It is always such a warm environment to come into. A great variety of flavors and the topping choices are amazing. My favorite day to go now is on Wednesday when I can guess as to how much I have gotten in my cup and possibly get a free yogurt. I might not always get it right but I do love guessing:)!

We love the choices in froyo here. Anywhere from the actual froyo to the topping. So many choices and ALWAYS good. The staff is friendly and quick to serve. Our favorite place to stop for something good.

This frozen yogurt is amazing! U swirl has a great selection of flavors and toppings! The yogurt is creamy and delicious! The shop is bright, big, and comfortable. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Waco!

Uggg I really wanted to give this place a good rating, but I just cant. Not after seeing one of the servers scratching their shoe then continue to serve the customers. Not going back there.

Most of the options are yum and theres something for every palate. The toppings are yum too though the nutella syrup topping is so thick, you have to wrestle it out in a sense. I gave up after I realized it looked like a frantic, err, attempt. My yogurt was still yum though. The service was polite.

Not pleased with the fact you cant get samples. I believe if you had a worker that is hired just to give out samples. That would solve my issue.

This was very cool, we went for the meet Pikachu event. Everyone got to take a pic with Pikachu and Misty, and they handed out pokemon stickers to the kids. My son loved it and the frozen yogurt. Bathroom was disgusting and did not have a changing table, so thats why its a 4 star instead of 5.

U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt has a big selection of delicious yogurt, ice cream, and toppings. While we were there we played games and we had a good time. I liked the music that they played. They also have a fun and friendly environment.

Absolutely delicious, the flavors they have are amazing. I personally recommend the pomegranate and strawberry together with chunks of chocolate with caramel inside...OMG its the best!!😋🍴💓😋🍴💓

Always delicious! 😋 Both the basic flavors (vanilla, chocolate, cheesecake...) and more vibrant ones (raspberry, key lime, caramel popcorn...) are wonderful! You can mix and match flavors or just get one and load it with toppings, or do both for that matter! Fresh fruit, brownie/cheescake bites, tapioca balls, and different candies fill the topping bins. And everything is self serve so you get the amount YOU want, and the cashier is usually friendly in weighing your treat and ringing you up. Great place!

My daughter loves making her own creations. They have lots of family games and we enjoy trying a new one each time we go.

Simply put their frozen yogurt is very very expensive. Now on to the toppings. They have nearly 30 toppings to offer you so you can make yourself one excellent bowl of yogurt. They also had an offer where if you can guess the weight of your yogurt it is free. I just happen to guess the exact weight of my yogurt. Late at night the place is often busy with the Baylor crowd but that is no problem. Since you make your own yogurt you get through the line very quickly. But for a bowl of yogurt with toppings to cost around $7 or more it is quite expensive.

The flavors ate wonderful! But I think its too expensive for a treat.

Buy one get one free today was pretty nice. The staff is friendly, even though we stayed a bit late before closing (dont do that...). Lots of toppings to choose from, and decent prices as well.

Ive been going here for a few months now, and Ive got to tell you, this place is terrific! Every time I come here (usually later in the day), they have never been rude or short with me. The staff goes out of their way to make sure I have a pleasant time every visit. The flavors (which change weekly) are always scrumptious. Will recommend this establishment over all the frozen yogurt shoppes in Waco!

I love this place. When ever I go there they give my a punch on my card and after 10 punches I get a free cup of yogurt. There are lots of fun board games and booths for groups of friends to sit and hang out!.

My kids love this place. My wife complains that the flavors are boring and that they dont introduce new ones ever. I loved it until our last visit when most of the froyo was coming out runny. I almost didnt want my kids to eat it but they would have been heartbroken. They employ young kids, which makes it hard to trust cleanliness and safe handling.

Anytime I come to Waco I love stopping by and getting some frozen yogurt. This place definitely never disappoints.

