Good place, small but clean and the workers were really nice even though they had run out of glazed doughnuts for the day! Told us to take what we could to make a dozen and they were still warm! Love these doughnuts!

Hot light was on when we got there and it was close to closing - we got the last of the glazed donuts. They didnt even have any that werent hot. The girl that helped us was extremely helpful and nice however she couldnt figure out how to wring up our BOGO coupon. When she went and asked the another employee or maybe the manager - he helped her but the interaction was rude and and borderline condescending. I truly felt sorry we used the coupon and put her in that position. Donuts were delish though.

I tried. This location has officially lost my business. Every single time I go there, the doughnuts taste stale. I always order creme filled. Practically no creme in doughnut. They have been horrible ever since they started making them the new way (you can get them the old way at grocery stores). After talking to someone at this location, I was informed that the doughnuts were made somewhere else. That explains the staleness.

Doughnut chain born in North Carolina in 1937. Best doughnuts anywhere, hands down. Had to get them today on National Donut Day. Im sure theres a Hot Now sign in heaven 😏

Good service but fo recommend make sure grease clean. When get an after taste means needs new oil. Every other time been great. Love how they support graduates, good grades for students. They reward and that is awesome.

Visited in the evening and the donuts tasted like they had been sitting out all day. I have never visited later in the evening so I am not sure if the donuts are only fresh before dinner.

Staff are all incredibly professional and polite. Donuts are all perfect and continue to remind me theres happiness in this world.My only problem is I have to always order 2 dozen cause by the time I get home theres only so many left .....

Theres nothing better than a fresh Krispy Kreme glazed donut! Tonight I also tried theyre capacinno coffee for the first time and it was really good! I recommend both, together. Yum!

The lady assisted me was very nice and she worked really fast. Even though I went to this location to pick up a uber eat order because the light was on I had to order my own set of donuts!

The hot and ready sign is a lie. Multiple times it has been on and the best Ive had is luke warm. Last straw was when I showed up just after opening with the sign definitely on just to be told that there were no hot donuts available.

I ordered online which was a dozen of original filled dozen. The website said clearly that Our classic Original Glazed® doughnut is now filled with Original Kreme and Chocolate Kreme. With 6 of each in this new assortment. But when I came in, they only gave me a dozen of original creme. I asked to correct it and the lady refused to do it. She said the receipt only stated a dozen of original filled.

Busy . Long line inside and at drive threw. Very slow service and only a few varieties available. I have to ask what was taking so long for my simple order of 6 glazed. Looks like the server went on to gathering other orders and forgot mine.The best doughnuts on earth.

Nothing beats their melty hot glazed. But I never seem to time things right. Even on the off hours these donuts are the best. I just wish they did bacon maple. Dunkin is just bland to me.

This is the worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to my life not only do they never have fresh donuts the woman that is at the window constantly, is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life how in the world is she in customer service!?

Doughnuts are good, but they are ALWAYS out of about half of the menu by like 10am. Dont even bother going after that-- they also never seem to re-make batches during the day. So...good doughnuts if you dont leave incredibly frustrated, lol.

If they actually ever had anything in stock they might get a better review. Its 9 with 2 hours left and they have nothing in stock

They hardly ever have the donuts that I want. Something simple like original kreme filled should always be made. They hardly ever have the strawberry sprinkle either. This is not the spot to go to if you plan on having the specialty donut you are in the mood for. If all you want is regular glazed than they got plenty.

I just love this place . Donut are so good you can gain 5 lbs .But some of drive thur cashier can be rude. Example . I did for get to asked for 6 in one box 6 in another . The cashier was not at the window so I wave to get her and asked could she do 6 and 6. I have not gotten the donuts they still had then . Now there was a line so someone behind me want donut too. She said they already packed . Here a box. Turned her head . When I got my ticket there no rate my store so this is next best thing.So I had to touch someone else donuts to do 6 and 6 . And 6 in big box just keep sliding around .She so luck I wanted those donuts are I would have asked for refund .But over all those donuts are the best.Go get a box are two.

Buy a dozen when the red light is on! Eat a few for the fun of it. Get a mouthful of sugary happiness. Enjoy. Always look for a coupon. But, get a dozen ebery other week even if you dont have a coupon.I recommend them highly.

Have always considered KK a happy place ! My husband went this evening about 7:00! The line for drive thru was swamped with at least 20 guests cars so my husband went inside! There were four people inside. The manager came and said the register was down for them to leave and get in the drive thru line! The manager should have serviced the four guests that bothered to come in and closed the lobby with a sign! Yelling for those guests to leave was not a pleasant solution ! My husband recovering from surgery and on a cane remained to make his purchase! When he asked the manager to please complete the transaction the manager didn’t even respond to his request rudely turned and walked away! very sad customer service! Good chance this manager doesn’t work well under pressure and perhaps needs more training on customer service! Fortunately a young lady stepped up and completed the order! She may be a great candidate for manager! Be aware my husband had driven quite a distance from North Raleigh to make purchase at this store.NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS WAS NOT SUCH A HAPPY PLACE AND TO BE TREATED SO RUDELY BY SOMEONE ON CHARGE MADE IT WORSE😢🤷‍♀️Guess we will think long and hard before we try that again as Daylight donuts and Duck donuts are in our neighborhood! I LOVE me some crispy creme, but the holiday decorated donuts are a waste. All that extra junk just gets in the way of whats sooooo good.

