WOW! Excellent, professional & fast service. I needed an engraved name plate for an award ASAP. Normally, I go to Things Remembered in the mall, because I didnt know of any other engraving companies. Due to COVID-19 the mall was closed. Found Crown Trophy & not only did they do an excellent job--they also turned around my order in a matter of hours. Awesome company!! I gave them a last minute order..with only two days to complete some football trophies and engraving. I called two hours before the pick up time and made changes ..style of trophies and engraving. My order was completed ON TIME AND BEAUTIFULLY DONE!! Rhonda was my salesperson. I had a great experience dealing with the staff at Crown Trophy, they was very helpful with a last minute order.

Put in an order for a company awards banquet, received confirmation that order was received and all was good. When I went to pick up order, they did not have it. They acknowledged that it was received, however, due to their complete incompetence and unprofessional business practices, they didnt have my order processed. When I confronted the staff, they all had an Oh well attitude. Crown Trophy is a complete joke and a mess of a business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

They have plenty of trophies on display for you to see and visualize for the type you are looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful, and can order any trophy you want if they dont carry it.
