A very honest and fair shop. All of the employees have always been extremely polite and professional. The work gets done at a very good price. Dealing with anyone at Silver Star Mercedes is like dealing with good friends that youve known since childhood. The shop has a great vibe and atmosphere. I highly recommend them.

The only place I take my Mercedes for service. My AC went out last summer, and the dealership wanted almost 4k to replace. This shop not only repaired it for a fraction of the cost, they stayed til after midnight working on it because I was leaving the state the next day for a month. Five stars all the way!

Recently went to drop off my car after hours, got there at ~11pm on a weeknight and Cosme (the owner) was in the shop turning wrenches - he told me he had a late part delivery but promised to have the car out the next day so he stayed late and got it done. That speaks to the respect and appreciation they have for their customers, which is something I cant say about the competition.They are also very knowledgeable and capable Mercedes-Benz mechanics. I daily drive a rare, 20+ year old MB with over 230k miles on it, many times they have gone above and beyond to find parts or to get my car out of the shop quickly.Great shop run by mechanics you can trust.
