Are these reviews the truth? Kirk Allen just sold my son-in-law a lemon and refuses to have the car repaired or return his money. My son-in-law is a young, hard-working African-American just trying to purchase some reliable transportation so that he can get back and forth to work. The car that was sold to him didn’t run 24 hours before “the transmission was in need of repair or replacing.” It’s a sad day in America and in the great state of Texas when a car dealer purposely takes advantage of a young person during such hard times. There has to be a more honest way to handle this situation.
I bought a 2007 Honda Fit from Allen Motor a few months ago for a great price to save some mileage on my Silverado and save some money on gas. They were great to work with. They didnt pressure me to buy the car; instead, they wanted to ensure that I was sure about the purchase I was about to make and that the car truly fit my needs. They were very transparent and upfront about any issues with the car, which were all very minor and I was able to address myself. Long story short, I test drove the car and loved it. I’m enjoying my 26 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway. It’s nice working with a dealership that has integrity and honesty. If I’m ever in the market for a used car I’ll hit these guys up.
