His customer was good. My husband bought some apple AirPods and in apple product box and we open the box up and they wasn’t apple AirPods. It’s sad how people try to get over on you still with everything going on in the world today. I will be returning them later on this morning. I will come back and give another review to let everyone know if he will fix the problem. So far please do not and I mean do not purchase anything from this company.

I assumed there was nothing that could be done; I thought we’d have to buy a new phone, but Patel was so knowledgeable and friendly that we walked away smiling and full of confidence that Patel would fix everything! After only 45 minutes she did! She fixed the screen and fixed a phone that had been rained on! I didnt catch the names of the two ladies who assisted me with my needs, but they were great! I went in to replace my shattered J7 Galaxy screen. They said it could take up to an hour to replace, however, they were done in 25 minutes. Very pleased and impressed with the service I received. I thought the price was fair and they even threw in a free temper glass screen protector. I would definitely recommend this place if youre in a bind and rush to fix your phone. I would call and make sure they have the part for your phone first before you stop by. They have multiple kiosks in the mall. I went to the one next door to Spencers within the mall.

They almost force you to give them a five star review and the case i got was 24 dollars i believe and scratched horribly in the first few DAYS of having it and the rubber parts on the side completely tore apart i payed 24 dollars for q .50 cent case WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

I took my phone to get the screen fixed my phone worked great before they fixed the screen on WiFi and my phones data without wifi but now ever since the screen has been fixed I cant use my phones data at all I can only use my phone if Im connected to WiFi and even then I only have 1 bar and even connected to WiFi my phone sometimes says not connected to a network and drops my calls and says emergency calls only

I believe the name of this business is now Tx Tek Phone Repairs. They have beyond amazing customer service and work. I had a few issues with my phone that needed to be fixed, one of which took a little bit of diagnosis. They had to order all the parts for my phone, but they came in quickly and they started working on my phone right away. I highly recommend them and will only bring my devices that need repair here.
