Brought in my badly damaged samsung a52, there was a minor mix up on parts but it was well handled and resolved very quickly and my phone is now like new again! Ill reccomend these folks every time and will take any of my broken gadgets to them for quick fixing.

Repair was excellent but certain things werent explained.Restore policies like i brought a stolen phone to get fixed and steryotype. Wasnt going to include this. But as paying customer spendind money with a small business the least the employee could do was make it make sense. Not leave out like this is my profession. Then yall disable my phone to charge me. Extra 30 restore it. When i was never diasbled i just broke the screen but i asked for a screen replacement not a gimmick for yall to mkae more money. And if you were truly concerned you would have came and at least cleares up things and not send a messanger. So i wont recommend your business.

The people were really nice. Wouldve given them 5 stars if it werent for them going over half an hour the time limit I was told it was going to take to replace my cracked screen. Other than that my phone looks and works great and I would definitely come back to this place for a replacement if I am to ever need one again in the future.

They have very friendly staff here with good customer service. They replaced the screen on my Motorola but not without leaving some permenant scars on the case and glue seeping out of the edges of the screen. The speaker is also injured. I paid to have my screen done because I was worried about doing it myself. In retrospect I could have done just as good or better on my own. Even though they are very friendly I would not recommend the service.

I’ve had to visit the Waco iPhone repair twice due to a cracked screen and every time i get really good service, and the pricing is amazing!!!

I took an hp laptop here(twice) and they would never call me, literally never called me one time and had my laptop for a total of over six weeks and never fixed it and I don’t think they tried to. The first time they asked me to go buy a laptop from a pawn shop for a motherboard to replace in my laptop without telling me what laptop I needed to buy exactly, instead of just getting it themselsves and installing it and then replacing the broken motherboard and charging me for parts and labor like any other business, and I’ll never understand why they never called me and acted so, so, so unprofessional with me every time I was hoping they’d fix it. Idk if they didn’t like me personally or what the issue was, as most of their reviews are good, but then again most people don’t take them laptops either. Idk why they adverstise as a laptop repair service at all, or why they handled me the way they did. I never write reviews like this but it was disgusting and infuriating how poorly they went about not only not following up with me, but never fixed anything and refused to ever take accountability or even just give a sincere apology. The second time they told me they needed a charger to work on it, and they totally could’ve bought a 5/10$ pc charger and just fixed it, but instead never called me and when I finally called they acted like they told me to bring a charger and they never said that. I really hate leaving such a scathing review, but if I could I’d give 0 stars or negative stars. Josh is a great guy, idk what happened here or what was wrong but I’ll be telling everyone I know around baylor and the center area to not come here, especially with a laptop. Maybe they’re better with Mac’s or maybe they just didn’t like me, again idk what the issue was here but really left me feeling angry and now I’ve lost all this time I could’ve used to get it fixed. Go to IPhoneMD or literally anyone else.

I took my iPhone 6s to get the screen repaired twice. This phenomenon called ghost tapping on the iPhone reoccurred every time they installed a new display and digitizer. Unfortunately the warranty has expired, leaving me with a dysfunctional iPhone.

They repaired my Galaxy s6 fast and it works perfectly. The only thing that bothered me was that they didnt use parts from Samsung. My phone no longer says Samsung in front where it is supposed to.

I went to the Valley Mills location, right near the LakeAir & ValleyMills intersection, across from Wendys fastfood. I had a badly cracked screen on my iPhone. The employee was friendly and helpful He explained all of my options to me. They promised service in about 1 hour and followed through on that promise. I am planning to bring my other devices in for repair there as well.

This is the second time I have brought something in for repair.1. The first time my laptop mysteriously stopped connecting to the internet. These folks had it up and running with a complete checkout in an hour and a half- on a day when there were mobs of other people dropping things off for repair as well. Amazing.2. My iPhone was dropped and stopped showing images on the screen. In 10 minutes these folks had me out the door with my iphone working- no lost contacts- no problems- lots of joy.You never know how much you love your phone until it breaks- but these guys have gotten me fixed up quickly.+Fair prices+Reliable+HonestWay better than taking it to Sprint or Best Buy.

I always come here when I crack the screen on my iPhone because of the great service and affordable price! No other place even compares!

They fixed my Nexus 5 screen but the front facing camera stopped working. Ive been there 4 times trying to get this resolved and each time they tell me to come back later. Then I found out that the screen they put on has a dead pixel. Beyond frustrated at this point. OK customer service but a terrible place to get your phone fixed. I would not recommend.
