I ordered online aluminum pans for my jot dog roast. I waited several minutes to pickup items, just need better organizing. There should be a separate line for ballon pickup.They allowed folks who were not dressed properly (pajamas and wrapped in blankets) in the store.

Prices were fair on Holloween selection. The store was mostly neat an clean and the staff was courteous.

My baby was so excited when I came home with her balloons. I also liked that my order was ready a little early also. They never disappoint.

Ordered balloons online to be inflated and picked up in store, when ordering it explains you must purchase weights separately and to let them know how youd like the balloons organized/bundled together. I wasted my time purchasing weights and specifying how I wanted the balloons. They completely ignored instructions, I picked up one huge bundle with all my balloons and no weight. The clerk told me the weights were in the bag with the rest of my things (why didnt they put them on?) & they were not in the bag!!! Disappointed.

They do not have princess and the frog, then I got lady we have jasmine and the Hawaiian girl that it then isnt princess and frog old yeah so is snow white my response. Smh back to Amazon I go.

Great service. I came in for a balloon among other things. I didnt expect to receive it the same day, even though I wanted to. The clerk initially said there was a wait of an hour. Not bad. I offered to come back later or on Saturday, when I actually need it. She had it done for me right then. Unexpected great service is the best. Thanks!

There was a awful smell coming from the back of the store. :( Plus, I bought a plastic tablecloth that was on sale. I was in such a hurry to get out of there, I didnt get the sale price. :(

Customer service was very nice, however this review is about the companies pricing not the employees... WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the most basic things like balloons.. want helium in your ballons?? ..they make you pay twice for the same package of balloons plus the inflation for each balloon inflated- makes absolutely no since... $36+ for a small helium tank that wont blow up more than 10-15 ballons depending on size... $50+ on a tank that wont blow up more than 20 balloons.. I blew my own balloons up. If your throwing a young adult party or even a bachelorette party- slim pickins as far as style choices are concerned.. only slightly ok for children, graduates and holiday themed styles. Spent $300 on cheaply made- dollor store items... 1 pack of plastic cups, pack entre plates, 2 happy bd banners, 4 packs of 12count 12inch balloons, 2 packs of 5- 4inch paper lanterns, 1 plastic small centerpiece form (didnt come with any balloons), 1pack of spiral hanging tinfoil star thingies, 2 bags of candy melts, 2 bags of assorted candies, a cake pop kit, a pack of 3 spatulas and cake sprinkles. I checked and could of gotten the same items but better quality on Amazon- plus strobe lights, a dico ball, ring light and studio quality backdrop for $60 less. NEVER AGAIN WILL I MAKE THIS MISTAKE. Not worth the quality of items in the store... half of the confetti balloons had holes in them. Money waisted here. EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE THO.

The customer service at this place is pathetic nothing but a bunch of worthless uneducated people working at this location . Very rude uncivilized group of people with a lack professional customer service . Have of them look like they originated or came from the armpits toilets of prince George’s County Maryland. Just disgusting poopy attitudes they all probably only have a 6 grade education. these types of people make me sick to my stomach to just even look at them.

Went to the party store today for balloons for my daughter. The one worker ignored me didn’t say two words but two women came in right after me and they were sure to ask them if they needed any help. I find the balloons I want wait in line to see a little sign saying they don’t have helium. How are you a party store with no helium? At minimal why still have all the balloons filled up and all over the store? I asked if they had helium once again 2 of the girls ignored me and one said no in a nasty way. Wouldn’t have been so bad if it wasn’t for the nasty attitudes of the workers.

I came to Party City to look for some birthday balloons for my little get together this week. Anyways, I asked the manager to please get someone to get me down a piñata and she caught an attitude really quickly and what manager is supposed to act like that. Especially when they are representing the company. Afterwards she raised her voice at me and told me to get in line to pay and I said i’m waiting for my mother and my mom asked her some questions about the balloons and she rolled her eyes. Personally I disliked the way she treated my mom and me.