I stopped by Krispy Kreme’s tonight and ordered two dozen donuts for my daughters birthday breakfast. They were out of many donuts, a rude lady interrupted the guy that was taking our order and was rude to us about the fact they were out of donuts. We then only received 23/24 donuts and what we did receive was random. Some items we ordered and some we didn’t. Very disappointing experience.

I have shopped at this Krispy Kreme a few times and I have to drive 40 minutes to get there.EVERY time I go there is a tiny selection for me to choose from!Today all I could get was glazed and chocolate creme filled. There were NO glazed filled, chocolate glazed creme filled, no kind of cake doughnut(only pumpkin spice which not everyone likes).I have read the reviews and I don’t understand why everyone is giving a good review unless they’re all eating glazed because that’s about the only thing they ever have!I don’t know if the employees are lazy, or not knowledgeable enough to make a different selection. You need to just change the name to “Glazed Donuts” because normal when people go to a “Krispy Kreme” they are looking for a selection.I won’t be back. It’s turned into a pattern everytime I go and it’s just wasted time and money for me!

I went by Krispy Kreme this morning on my way to work, I got a half dozen hot and ready donuts and a frozen coffee! Everything was delicious and service was quick! Shirley was very pleasant as she took my payment and fulfilled my order. Will be going back and I recommend everyone give this location a try.

We love Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and were excited to see this one which sets back a little bit. I ordered the mini chocolate iced and mini original glaze for my grandson which was the perfect size for his little hands. I also bought one dozen of a variety to take back to the house.

I love the friendly professional hardworking staff at this location. Everyone seems enthusiasts and eager to work here, which makes for a more pleasant experience. At the most busiest times, you can tell everyone is doing the best they can. Team work is evident here. The place is always clean and inviting. I am a silent regular customer and will continue to be one. I highly recommended this place. Even the young high school employees make it a pleasure to do business. A great smile and a wonderful greating makes a big difference and sets them apart. Excellent customer service. If you have a problem the manager will make it right. (Ive never had one only observation)

I went through the drive thru and ordered a custard filled chocolate covered donut and a Large Iced Vanilla Latte. There was less than a 1/2 teaspoon of custard in this donut, mind you the donut was good but please, fill it with custard and the latte had such a strong taste of coffee it almost tasted burnt.Not a good day today Krispy Kreme!

Quit making original glaze on a Saturday night at 8:30p.m. when they close at 11:00 p.m. Only one of the three working was actually working!!!

The Krispy Kreme in Wake Forest is the best. I take my daughter there sometimes for breakfast before school. One of the managers Shirley is the best. She has become friends with us. If we are having a rough morning and we go there our day always turns around!

Its really a cool place to try out the different varieties of donuts and drinks.

What a horrible place to be on buy 1 dozen get 1 dozen for 1 dollar day. You could hardly find a parking spot. The line went around the building for the drive through. There was a line inside with everyone waiting to order. When I got up to the counter to pick my doughnuts there were very few varieties to choose from. They had sold out of almost everything. Guess they didnt expect such a big response to the promotion. Oh well.

Love these Donuts.... when you come this spot they will freshly glaze your Glazed donuts in site and you can see that sweetness drenching down on the belt. Love them all those donuts, I know its not good but once in a while treat yourself.

Long lines and waiting only to get to window to find out they are out of basically everything. On multiple occasions they are out of the most popular donut flavors/types no matter the time of day or night.

Like their donuts! Gave me the wrong order, but immediately made it right. A little pricey.

There is a deep level of incompetence here, extreme rudeness, and a lack of professionalism. I will not only be talking to the store manager but their corporate customer service too. Allegedly you’re supposed to be able to enter the store for food delivery services, but we were directed to go through the drive thru which was wrapped around the building. When you deliver food you make money per order and when you have to sit in a drive thru line for over 30 minutes before you can then drive to the customers residence is absurd and impractical. Do not participate with food delivery services if you are going to make it complicated. On top of that the drive thru person was extremely rude and punched in the order wrong.

I came Monday for the healthcare free dozen doughnuts I had to get a rain check. The girl working Monday night was so professional and polite. Wish I got her name. I came back Tuesday for my rain check Tim and I believe the cashiers name was Alexis. This was around maybe 1pm-2pm May 5 2020. Both were over the top, phenomenal, very polite and professional ! The best experience ever at any doughnut shop and restaurant!! Thank you so much to both of them !!!!!

Came here this morning to get my mom Boston creme donuts, and got their new butterfinger donut. Ended up getting the wrong one, went back in and asked if I could exchange it for the right one, they let me keep it and gave me 2 of the ones I wanted. The staff was sooo nice.

Lovvvvvvvvvvve the doughnuts especially the lemon filled and the raspberry filled are some of the best in my opinion, but the variety of doughnuts to choose from can sometimes be over whelming but in a good way. If you have not had them I recommend you try them, a little pricey but worth it!
