I went looking for a auto repair item, found it and am surely delighted

I was looking for an area rug and wanted to get a first hand look at what I would be buying. Not only did the Home Depot personnel help me in understanding my purchase, but gave me some recommendations on their own purchases that were very helpful such as using the Stay in Place pads to keep the rug from moving around.I do not shop at Home Depot a lot but I have always had good experiences. The fact that it was 6:00 am in the morning made this a pleasant experience. I saved money as the rug I wanted was on sale $179.00 off.I could not say enough good things about the Home Depot staff at the Bellmead, TX store during my visit.Bonus: I found a furniture dolly to move the heavier furniture around when I do not have help.

I just want to say that I lost my billfold in the parking lot and when I called the next day it had been turned in. Everything was there!!! It goes to show there are still honest people in this world. Thank you goes out to who ever turned in my billfold and for the Head cashier for holding it for me. Iam Very Grateful.

I am giving this store a 5 start rating after meeting the nicest young man named Logan, I was in the store making several large purchases, and this young man was top notch. I had asked multiple in the store for assistance, the worst being Rodger in appliances, who would not help me load or take 7 toilets, and 6 microwaves and a few other items to the front of the store because he had to man his post and would not request anyone to assist me. Logan saw me struggling, and helped me finish loading, and taking my purchases to the front of the store even helped me load them in my truck!!! This young man knows the meaning of costumer service. I continue to make purchases at this store now because of this young man. If not for him I would have been taking my business else where. I understand that my small purchase is nothing to a huge facility like HomeDepot, my point is this young man made the difference and Roger a seasoned individual was bothered by my presence and the fact that he may have to work. Huge Shout Out To Logan For Making A Difference!!

If I could give this store zero stars I would. They have lost, damaged, and ordered the wrong window for our new home over a dozen times since February. At this point we are waiting on the window. They dont seem to want to make it right, and just make vague promises of a discount on a future order. On top of that, they refuse to take care of us before the window comes in, meaning the $5k of fixtures we need to order for our home that they are supposedly going to discount, will have to wait almost a whole month past when the house should have been completed to order. After the final purchase, I will not be buying anything from this location ever again.

Store is nice. More of a variety than most Homedepot. Friendly staff. However there restroom needs a refresher.. I have seen cleaner gas station bathroom than this Homedepot.

We came in and wanted to but a LG kitchen appliance set refrigerator dishwasher stove and microwave. I even got the home depot credit card. Its was $2500 the check out price was 3600. This is not including tax. This is not including warranty we wanted. The said if you want to take the refrigerator today its not a package deal price. Yet none of the other appliances were in stock. This is called bait and switch. No were on the add did it say special order . They literally talked me out of a sale. What a scam.

Had made a several hundred dollar purchase and the cashier was having problems with the card scanner so she had to reset it. Finally made it through the transaction and was charged twice for several hundred dollars. Was told that the charges were pending and it would take care of itself. When both charges posted to my account the next day the manager told me there wasnt anything they could do because their system only showed one receipt. Even after I showed him my account info were I had been charged twice and the balance after each transaction. He basically told me there was nothing he could do.......it was my problem to figure out. Be mindful when they are trying to scan your card multiple times. This shouldnt be my headache to deal with. It was their mistake not mine.

This store and their attitudes are not pleasant to work with. First time I’ve had something installed by them was a fail. I had to fight with them for a year and a half and had the corporate people of Home Depot come to my house personally because their contractors couldn’t fix the flooring they installed properly(they didn’t hold their side of replacing the floor). So I’ve decided to give them another shot and wanted them to install a sliding back door. When I was there buying the door the lady told me it would be installed today. Now they are saying the installer will contact me to schedule a date. No no no don’t switch it up. If that’s the way it’s supposed to be done than you should make sure the lady selling the door DOES NOT GIVE installation dates. Now I have someone taking vacation off work to be at the house for the installers and there’s no one coming today. Don’t get me wrong I shop at this store a lot because they have what I need. But dealing with the employees is difficult. Most of the time they have an attitude or don’t want to help you. All I’m saying if you’re looking to get installation done, either go to a different business or higher your own contractor. Because these people are not the ones you want to deal with.

Increasingly over the years I have been in construction, I’ve seen Hone Depot’s customer relations deteriorate. Years ago, it was easy to find employees in stores who had careers in the building trades who could provide helpful advice or insights for people like me. But, now, all the employees seem to have limited knowledge of their products and no knowledge of construction.This store is no different than the others, largely, I suspect, because Home Depot isn’t interested in hiring people who know the trades because those people wouldn’t work for the sort of wages the company pays store employees.

I am a contractor and I always go to the produce in Waco at the Home Depot Chelsea Bonnie Jessica they are great people and very helpful

Paint. No one in the department, finally got someone and they didnt have the base for color in either gallon or qt. Ended up in walmart paint department. Tough to find help in this store.

Well stocked and well managed. The sales associates are knowledgeable, courteous and attentive so you are guided expeditiously to the item(s) you seek. The garden center is also well stocked. This is my next stop this week!

Good location. Newer employees may not be highly knowledgeable, but willing to learn. Ron, Josie, and Diesi at the pro desk will do everything possible to help. Laurie can do anything. Bethany is a whizz with orders, and overall too many great employees to name. In my experience,the managers on duty always solve legitimate issues that arise.

