Since they fixed my phone it has had so many problems. And the issue I took back for in the first place still isn’t fixed. And there is nothing I can do about it because of a paper that they make you sign in case the problem isn’t fixed you can’t get it fixed again if it was incorrect. For as much money as I spent giving this place to not fix the problem. I could of just bought a new phone.

I was in the need for a new iPhone case for my 11 pro. I stopped by the kiosk and a young girl who was there walked over to me to ask if I needed any assistance. So I told her I needed something light weight and slim but also something durable. I believe her name was Shiroz. She was very knowledgeable about all the products. She let me sample a few cases until I found the one I loved. Overall, her customer service was great and she was really sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back when I need a new case.

My husbands phone started acting up on Tuesday. I called several shops to try and find someone to fix his phone. Tx Tek was the only place that could get the parts. The tech that worked on his phone was very friendly. The parts came in on Friday. The tech was enjoying her day off but came in to repair my husbands phone.

My experience with Tx-Tek was not positive. The pricing for a repair I needed varied upon the day I called to ask and who I talked to. In the end, I agreed to $89 for the phone to be repaired. When I picked it up, the phone was not in working order, and they would not release it to me unless I paid $50. While I was at their kiosk, both employees were not speaking English in order to conceal their discussion from me. I did not appreciate that. Final analysis: I paid $50 for a phone that does not work -- at all. But, they will gladly charge me $89 more to make it work. Beware.
