The guys that work here are awesome! Somehow they helped me get a new phone and saved me money on my bill. I didnt have to wait in line or anything. They were super knowledgeable! At first I had a hard time finding it but Im glad I did. Its right next to Kohls!

The entire experience at the Verizon store located at The St. Charles Town Center in Waldorf was excellent. Their staff continues to provide top notch customer service. They always answer all my questions, no matter how big or small. This store is the reason I am still with Verizon.

I went in because my phone battery was having issues. I knew exactly which phone I wanted and they had it in stock. Not only did Trevor help me with my phone, but he helped me with the Hum device and some things on my account. This was one of the VERY few times Ive been in a Verizon wireless store and didnt want to scream from frustration!! I will be coming here from now on when I have any Verizon Wireless needs!!

Went to Verizon tonight 7/9/19 to pay bill. Rep charged my credit card for $315 when I asked him to charge $157!! When I discovered this and asked Rep why he did this, he said maam dont ask any questions I meant to charge the $157...He then became rude to me when I asked him to reverse the charge and re-enter my payment as I requested. Tep then said very rudely for me to get out of his stire!! Ive never been treated so rudely!! If anyone has to make a payment before close of business Do Not go to this location!!!

I bought a somewhat bundle from this store and they were suppose to give me discounts and they did not after about a month had passed I get a text on my phone stating I owe them 472 some odd dollars for their mistake I called the customer service section and this young lady pretty much laugh in my face and said my service would be terminated if I didnt pay the 400 and some odd dollars I am done with Bervizon they are after your money.i would not even give them a corner of a star they would post it without giving them a star

Never go hereThey are rude and so disrespectful!They will never get my business again and I hope they lose business.... They give Verizon a bad name