Apparently, when employees call in, the curbside service isnt running; however, the website doesnt reflect this when ordering. So, dont depend too heavily on curbside---CALL FIRST. Unfortunately, we waited 20 minutes outside and abt 10 inside for a few bags of soil. The employees were apologetic and pleasant. STILL, if I *wanted* to go in the store.....I would not have opted for the available curbside.

It was pretty bad in there lot of people unhappy with customer service.. Long wait. Long wait. Should make it mandatory when it is busy like this at customer service. All check out stands stay open. Of they have to work thru there lunch break pay them. Overtime . It makes them happy and your customers happy. If you have a customer that has something that is going to take longer than usual move her are him to disgnated area where she can be helped without any interruption. And the regular customer service area. Makes sense to me

Great place to shop for home needs

Not sure how this Home Depot location averages 4.1 stars. I must have arrived on an off day for them. I ordered online for in store pickup. I’ve never been to this location before. The first problem was the cart guy blocking the entrance while he stared at some crackhead looking woman with her butt hanging out of her shorts. He was staring so hard he was clueless to the 6 customers trying to get into the store that he was blocking. I couldn’t get to the online order pickup area because it was blocked with pallets, carts and flatbeds of merchandise. I stood in line with many of people at the service desk. There were 5 employees behind the service desk counter. Only about three of them were actually working. Once the line at the service desk thinned down there only three employees left. Only one lady was helping the customer in front of me the other two were just standing around. I had to ask if one of them would actually help me instead of standing there. Very poor customer service. I will avoid this location in the future at all cost. Lesson learned.

This is where we get most of our supplies so its alright, but when we get a lot of wood, its difficult to get sometimes got to get out of the very back of the racks. And I wish they did 10% off like Lowes.

I love the garden center, they always tell you when they get their shipments of plants, and the plants are there.Buy all my vegatable plants there, healthy plants.

Ask for help know one came. Went to check out at the service desk and 6 people there and know one help me so I walked to the other in the check out

Not the first time that I have slipped up and had to return something to THIS location that accidentally broke before I could get it installed. BIG kudos to Aaron at the customer service desk, who not only took back the product, but also corrected the price from $139 down to $107, which is how it was marked in the aisle. The sign, Customer SERVICE is accurate here at the Bellmead Home Depot; theyve taken care of me so many times!Thank you Sale Cashier AARON!!

Always has what I need and especially enjoy my military service discount. Three new appliances for our new home 2 years ago with free delivery. Allowed my discount on my new Cub Cadet. I travel about 26 miles to the Corsicana store, well worth the time and the trip. My last home was a mile from the Richardson location.

Ordered online and this was only location that had one for pickup in the area. I live in Temple. There was a short line but I was in and out in 10 minutes. That was customer service like I havent seen in a long time from the start online to pickup. Thanks Bellmead Home Depot!

If you know exactly what you want and can find it online then you are better off buying online if you go to the store you may find someone to help you but usually you have to find things for yourself

Shame on you Home Depot. Texas has a bad freezing temps and they blocked off the plumbing isle and limit the amount of people who can go find parts to fix their broken pipes. All in the name of COVID. Yet they have a massive line just waiting to go down the isle. All you did was make the crowding worse. Shame on you.

Purchased two Husky products with lifetime warranty through Home Depot. The wooden handles split on each within the first year and when I took them in to the store for warranty, they had none like them in stock. The associate helping me said they couldn’t order replacements for me and had no idea if/when they would restock the items I purchased. She recommended that I either check back repeatedly on different days or drive to other towns and other stores in hopes of finding a store that may have the tools in stock. When I questioned further, I was told there is no real recourse and I should just keep looking. This seems pretty ridiculous to me. How can a product not be able to at least be ordered from a store in order to apply warranty replacement? What if the next store were 2 hours away? The products here are great, the service...terribly lacking.

Needed one sheet of plywood cut but a store associate for that department couldnt be found. The associate that did attempt to assist me was clearly not trained how to use the saw. The entire process took much longer than it should have.

Horrible experience with the paint department. There is no such thing as customer service! Yes, I can let it go and go elsewhere. It is just disappointing and frustrating that people act this way. The manager if she was the manager was probably the paint ladies mother as she didnt care.

I am redoing a bathroom and I have had to go to Home Depot a zillion times for parts. The contractor sent me with list and I personally could never find one person to claim what department they were working in but not the one I needed help in.Today, I felt like my chain was being yanked because I needed help and one said go to back wall, not, then the other one said I’ll call someone, that never came. I broke down just crying with frustration when a young man helped me. After 30 minutes of bring running around I finally received help after my breakdown. Please please educate employees and get experience in that store.Very frustrating experience to spend this amount of $3,000 dollars and paid to you!Thank you!

The low stars are they are struggling to implement covid safeguards. While I was the three employees had the mask on improperly, and one customer did not have a mask. I talked to the manager and he promised to reinforce the process, but the does not seem to be any teath in the policies. If we can do no shoes no shirt no service for the last 60 plus years, we should be able to enforce no shirt, no shoes no mask no service.Come on corporate, support your managers, killing your customers is just bad business!!!
