Its amazing. I lost an apple mobile phone in April. Yesterday Costco customer service called me and said that my mobile phone was lost. Let me go to get it. I cant believe that it will appear in Costco, because I really dont know why my beautiful mobile phone lost in the parking lot of 9.9 supermarket will appear in Costco. After I got it, I knew, There is also a Costco membership card. Thank you very much 🙏 Costcos staff help me get my mobile phone back! What a surprise! I love America and the American people!

Its always a good experience at Costco here in Visalia Ca. I go in with my wife for like one thing, and we see other items that are at a reasonable price and good to add to our home. Yeah sometime theres a bit of a crowd since they serve quite a few neighboring cities, but if you learn to deal and what times to show up, you can beat the crowd. As far as pricing goes we dont mind paying up front a bigger price for items that will hold us over for a while. So the savings are more substantial than the up front cost. Oh yeah, they just added self-pay so thats a plus and will speed things up some if youre handy at working the checkout that way. Dont hesitate to take advantage of a deal when you see it, you wont be disappointed.

I love Costco but there customer service here is horrible, I greeted the person who checked my card they didn’t respond. I greeted the cashier and all she asked if this was mine? The only person who said anything back was the person checking mg receipt! Do better

Went with my best friend and got my dog a bed and for the price and quality Im extremely happy with. Great place to shop and the workers are helpful and courtiouse.

Helpful people always smiling. I especially like the super clean carts. My favorite part is when the checkers and box people talk to you instead of each other. All are very polite.

Costco was really busy today. Went in around 1pm. & finished shopping around 2:15 pm. There were about 25 to 30 people in line but the cashiers & the helpers get you out fast so that wasnt an issue. If you go today expect it to be very busy. Everything else as always was A+ Costco. Store clean, shelves stocked, meat dept stocked and friendly service.

Costco has the best rotisserie chicken in town.

I’m disgusted by the managers lack of compassion or ability to help raise donations for the firefighters in Three Rivers. I didn’t even ask for donations of items or money, just for them to post signs or have a bin for customers to donate water bottles, snacks, etc and he said it’s not possible and not something they usually do. Well this is a one time thing for an important cause. I even offered to organize the manpower to get the items to Three Rivers. What a disgrace

Check out times were great. A female employee in the food station was Verry Rude to my husband. I am guessing she is not used to providing good customer service since having to submit digital food orders.

I LOVE going to this Costco (way more than the fresno or clovis Costco). The employees are super nice, the bathrooms are very clean, the shelves are always stocked, they have good food, and theyre serving samples again!!! The line seemed long, but didnt take more than 10minutes from getting in line to checking out. They have a good variety of clothes and have started getting ready for winter. I love the accessories, electronics, and jewelry they have too! I will go here for every Costco trip.

The new self check out is so fast and easy Im surprised very few use it. Large orders should go through regular lines, but if you have small order it only takes a minute if that. Five stars if they would fix the broken ones. Out of 6, usually only 4 working.

This is an awesome store with some good staff. I don’t know how they do it but Costco has some very quality stuff and that even goes for the food.. love it, thank you!

It was the 1st day of the new coupon offers and it was busy, but most of the check stands were open and it didnt take long to get checked out. It was a good visit to Costco.

I got gas today at Costco in Visalia. My Costco card and debit card fell out of my pocket as I was entering my car. A few hours later I realized what had happened. The had both cards waiting for me!! Thank you for taking care of me!

It’s very sad that this particular location still has the rudest employee in the optical department as she is even paid manager salary. A formalComplaint will be sent to corporate regarding the interaction. I will push forward cause I dedicated ten years of my adult prime years was spent working for Costco which started In 1999-2010. Luckily, I terms to business I struggled getting back on my feet since i quit but I Learned to be more strategic and not to give up to get what I want in results. I look forward to reaching out to the new CEO of the company since Jim Is gone.

I love Costco but we mostly use the pharmacy but its so hard to walk through such a big store when you have a disability and there arent always enough disability scooters to go around. Weve frequently had to drive by to see if a scooter was available and then had to leave to try another day because there werent any.Please consider installing a drive through window for the pharmacy. Im sure many people would appreciate it, especially me! Thank you.

I like Costcos selection, and we always have a good shopping experience, but today door greeters and check out person were in bad moods! They didnt even say hello! The check out person was super rude! 🙄

Outrageous to see how one of his employees at the entrance of the visalia branch, began to yell at a woman, threatening to call the manager and security, just because he did not see the membership. It is not the way to do things, he did not know how to handle the situation, he did not stop yelling at the woman, trying to intimidate her only because of the membership, that man has a problem, he should see a doctor, nobody should be yelled at and threatened just because !!!! this very bad is very rude but towards a woman; They must take corrective measures, I would not like to go and be yelled at, I am already afraid to return to that branch and that bad treatment did not happen to me, I would not want to be yelled at. for entering your club.

Experienced a blowout while in visalia and needed a tire to get home...on a Sunday. Allen in the tire center was awesome in helping me find tires. Unfortunately I had to get a set of 4 but was satisfied with what I excellent service!

