Talk about limited parking but wide range of good yummy ice cream to choose from and other snacks that make your mouth watery. Service was okay not the best but they have room for improvements. Will definitely come back to try some more ice cream.

Waco is better for people like these!Word of advice: If you try and make a social media post of their product, be sure to secure it before driving after making said post. I was sad when I realized Waco didnt have a Braums, but not sad anymore once I discovered Helados La Azteca. Such a wonderful family run place, with great ice cream and beautiful and happy decor.

Everything is so fresh and delicious here, and the employees are super nice every time! The popsicles are my favorite.

My favorite items to order include their Mangonada, frutas loca, and watermelon paletas! Eddie and his team are phenomenal, caring, and I am truly thankful for the ways Helados La Azteca seeks to represent Mexican foods and culture through all they do!

Best Horchata (sweet rice drink) in town. Hands down. They have a nice selection of ice cream and fresh fruit as well.

Im not sure so if I would be back, me and my boyfriend noticed the lady not wearing a glove like the rest of the crew, she then proceeded to touch the trashcan and goes to sit and eat where customers can see her. So if she serves food/drinks without washing her hands that is not okay plus the place needs a good wipe down on tables and a good sweep and mop.This was on 05/16 before 5:30.

Never been in here. Decided to check it out and try their Mangonada. It a nice little place where you can get Hispanic Style ice cream & llolli pops. Not to mention fruit cups, hispanic candy & blue bell ice-cream. Well put together from the decor to the tables and chairs. And the mangonada were deliciously made. The only thing that stop me from giving them 5 🌟 is the parking area. It is horrible had to park across in front of the World Cafe. People dont even stop they just keep driving. Came in today again for the ice cream OMG it was huge and worth buying check them out.

I love stopping by to get some of their store-made ice cream and ice cream bars. Personally, I love the bars, since theres always a flavor I havent tried before. (The Thai tea ice cream bar!!)There are also drinks and fresh fruit cups to choose from. Lots of other Mexican snacks and treats that you cant find at a supermarket.Its very clean, and I love that you can just walk over from Dees or the World Cup Café. No pictures, because Im always eating before I remember to pull out my camera.

Heard about this place from one of the small businesses in Waco that they collaborate with and so glad that we visited. From the moment you come in, the place is so clean, smells fresh and smell really good because of all the yummy ice cream inside. Love the vibe, the cleanliness, and the vibrant pink color on the walls creates such a relaxing atmosphere. There is a lot of ice cream + popsicle selections, as well as a variety of other snacks. Great customer service and friendly staff. Store and entrance are wheelchair accessible. However, parking situation is a problem. They have one handicap parking spot but parking is extremely limited (Im talking 3 parking spots). The shop is located in a corner but you can easily pass thinking that youre turning to find a parking spot (parking lot is an issue). Overall, great ice cream shop.

Nice place. Tried one of their waters and a scoop of their ice cream. They also serve Blue Bell ice cream as well as a good variety of frozen treats. They had an avocado popsicle my wife wants to try next time. Worth a visit.

I ordered a Mamey water and it was expired. Not to mention the service is bad, the place only cares about the quality of the restaurant but not what it serves. The help gives attitude like they don’t depend on the customers money. At least act like you want to be there. And the help doesn’t want to help, they act dumb until you’ve been there for a little while and they have no choice but to help.

The large selection of snacks has options for everyone. The place itself has a more modern feel to it, but its still authentic and cute. A Waco gem I love to visit when Im in town!

This place is definitely the best, I go everyday for popsicles, and sometimes add agua de frutas (strawberry horchata, agua de limon, limonada, etc..) its all so good!! even the employees are all super friendly, and the owner went above & beyond the call of duty one day... excellent experiences each & every day! Forgot to mention the wonderful smell as I walk in, so fresh & clean!

My kids and I used to go to the original store on Franklin. Now we have one in walking distance! Homemade ice cream, tostilocos, fresh fruit cups, treats from MX.... I just cant say enough good things!! So happy to have them in the neighborhood!!
