was visibly annoyed because he (ALEX) could not accurately explain store policy. After talking with a supervisor through the 1-800 number, I decided to cancel my service with metropcs. I was finally given a refund for prepaid services that Alex said would NOT be refunded.....

Great people and atmosphere. . Alex is a very big help to me when I come in.

Yay! Switched from at&t and the service is so much better. The store employees got me set up in no time and I got to listen to music while they ported my number over. The free Samsung I got feels like a steal because it feels premium. Not to mention my bill is super cheap. MetroPcs/T-Mobile rocks!!!