Ive never had any type of trouble coming here but for a cashier to throw my moms Costco card at her because he had to do two Transactions she has a business card. Then went to make a complaint to the supervisor about how rude he was and he said hell talk to him about it. but a customer behind us told us the supervisor (Raul) went up to (Luis A.) Cashier told him he got his back laughed about the matter and walked off. Cashier name is Luis A. And supervisor is Raul happened at Visalia Costco 9/23/2021

Love coming here. Never an issue! Even on a packed busy day they have order & your visit isnt a headache & even their simple food is so much better than most of these places around here. & im referring to their hotdogs, pizza, chicken bake etc.

As awlays Costco has you covered. Things are always plentiful. The reason for my visit was to return some plants purchased in February. They took them without a fuss or hesitation. I was more than happy to continue shopping after that pleasant interaction.

The store is nice but very limited on options if you like the trendy stuff it is you store

Worst experience ever i got there for unloading and the employees were very rude to me..i told him i am here for unloading and i dont know what was funny in that he started laughing at me. Just no sense 😵‍💫😵‍💫

So, I love Costco- Unfortunately so true so many others that it makes it impossible to walk around Cos, and not bump into people or feel like you have to rush. The lines are huge. The gas is an expensive and a great buy and many things are hard to find anywhere else. They only lose one star on the fact that there should be more of them when they get too busy.

Dont like Costco. I use only the pharmacy there. I dont like it because every time I go in there, no matter what, they give me a hard time about my service animal. You have to be a member. I guess everyone knows that by now. My sisters the member. She loves me Even though I talk bad about her store. lm lucky like that.. So, one persons, I would rather not, Is another persons I would rather. And sometimes ( like basically all the time.) Its not a good Idea to say no to my sister, something about which side of the bread is buttered . . .🤓

I like Costco overall because of the prices, but it seems to me that it could be better organized. At any rate, I needed a new mattress and this was the first place we went. With prices going up, Costco will hopefully keep their prices reasonable.

Good prices, friendly staff, but... the frozen food shelves are not very well organized or not as well as other Costco stores Ive been to. Ive been to Southern California, Cancún and other ones; this one in Visalia didnt measure up.

Went to your tire shop today and was given every reason why I wouldnt be helped. I had 1 tire that I had just changed on the side of the road on my main commuter and the guy just didnt care. Not a single care to do his job. Just being told either way Im not going to help you today. What a bunch of bs. Get better costco. Because I know you are.

Today is the second time that the cashier charge twice an item. I recommend strongly to all customers that check your receipt before you leaving the store. It happened twice in less than 3 months. Unfortunately I notice about this charges when I was at home. And I think too many people never notice about that. The first time it happened I thought it was just a little cashier mistake, but now, I think it happens frequently.

Out of the many Costcos Ive been to, this one was the worst experience yet. The employees seem short, rude, and very disgruntled. From the cashier to the food court employees. I definitely will not be returning.

I have prescriptions at this location, and just want to be able to run in and get them and leave. I was stopped at the door because I was told I couldnt wear the mask I had on. I requested them to provide me with a different one. I was given a face shield that was so cloudy I could hardly see where I was going. I wanted to avoid the lines at the exit so started to walk out the entrance which I have been doing for years. I was stopped and made to walk all the way around and wait in the long line to just leave the store. The survival rate for CV19 is 99.5%. Masks arent the answer. Making people only walk in one direction is not a valid prevention either.

They added self checkout but only with cards no cash. no more photo center but still a great place to shop. excellent service

Costco is all great except that when I was there last couple of weeks some people were not wearing masks and when I asked how did they get into the store without a mask, they said they just walked in and were not asked to wear. So is Costco open on no mask wearing????

The worst and antipathy administrative staff in this store. Need more customer service tone and not so i dont care tone when asked a question. Just asked 8f pets were allowed.

Save yourself! Order delivery from this place. Nearly had a panic attack from all the people in here. No social distance (not Costcos fault), and packed to the seams! I love ordering from here, though. I have only had one issue with an order, and that was only because of a substitution issue. We order delivery twice a month, and love it.

Always have more than we need. They do need more workers or pizza ovens because wait is almost 30 mins but food is good! Plus staff need to dress more appropriate. Young lady had some tight tight jeans on and didnt look appropriate!!

I will start by saying costco is pretty great. That being said I had an unforgivable experience for my last shopping trip. I bought something I saw that I hadnt had before called Don Panchos cilantro lime crema. I found it while I was picking up some kinders dry rub seasoning. This was a dry grocery section (non refrigerated). It was a two pack, got home threw it in the pantry until ready to use it. 6 days later I pulled it out for some shrimp tacos. My girlfriend and I put it on our tacos and dug in. As we were eating I was looking at the back of the bottle and it states to use within 7 days of opening and I thought wow thats strange for an item that was in the pantry area. After that I took a look at the ingredients and it contained dairy products then saw a label that said to keep refrigerated, not refrigerate after opening. IT SAID KEEP REFRIGERATED! After that we pulled up the faqs from the don Pancho site and it states that it has to stay refrigerated. So what I want to know is how come you had a whole pallet of this in the dry foods section when it clearly states it has to be kept refrigerated. And how many people purchased it and had to throw it away. Not cool costco.

Ok didnt like it gave to have membership to go in the store otherwise they wont let you in. Member chip cost about 60 to80 dollars to get it. Not worthy, I never go there I live far away. From that city
