Just busted this location for my first time, having my son in law and my grandson in tow. Service was prompt, place was clean.More importantly for me, we are continuing a 60 year tradition of going to Baskin Robbins with grandpa. Just wanted to thank the staff for doing a great job!

So I come into the building and almost immediately I get helped and I said I dont know whats be easier so I just showed her my phone and I hand the lady in my phone and shes like oh I got you and then she realized there was something missing from the ticket because this wasnt for me this was for a customer through favor and shes like did you give him a call Ill talk to him itd be a lot easier if you would because they were missing some things that they needed for the rest of their ticket that you know would help she calls them and she talks to her for a good minute breaks it down just an absolutely blissful experience I got to say thats got to be the top notch service Ive had in a long freaking time you know a long time thank you random awesome lady at Baskin-Robbins thank you God bless!

Great ice cream today, I had the Love Potion #31 and my wife had the Banana Royale. We will definitely be back. Its a smaller BR but the staff are super friendly and helpful. Loved it!

$7.45 for 2 scoops. One was a summer creation( turtle), after they made it, they said all the pieces hadnt arrived, charged full price. Would have been ok if told when ordering, so he could have gotten a cone. $4 just for the turtle that wasnt a turtle

My ice cream was great as usual vide is they dont like it dont know any black people.

The only reason they get two stars is because the ice cream is always good! The service this time was far from good this time however. The boy that waited on us was rude, and tried to rush us with no other customers. Her knew nothing about the ice cream ingredients. When I told him I had an coconut allergy, he did nothing to try to figure out if what I wanted to order had that ingredient. Never once said thank you.

The staff were nice. The place was clean.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. The ice cream is great. Plenty of options from cake cones to sugar or waffle cones. The warm cookie ice cream sandwiches are a great treat! I wish we had one of these in the town I live. We make sure to stop in every time we are in Waco or wherever there is a Baskin Robbins.

Had a coupon buy a sundae and get one at equal for $.99. Ordered 2 scoop sundae for both and it was $8.64!!! 2 scoops said $4.49 so how was that $8.64. RIPOFF

I often go during my break. The products are fabulous, but theres always hair in mine or my co-workers ice cream. The staff doesnt seem to care when brought to their attention. I notice that no one wears a hair net. I have watched them bend over and hair is literally hanging down in the bins.

Cooling off with some yummy icecream. The children love the variety of flavors thats offered. I love the new store...... ESPECIALLY that the restrooms are not around back.

Jake was great at taking care off our pcky and exotic tastes, he was very pleasant and very courteous and helpful. Also we love that you can sample every kind you want to, and they dont get upset.

They moved. The new location is close to the original, but in the other side of the road. I found myself tasting a lot of super sweet flavors. It might be that my craving for sugar is not as it was in the past, or the recipes have changed as well. I wonder.

Reminds me of the days of my youth and Sunday family get togethers and that good ole homemade hand cranked ice cream that all us kids would fight over who got to crank the ice cream maker. Great customer service. Clean and well kept facility. A little small for the crowd of people sometimes but is a good experience.

Baskin-Robbins new place is very nice. Spacious inside with more places to sit and enjoy their fabulous ice cream. I notice they have a private party room available also. You should try it youll be pleased.

Very unhappy! My wife came in there a week ago and ordered a full sheet Frozen 2 cake and prepaid $40. It was to be picked up 2/9/20 at 11:00am as my 2 kids party was at 11:30. It was with white cake and world class choc ice cream..my kids fav. Shes there at 11 on the dot only to be informed that the cake wasnt made. It had been forgotten! She had to choose a basic premade cake from the cooler with choc cake and vanilla ice cream and generic icing. My kids hate choc cake but there wasnt any other option but oreo.My kids were in tears and needless to say the day ruined. But hey they offered to send us a $10 gift card so i guess its all better...not! Never again Ps. My daughters name ended up being mispelled on the replacemt 😫

Great place. So glad they moved, much better spot and much bigger. Always a place to sit now. The ice cream is great and the blended drinks are much better than starbucks.

DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM HERE!! The ones at HEB are much prettier, and half the price. The cake I ordered was not made to my request, and the sales associate spent over 20 minutes on the phone trying to figure out what to do. They were unwilling to offer a refund on the cake (you are required to prepay when you order), but instead would mail me a gift card for an unknown amount. I think my frustration lies in that they are not looking out for the customer, but rather themselves.

My husband and I on two seperate occasions went through the drive-thru and asked for a double scoop of the icecream we wanted in a waffle bowl. It is 100+ degrees outside and we dont want a cone bc it melts everywhere. We were told we dont have waffle bowls right now but we have waffle cones. I told them them that we want bowls bc the icecream can melt and not get everywhere. And again were told well we dont have bowls but the cone is the same amount of batter. I dont care how much batter it is. I know its the same Ive seen you Make them. They refused to make a bowl for us even though they sure had no issue making those stupid cones. I could understand if it was seriously busy or something but both times there was one person inside and no one else in the drive-thru. Customer service definitely needs some work.

This place earned 5 stars for the variety of flavors they offer. But, I ordered 2 scoops and they looked like 2 half scoops and they need to improve their customer service. I will only go back for the ice cream.

I guess I could count 1 2 3 4 all the way to 31 plus more cuz I seem to have more than 31 flavors but jamoca almond fudge into mocha are the best ones that I see that I enjoyed going to get and plus its just something as a child but I remember going to and getting ice cream on the weekend after church

Horrible customer service. When the cone was handed to me and I took the first lick it was so soft that it was dripping on my hand and the consistency of thick whipped cream. I asked for another cone or different flavor if that one was too melty. The employee told me once I are it I couldnt exchange it. I threw it away and bought another.

No public bathroom, built in 1960s however todays prices with 60s service. Go up the street and have ice cream from a vendor that offers modern service. No too hard to allow access to bathroom.

Stopped by twice in one day while waiting on pets surgery. They have my favorite drink, Mocha Blast. The owner was very friendly when I suggested that she open another BR in Killeen.
