Absolutely love my local Starbucks, they are clean, fast, and make me feel welcome and well cared for. I often need to work for hours at a time and sitting in the coffee shop atmosphere here really helps my productivity!

I meant to write this review the other day, but i got busy. I believe her name was Lucia, but she was AMAZING and so friendly!!! While waiting for my food in the drive thru line she made simple conversation, got my drinks to me quickly, and was just all around great. I haven’t always had the best service when visiting this location, but she made up for it!

Hands down- one of the busiest Starbucks around. Whenever I come in, which is once a week or so. They are always so nice and welcoming. But this weekend stands out most, my family had a mixup with our food and Ashley, was super nice and fast to fix everything. Kudos to them! WILL BE GOING BACK.

Love this store! Great workers, only had my drink messed up once so far here and they were quick to remedy that. Clean store, quick service and nice workers, what more can you ask!

This place has wonderful service. John O was so great in the drive thru this morning. We had a great little conversation as I waited for my egg bites. Usually someone just closes the window door and waits for the the food but he took the time to ask me about my day. Kudos to him for making my morning that much brighter.

By far the best Starbucks experience. Me and my family were traveling and went through the drive through, Corrina and Ashley were absolutely amazing, the best. Fast friendly, they all deserve raises.

A very Frequent stop for us in Wake Forest. We have done a mixture of mobile app ordering and in person ordering and every time they have got our orders right. I will say that the drive thru gets busy, but that is Starbucks for you.Be careful in this parking lot! It is tricky and a lot of people drive choatically in it. I would recommend turning right out of the parking lot as the left turn to go to 98 can be really tricky and unless you really need to get on Capital or 98 immediately, turning right really wont delay your journey much!

My baby girl works there and this location works for us, coming from the direction we live at. Go see 👀 Zoe, shell give you exceptional service. Sweet girl!

They are working hard at providing great service! Even though my order was initially wrong, they quickly corrected it and an awesome teen held a polite conversation with me as we waited! I always try to stop by this location when I need my starbucks fix!

Got a Caramel Macchiato. The flavoring was all settled on the bottom.

One of the busiest Starbucks and the friendliest. They are hands down on the nicest staff. However this shopping center is a total Charlie Foxtrot for drive thrus and parking.

Ordered an iced caramel macchiato and an iced decaf sugar free iced coffee. Told them 3 times that the decaf was iced. Had to wait forever for the decaf and when we finally got it they handed us a cup of hot coffee. They fixed it by pouring it over a cup of ice. Then we left and I took a sip of my iced caramel macchiato only for it to have no caramel in it and to not be sweet at all. Way to get nothing right. Thank goodness there are other Starbucks in town. Ill try them next time.

Waiting over 30 minutes for a tall pumpkin spiced latte that tastes like watered down cinnamon milk with barely any coffee. The staff was super rude and was prioritizing to other people over my order.

Early riser and early visit. The staff was just as friendly as a nine AM visit. I enjoy my coffee on my commute.

We love this starbucks so much and its really clean and nice place to relax and chill, but they usually make our drinks pretty weak with hardly any sauce or flavoring in it but thats the only problem! Still great though!

Food and drinks are great its just the wait time on sunday mornings that aint it. Multiple times ive placed online pick up orders ( giving 10-15mins before arrival) but have had to wait about 20mins+ after arriving. I understand high demand but sometimes wait is ridiculous.

This starbucks is the slowest location i’ve ever been to. consistently. i live in wake forest and this location is the closest to my house but i know to only go here when i’m not in a hurry.

Every single time I get a cold drink they give me a cup full of syrup at the bottom, beverage isnt even enjoyable 😐 Ive tried several times to give them a chance & its the same every time I order. McDonalds of coffee.

The store and employees are fine and operate smoothly. I just get tired of them closing early. It says 5:30 till 10 and there are 3 people at the door including myself at 9:35pm. If your going to close early just change the time.

Awful Starbucks. You’ll wait in line for 30 minutes and then get an awful tasting drink. Will not be returning.

Coffee was as expected but us and another group getting kicked 4t minutes before closing is annoying. In asking if the main area was closed due to COVID restrictions or staffing shortages I was met with a rambling and stuttering response about them being short staffed, having been slammed, needing to clean, and a few other excuses.Still unsure why were kicked out because it isnt like the presence of us and the other party anyway inhibited the tasks we watched them complete. They were still accepting orders through drive-thru so it isnt like they had reduced customer demand.

The crew here is very sweet. They have their off days at times, but its a good Starbucks.

Always nice staff and delicious coffee. Only 4 star because drive through can be a little too slow if youre in a hurry. However, it may just be due to larger/more difficult orders and they handle a lot of traffic in a day.

Great new addition to Wake Forest and in a very convenient location. New furniture is short, but they did it that way to make the store feel much more ooen. We love it.

I saw this sign yesterday on Christmas Eve. This morning I drove to this location expecting the store to be open. The store is closed and there is no time listed as an opening. Why have this sign up if this location is not open?

I ordered something with the blonde roast. The machine wasn’t working so I had to order something different. The staff went above and beyond to still try and get me the blonde roast by even using the machine almost 10 times! I always have the best and kindest service at this location. Thank you to the baristas!

This service was good but the drinks dont always taste that good from this starbucks. It can be a hit or miss but it is always crowded.

Usually this is a solid Starbucks, but for the last week I’ve not been able to get my daughters caramel cloud macchiato iced. It keeps saying it’s not available at the store and I’ve had to run to another Starbucks.

My friend threw a donut at me. It was a pretty good donut. 5 stars.

My favorite is their green tea frap with sugar free vanilla syrup instead of the classic and nonfat milk! I could drink it every day! And the people there are always so nice way more than other coffee places Ive been!

I love all the seating arrangements indoors. Plenty of seating and work space!Tables and floors were dirty when we arrived at 12 noon.My chai latte was made perfectly.

All the staff in this newer store were “getting it”Pleasant staff really trying to satisfy and it showed !I was behind a rather impatient couple who later sat down to write a review and I wanted to remind y’all that, no matter what, sometimes somebodies scone just can’t be made good enough!Don’t believe all the negative reviews, and there are larger problems in life than the speed at which your coffee is served!RELAX

Went in the drive thru with a friend. I had a mocha with chocolate chips grinded in it, whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. It was frozen and tasted great

Busy Starbucks! Various seating options to accommodate people working on their computers, or sitting and chatting. No space for large groups inside. Baristas were helpful with suggestions, friendly and didnt get flustered at the busy pace and put out drinks in good time.

I love Starbucks my favorite is the caramel latte with caramel drizzle and whipped cream on top yum yum. Good service always friendly and a convenient location Im glad theyre close to my house now

I usually love this place and have been coming here a long time, but I changed to almond milk and so did the price by $2. Ill have to pick and choose my visits when I have $9-$10 to spend on a cup of coffee.

As an avid coffee lover, Ive tried a lot of different brews and roasts, iced lattes, hot, etc. Starbucks has always been my go-to when it comes to quality. Each store you walk into is unique, as are the people who work there.

The staff was great & efficient. The area was nice, & comfortable. I was able to stay there for a few hours.

This is a newer starbucks and laid out different than I am use to. The room design make it noisy and less inviting. Could not find a quiet place to work and focus. I was surprised that I could not get a fresh apple or bannana in the morning. Only premade and prepackage items.

I hadnt been to a Starbucks in a while so I couldnt remember what I liked I was able to describe it and they whipped me up a drink

Friendly staff and very good service. I only suggest that new traineesbe supervised while making the drinks. Mistakes happen...and did.I will still return.
