I’ve had the pleasure of working with James Zambrano on several printing jobs over the 6 months ranging from brochure prints to tedious acrylic plaques to honor fallen officers to graphics for museum exhibits and displays. James has been extremely patient with myself and other staff to ensure these jobs are completed on time, but also at a high quality.You all have a gem of an employee!

His creative imagination and knowledge of his craft in printing has brought life to what would be just a normal day at the office. Excellent work. I called every vinyl wrap and print shop from northern VA up to Baltimore for a unique job I wanted done. They all said the same thing.... sorry we dont do that sort of work. Heritage Printing & Graphics listened to my request and worked me. I couldnt be happier with the result. After having a truly awful experience with another company, we turned to Heritage and were so glad we did. Part of our big ask was to reduce how noticeable seams would be in between panels for our mural. Heritage helped us by offering a far better product than we had seen with other companies with a thicker material and french seams, which after installation are nearly impossible to detect. James was very pleasant and timely, fielding all of our questions throughout the process. We noticed this company is ISO certified and it is no wonder! They were even able to install a full week earlier than planned, and our company loves the mural that Jeff installed.