This particular store can be frustratingly inefficient at times and spectacular at others. its normally well organized and the aisles have enough room to view all the products. Great selection of items around Halloween and you can always find things for seasonal parties, birthdays weddings etc. not the best store in the chain but not the worst either.

I came it at closing time and the staff was nice enough to take my balloon order without complaining. I needed the balloons to release in honor of my deceased grandmother. They also gave my daughter a free heart ball on which she loved. This helped put a smile on our face on day when it was easy to feel a little down.

Even though we had 4 different people tell us consecutively that the store was closed/closing while we were at the register in line and getting one last thing, it was great! Because they were so pressed to leave they didnt bother to go check their signs when we said that a few of our items should have been half off so we got our whole total half off. Thanks for saving my pockets Party City!

This is the only place I know that sales jaw breakers. I went here because my daughter wanted a bubble guppies themed birthday party and they didnt have them at all. So I had to go online and get it. This place has alot of things but it doesnt have everything.

They have NEVER been able to fill the balloons I buy from them on a reasonable time frame. Might as well buy your balloons online and go to Safeway to get them filled. Not worth the hassle here.

My balloon was deflated within an hour of purchasing. Which was especially frustrating because it was of course the most expensive and biggest of the balloons I purchased.

Store Manager Tatiyna is the worse you could have representing your company!!! If I did not need the items I would not have brought them. Thank God when I got to the register that Regina was not a reflection of her Manager! Regina had great customer service and should train her Manager on Customer Service. Regina is Amazing and would be the only reason I would return to this location.

Simply put, if its party goods you need, Party City has it. Staff is helpful and polite.

Low on balloons. Every good balloon I picked was out of stock. I went through atleast 10 before I had to settle with what they had for Birthday balloons. Then I was told there is a 25 minute wait after I purchased my balloons.

There are never have enough cashiers. I always have to wait in long lines. Great party themes and decorations to choose from. Some of their catering items are pricey.

This location has a vast and varied selection of products from which to choose. I found everything I needed for bridal shower games. They had lots of products for Halloween and kids birthday parties, etc. I had a cart and getting it down some of the aisles was an extremely tight fit.

If I could give it no stars that’s what they earned. Seems like party city has lost it’s customer service skills or they hire people that doesn’t carry out their policy and procedure for great customer service. I placed an online order that said it would be ready by 3pm. I reached Party City at 3:25pm. I went to online order line, the CR first didn’t greet me and a few others, I finally said, I placed an online order it should be ready. Latoya asked for my name and couldn’t find it, I then gave her my email with the order number and sku. She scanned with no order found. Latoya states they have must cancelled your order, I told her I didn’t receive an email for a cancel. She then stated well I just got here I don’t know what’s going on. I couldn’t believe that response when she works there as a supervisor. I would have thought she would say I apologize we are going to get this done now. She goes behind the counter and ask the cashier who was ringing up. She said nobody said anything to her, then as she is walking back to the online order side she picks up the Retirement balloons I ordered, walks to the air station. Latoya then blows up another customer balloons! Unbelievable I told her I had to be to the Retirement Celebration at 4:00pm. She disregarded that and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. She asked another CR to come inflate the balloons. Poor customer service skills. I will call corporate so they can sharpen up. They should be greeting people immediately and always. Ridiculous experience.

The only reason I ended up here is because I had a last minute party come up where I needed balloons and this is the only option open at 830am on a Saturday. Ive been here before and long story short... VOWED TO NEVER COME BACK because its that terrible in there! Long wait times, extremely rude staff, and not one dang person that works there is going to go the extra mile to help a customer. What you will get instead is a bunch of teenagers who could care less about having a job. Im surprised that this store has been open all these years. But even more surprised that management hasnt taken the time to hire some professionals and not children due to the reviews that they have been getting for at least 2 years. Ive written corporate years ago, but that did nothing. They better hope that a franchise owner isnt watching these reviews, because there are a lot of angry customers that would gladly give their money to another store and help put this one OUT OF BUSINESS! Im in the store now writing my review... Ive literally been here since 836am waiting on 12 balloons to be blown up (theyve been blowing up balloons for customers that arent here)... And the time now is 942AM! Seriously you cant stop what youre doing to blow up my 12 balloons???? Im the only one waiting and it would take all of 3 minutes to get me out the way. TERRIBLE!

