Been getting cigarettes here for a couple of years. Im in a couple of times a week. 40 years old and look 40 years old. Today wouldnt sell me cigarettes without allowing to scan my ID. Never been asked that before by them. Refused, and offered to let them look at my ID without scanning. Couldnt buy cigarettes.The only reason a company asks to scan a 40 year olds ID is because their collecting the information. This is why there are now laws limiting it in other states with harsh penalties. There is alot of information available when you scan an ID, and I have no reason to trust sheetz, a gas station, that much.Icing on the cake was the cashier being awfully rude when I told her she could look at it but not scan it. Forget it. Wont be shopping here again for anything. Ill get my cigarettes, gas, propane, snacks, and soda all elsewhere from now. I dont appreciate a business trying to steal my information, and being rude when I refuse.Side note: Half of the snacks I looked at today were several months past their expiration date and still on shelf. Get your act together, sheetz.

Got gas at a great price here. Always competitive or cheaper than surrounding stations. Went inside for drinks. Easy to find. And cashier was super friendly. You cant go wrong. Stop in and get what you need.

I went to Sheetz today to get fuel for my car expecting the worst due to the shortage, but man was I surprised. Huge shoutout to the manager named John he was outside directing traffic and directing drivers as to which pumps to go to and he was super friendly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes even with the long line. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

Great place to stop for gas and delicious 😋 food ! The two for a dollar hotdogs are great.. the lemonade slushy is really good .

Sienna was very attentive and personable! Everytime I come in to sheetz off Rogers I look for her smiling face. Glad to say we are repeat customers because of her awesome service. Is 5 starts enough? I think I need 10 stars!

Great service and good selection. One thing that is weird and this is for all Sheets, but it smells like vomit a bit in every location. Not sure what that is but might want to look into.

If it were possible I’d leave negative numbers. The staff at this location does not care about their customers. I went in because I was having trouble opening my door. There was a little bit of ice on it. As they do not sell deicer at this location I ask someone if they would be able to help me. Their first response is they are not really allowed to because they may get hurt. This person is clearly not management material. On a sidenote I went back out and was able to open it by myself.

This is a nice enough gas station and it normally has the cheapest gas. There are many slots for cars to fill their gas. I found the in and out of the gas station is very limited and is more limited depending on which direction one is heading. I will continue to go here but I have to plan ahead for the access into the station.

Always a friendly staff here. Consistant with cooking their food. You can always expect great eats here.Clean and pleasant store.

This sheetz is great and the customer service is phenomenal. There are a couple staff members who do above and beyond. I wish I could think of her name, she has short hair. She’s great. Always fast and super nice!

I would like to share a positive and negative experience that I had today around 12:40pm in Sheetz from Wake Forest. The positive was that the manager, a fine gentleman, took care of our little incident happened in this store, in a professional way. Also, we wanted to mention that the store was very cleaned and organized. My negative experience was that after paying in the pump, my gas and a car wash, we realized that the Car Wash was not working. We had to pull over and go inside the store, we made the line and after several customers in front of us, we explained the staff member that was in the cashier register the situation. She had lack of customer service and had attitude. We in a polite way told her if the store could put up a sign warning customers that the car wash was out of service. She stated with attitude: Then we need to put up one sign in every pump. I replied, yes, that will be correct.Every staff should understand that you represent the company that you are working at, your behavior and manners should be the best at all time. Hope this lady can understand this soon.

Although this is a gas station they still do have an amazing restaurant on the inside! The food is great quality and taste amazing. I often enjoy hanging out inside after school with some friends eating good food.

As always theres great customer service, especially when Lane is at the drive-thru window.

One pot of coffee ( colored water ) no flavorings and very unfriendly staff. I’ve been to a lot of Sheetz and bar none this is the worst experience.

Ive always had good experiences here. The staff is friendly and the gas prices are decent. They have great selection for a convenience store and of course great prices on drinks! The food is average at best, but its not bad for a late night snack.

From a obtaining gas perspective charged my card 75 to check the amount then held it for the next day. they also dont pick up their phone

Ive had a good experience in the past with this Sheetz, but the past two times that I have been there the food prepare-res have messed up my order in some way. The staff is friendly, but check your order before you leave.

Great staff, but their soda machine always seems to be having issues... either ice out or soda too fizzy, or not fizzy... etc.

They put the toilet the paper on the roll backwards!!! Horrible

While I was waiting for my food, employees were in the back just talking and joking around and orders seemed to be coming out slower than usual . My order came out I left and went to the car I checked my food my order was not correct nor was it half of what I ordered . As toppings are an additional charge I went back in, as they were fixing my order, a guy waiting for his order was asked what he ordered by the employees because it didn’t pop up on there screen
