I would never again take my vehicles there, they supposedly fix my hood and gave me a warranty, within three weeks I tried opening up my hood and it broke again, so I thought with the warranty id be ok, so I took it back up there and they told me this time it was something else and that the warranty wouldnt cover it, and that it would be over 700 dollars, so I had my friend looked at it and he opened it in seconds and showed me that they rigged it with a zip tie.... smh never again!!!!

Brought my project truck in to diagnose an AC issue. I was very pleased with how they approached the issue. The way it was explained to me so that I could continue to improve the situation was perfect. I will be back with my other vehicles when necessary.

I had what was once called a Blue Plate Special done on a 2009 Toyota Yaris I had just purchased. It involved a thorough check of all systems--engine, transmission, electrical, etc.--and an updating to the recommended servicing for 100,000 miles. I was thoroughly satisfied with the careful diagnostics and the work, especially the replacement of engine hoses. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. I would trust Auto Haus with any repair job.

Took our BMW in to have them fix a valve cover oil leak and fuel pump replacement. Doesn’t run as smooth as before we took it in. The hood seals were hanging off and engine partition was sloppily thrown together. The splash shield which was dirty and oily was left in the cargo area. Tried them because of their ratings.Failed!

Took my Chevy Silverado there to diagnose why my truck was cutting off they call me and say there were gonna have to do a level 5 diagnosis I say ok so 2 days go by and I get another call saying there not gonna be able to fix the problem because they said there technician does not want to get into it because once they do they might find a problem he cant fix.so they charged me for a level 1 diagnosis but the diagnosis I paid for did not even tell me why it was cutting off .A person takes there vehicle to a shop to fix it not be told there technician cant fix it . A quick look and checking engine light is not a diagnosis figureing out the actual problem is a diagnosis

The price for the Gates belt for a Pontiac v6 was about three times higher that I would have expected to pay. I cant say anything about the price for labor. The cost for the oil and filter change was twice as high as she spends at the quick lube. Sorry we were just not used to paying such high prices, but we needed the work to be done, and it was done quickly and efficiently, they also pointed out other problems and gave a quote on those

Nice staff. Good work. But very shocked at bill. Other mechanics said paid way to much. I wont go back ever. Repair bill way over priced. I mentioned couple things. Was direct result of faulty thermostat. I was charged big diagnostic fees for each.

I did not get a quote before work was done on my car. Charged me over $50 in labor for simply snapping in a new side mirror, not the actual holster for the mirror, just the mirror, & I already had the part. Charged another $50+ plus just to put a light bulb in my 3rd brake light, which they didnt have to use any tools to get to, just pull the cover off. They also broke the brake light cover & just threw in the back above the rear seats. I dont think they took the actual time & effort of labor in consideration & just charged me a standard fee no matter how easy it was.To top it all off the light stopped working about a week or 2 later. I was also there so they could diagnose the check engine light, which is why I was told to leave the car there. A staff member took me home. So I wasnt there while any of this was going on.I knew for sure they were doing a diagnosis on the car & I was not given a price for it so I thought they do it complimentary. No, it was $99+ on the bill when I came to get my car. I shouldve been told upfront before I left my car. Trinity Auto Haus is great! Visiting from out of town, needed to get some light bulbs replaced on my Acura. Made an appointment, received a loaner car and was back in the road quickly! I will definitely return for any car needs!

Went in to get an inspection for my truck, they were up front that they could not get to me that day, but could make an appointment for the next day. I came back the next day at the time we set up and was in and out in 30 minutes tops. Very impressed, I will go back the next time I need any service on my cars!

I would give 5 stars as everything they do there was on point. Professional, courteous and timely. The only issue I had was the price of some of the services. 65 dollars to replace windshield wipers. Next time I will have an auto parts just do it for free. Other than that great people and great service!

I was having trouble with an oil leak and it was fully repaired by the really nice mechanics. I felt that both my car and I were treated well. I would definitely go back for other simple procedures. The only thing I recommend is to ask about the cost for a diagnostics. I think that was a little surprising but great service overall.

They have done quality work for me on several occasions. They are very professional, precise and their work is quality. They stand behind it with a great warranty. It was well worth the price that I paid that was higher than I usually pay at cheaper mechanics, but the others are not as good or offer as good a warranty as Trinity

Trinity Auto Haus was highly recommended to me based on their expertise and excellent service which they certainly delivered for me! I needed a steering angle sensor replaced on my 2001 Corvette I was skeptical about even taking it to a dealership not knowing how much experience the technicians would have on a 2001. Trinity has highly experienced GM technicians and they were able to get the part and get it installed in 2 days!! The cost was exactly what they quoted. Outstanding service and courtesy.