Only 1 cashier and line was long. You can find some great .99¢ birthday balloons if you look to the top left hidden around by the entrance door! They are there just not readily visible lime the $4+ ones!

The one cashier was nice and helpful while the rest of them werent too nice one employee almost knocked me over and rude. Its not like what it used to be Im just different and prices are way too high I can go somewhere else and get it for a cheaper price. The line to check out was very long. Only 3 cashier to check out.

To be honest I was a seasonal employee there. They lines are very long because they dont teach us how to use them. I was 1 of 10 people and only 1 girl was told how to do it. The manger Melissa is extremely rude to employees and customers. They dont know how to stock anything. They have costumes that come with masks and dont order the mask. I got in trouble many times trying to help people that needed anything that wasnt in my hall. And I would get in trouble for telling people if we didnt have something to try dollar tree, five below, spirit Halloween etc. I would get yelled out in front of customers all the time for things I didnt know or didnt do. A lot of there items are over priced. It just not a place to go if your looking for friendly people everyone is sad and mean. But I understand why. I would never go there to shop or work. Just sad when I go into other halls and people are begging me for help because no one will or they said they would and just walked away.

The manager was rude and lazy. Instead of helping out at the register she was walking around directing customers on where to go if they wanted to be helped, instead of helping them! I was waiting for balloons by the counter to the right where the balloons are blown up and she told me to get in line and order them when I get to the register and they will blow them up. I already picked out the latex colors I wanted and just needed two decorative ones to go with them. I walk around the store to get the other items I went in there for and by the time I go to the front to check out the line was cleared. Im thinking great, this wont take long. I tell the young lady at the register which balloons I want and she radios on her walkie how long is the wait for balloons. The manager responds saying 20 minutes! I look over to the counter where I was earlier and theres no one waiting for balloons or blowing up any balloons. So why is there a 20 minute wait!? I told her what the manager said about getting in line and the manager responded by repeating 20 minutes is the wait. The young lady asked me if I want to wait and I told her no, I then left everything on the counter and walked out. As Im walking to my car I see the manager and one other employee outside talking. Poor management and lack of customer service.I went to the Dollar Tree and received better service and it was cheaper!! Shouldve went there first! Never going back to this location ever again.

OMG I would give this place negative stars if I could. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I also heard one employee speak in the worst possible way to another. She said, Where did you put that? Im going to kick you in the back. Then when she saw me she asked Is there something you are looking for? There were boxes everywhere on the floor. It was a tripping hazard and fire hazard in my opinion. There were some isles where I literally had pick up the cart because items were all over the floor. It looked like a tornado went through there. In the end, I put everything back .....in front of the lady. There was no apology or acknowledgement. I am contemplating calling corporate because it was so bad in there.

Staff is super rude at this store! Trying to get one balloon takes an act of Congress! The clerk, Elisha, blew up my balloon and just let balloon float up to the net & walked away. 10 minutes later she walked back & asked me about my order like she didnt remember what she had just done! Really! Spoke with the manager, Melissa- she was very nice. Hope she is able to correct this situation!

They have a lot of cheap junk for parties that adds up and isnt cheap. The checkout also takes forever with very long lines. The parking area also is pretty inconvenient. That said, when you need party stuff or balloons, there isnt really another option.

Despite a super long line, the manager only had two registers open. There were three other employees that could have been put on registers, however, they were putting up seasonal items. I witnessed the manager get very rude towards several customers without provocation. Not a way to get repeat business.