Love this place!!! Great for all ages. They have a great selection of froyo and toppings. They also have a large selection of games and cards that you can borrow while you eat. They have plenty of searing inside and out. The bathrooms are always clean. The ladies that work there are always so nice.

For this location, half of the time they only have yogurt in half their machines. The rest of the time its a crapshoot between some decent flavors and all bland flavors; unless you REALLY like vanilla, most of the time you will be disappointed. They always have good toppings though, including the cinnamon syrup. They also usually have some sorbets in addition to the yogurt. Seating and parking are never an issue, no matter how busy they are. Service is pretty much always good too.

This place is always delicious! If you have never been out to this frozen yogurt shop for a delicious treat let me tell you you are missing out! The many choices of yogurt are delicious and soooo many toppings. The best part, you serve yourself and choose how much or how little you want and they charge you simply by the weight of your concoction. They also run plenty of specials so stop in and check it out!

Took my grandson for a treat. Lots of flavors, many gluten free. Enjoyed the NY cheesecake flavor which is Gluten free. Toppings included many candies. Several fruits also available. Four stars because of price.

Froyo is delicious and I love that they rotate flavors. They have a large selection of toppings and there are boardgames you can play while youre there. Great place for a fun date night or small group gathering. One less star because between the music and all the chatter its hard to hear. Be sure to take advantage of their deals! You can find them in little plastic stands on the tables.

Great place for a cold snack. Its a serve yourself frozen yogurt shop with a wide assortment of flavors and a long list of toppings. They charge by the weight, your yogurt not yours.

Its hard to choose a flavor...you pretty much have to grab a few sample cups to decide...I got the coconut milk and vanilla mix with pecans and almonds...pretty good.!!!..my 2nd time there and will definitely go back...Happy Fro Yo.!!!

I prefer USwirl over 3Spoons. However, I will give credit to both as they will have flavors that the other will not. If you have the A+ card you can save 10% on your order.

The frozen yogurt was amazing. They have cool table and chairs for you to sit on and enjoy your frozen yogurt. They also have games you can play while eating frozen yogurt. Its a really fun and chill place.

Great place for frozen yogurt! They have very unique flavors (as well as the classics) that I have not seen at any other frozen yogurt place, and the service is excellent. Also, Tuesday night is discount date night, so bring a date (or a friend) for cheap yogurt!

I went in yesterday and an extremely curt employee told my friend his money was fake. They also ran it in the machine and it proved real. We then took it to academy and had them check the bill through a machine and it was valid. Ice cream is extremely expensive. We came back the next day and a different worker along with the same worker as the day before was there. This worker proceeded to check all of my friends money very suspiciously when they were all real bills. This workers name is Caitlyn. Caitlyn then said to me, “sorry we talk sh*t”. I am extremely dissatisfied with this my friend was humiliated in front of other customers two times. These workers should be disciplined for cursing to high schoolers as well as faking information after the machine said it was a true bill twice. I do not recommend U-swirl. I would recommend three spoons over this terrible environment and employees.

The yogart was good and we had fun playing a game. Seating is comfortable. Just bad customer service. The employees half the time are not interested in being there and will complain about each other and customers in the open for everyone to hear. They even talk bag about the boss in front of customers.

Its A frozen yogurt place. Generally a good selection, good seating, etc. Nothing exceptional about it. Theres one outside table (one of those concrete things). Theres a few go-to varieties.Overall, really expensive for something I know doesnt cost a lot to produce. This place probably has a ridiculously high profit margin.

It was my first time in a u swirl and I did not enjoy my experience. I went in and there were no employees in sight. I thought they just went to check something in the back and they would be out within a few minutes. I eventually decided to help myself to sampling so I could figure out what I wanted. When I decided, I went to grab a cup but only saw the largest cups. I waited another 5 minutes for an employees help, but still no one to be seen. I eventually just said screw it and walked out. I want to say horrible customer service - but there was no service given. I dont think Ill ever go back nor recommend this location.
