I 100% recommend! I called 4 other places in Killeen and they all were overcharging me to fix a a broken spring. Overhead Garage Door (not to be mistaken with The Original Overhead Door Company) charged a $35 service fee to come out and then wanted to charge me over $450 to fix. When I told the guy no, he called someone in the office which later dropped the price by $100, which was still way overpriced! 2 others were BSing me saying the price just depended on how big and how heavy the door was, if I needed a single or double spring, bla bla bla. They couldnt quote me because they would have to come out and see it which again, another service fee. Another guy said hed do it for $350! I finally called the Original Overhead Door of Waco and they gave me a flat rate fee, over the phone, which included the service AND part for a price that was more than 1/2 way cheaper than the other guys! They definitely saved me some money! They quickly set me up for an appointment that next week. They were on time and got a quality job done within 15 minutes! Thank you so much!

Our garage door and the keypad stopped working. New batteries did not fix the keypad so we called Overhead Door. Scheduled an appt for two days later, but there was an opening the next day so they called and came a day early. Dave the service tech diagnosed the problem instantly. He reset the limits, installed a new keypad, programmed it and serviced the door. All for the quoted price. Two thumbs up!

My garage door opener made by Lift Master shredded a plastic gear so I contacted Overhead Door in Waco for replacement of the opener. Spoke with Debbie who coordinated the installation. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. Mr. Manuel Escobedo arrived at the scheduled time and did a great job of installing the new Overhead Opener, Model Odyssey 1000. I was very impressed with Mr. Escobedos knowledge and his professionalism. The new opener is smooth and very quite with a track that contains the chain drive. I like it so much I will have my other one replaced in the near future.Thanks for a job well done for a reasonable price.

Overhead Door Company quickly responded and came the next day after they were contacted. We had a broken garage door spring. Their repairman was very professional and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly he completed replacing both springs.

I called about my spring breaking on my door and was scheduled for two days later which I was fine with. Within 24 hours of my appointment, my neighbor’s spring went out and Overhead Door agreed to replace theirs at the same time the fixed mine.Manuel was very courteous and efficient. My motor actually had some trouble with the new spring tension a few hours after he left and he graciously came back later that day to make some adjustments on my door.I would recommend Overhead Door and Manuel to any friends and family who need help with their doors.

We contacted Overhead Door of Waco to replace our giant, terrible, hazardous, ancient swingout garage door. These guys are busy and backed up a little, but they always showed up when they said they would. The quote was what we paid, no more. The gentleman that installed the door knocked it out of the park. I am very happy with Overhead Door Waco, and I will have more jobs for them in the future!

The install guys did an excellent job. The door fits right and works real nice. They hauled off the old door, installed the new one, and cleaned everything up after they were finished.

Spring on our garage door broke late one evening. The lift would no longer work and door would not open. Was able to unhook, get door up enough to get vehicles out so we could function the next day. Called that morning and the door was fixed before noon. They are staffed with great folks who take care of the call quickly, ask the right questions and keep you informed. I came here for help with an existing garage door and busted lock. The ladies at the front desks, as well as Ms. Debbie (the boss!) were very helpful. They tried to see if I just needed a new key, or an entire lock and handle set up. They tried to find me the best option, without spending unnecessary money. I was really happy I drove the 45 minutes there, instead of dealing with less helpful locations closer to my house.

The guys doing the doors were super nice, told me how everything was going to be done, explained everything to me after installation, gave me all the information I needed for service if I should have a problem, would highly recommended this company should you need garage doors.