Prior to the oil change the mechanic checked out the car and said that my battery was bad. They offered to replace it for $262 if I approved the work. I did not approve it and after I picked up my car I took it to Auto Zone where they tested the battery and found no issues. This is disappointing and frustrating for I want to be able to trust the facility where I take my car and now that is called into question.

I had a wonderful experience at Trinity! The staff was so kind and friendly. They had complimentary refreshments and left me a cute drink cozy and thank you card in my car. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Trinity Auto Haus was very professional, easy to work with, and efficient. They gave the diagnosis on the problem and gave me the option of what I wanted to fix or not to fix they wasnt pushy at all. I am 400 miles away from my daughter in college at Baylor. These guys take great care of her BMW. The estimates come electronically for me to approve or decline. Once I submit approvals the work is completed timely. I call them to pay and it’s finished. I usually work on the car myself, so I’m familiar with what ballpark the charges should be and they are always inline with pricing. Great place!!

I went in for a oil change, knowing my truck needed more work than a simple oil change. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable. The inspection that they completed, along with the report they send you (pictures included) was amazing! It not only tells you when something’s wrong with your car, but they attach the pictures so you can see if for yourself. I absolutely love the work and honesty of the people in this company. I, for one, will continue to bring them my business.

Excellent service. We were traveling through the area, when our trucks transmission cooler developed a crack and needed replacement.Trinity Auto Haus, got us in, the next day. Since parts needed to be ordered, they gave us a loaner car. So, we were able to site-see the area.Best of all the cost of repairs ended up being less than expected!Sorry this review is so late, but I prefer to give them after repairs have proved themselves. Weve put several thousand miles on since we were in Waco, and all is well.

My car wouldn’t start after last week’s ice/snow. My roadside assistance jumped the battery & recommended that I get a new battery. I called Trinity. They checked what battery I would need & had one. I took the car in and, after running several tests, determined that my battery was fine, as was the starter and alternator, so I was overjoyed! They are professional and honest. I highly value that.

Traveling thru town when I had a transmission issue. Had my truck towed here because of their ratings. Ratings didn’t fail me they were able to diagnose my truck the next morning. The part needed was hard to come by but they kept in contact and did my repair as soon as the part arrived. Can’t thank them enough for the service.

I brought my car in to have the sunroof worked on. It was stuck in the ‘up’ position. Per my request, they were able to manually lower the sunroof in less time and money than originally quoted. I was very pleased to hear they were able to fix it much cheaper than I expected.I would not hesitate to use these guys again. Andy was great to work with.

I took my high mileage Explorer in to figure out what was going on with it. The fan was roaring and the block temp was getting high. Couldn’t duplicate the problem with the mechanic riding with me, naturally, but I left the car there, they figured it out, and got it fixed that same afternoon. Turned out to be a bad fan clutch. They did a thorough bumper to bumper inspection on the car as well.They got it fixed up and now it runs great despite being a 200,000+ mile vehicle. They communicated with me the whole time it was in the shop, their prices are comparable, and their service was great. They even let me drive a loaner car, a practically brand new Honda, while mine was in the shop. Great group of guys. Well worth the money given the time and frustration I would have experienced had I tried to fix it on my own.

I recently needed clutch work done on my Corvette so I started researching shops to perform the work. After hearing a lot of great recommendations from other repair shops and a few from friends, I decided to call Trinity Auto Haus. As soon as I spoke with them on the phone I knew they were good people and I felt better about trusting my car to them on such a big repair. During the repair process I was updated along the way to let me know where they were at and to make sure it was okay to proceed.The car drives better now than it did before and I am completely satisfied with their work and professionalism! Trinity Auto Haus ended up being cheaper than the dealer and their work is warrantied for peace of mind.Fast forward a few weeks when getting an oil change, I was told that my brakes were in the red and were needing replacement and was quoted about $700 for the brake job. I took my car into Trinity Auto Haus for a second opinion, and they called me back a few minutes later telling me that my brakes were in great shape and they don’t need any work at all. They could have easily said I needed new brakes and charged me for the repair, but they are honest people!Trinity Auto Haus has earned my business through honest professional work, and great customer service.
