Bavarian autohause in my opinion a great mechanic shop. Very knowledgeable. That I see some 1 star reviews kind of surprises me. I have two Audi’s a 2010 Q7 V8 with 80k miles and a 2012 A6 Supercharged With 123k miles and every time they get the job done. The Audi Q7 recently had some bad karma or Murphy’s laW issues but I can’t hold that against the mechanic. Who wants to drive or more fancy vehicle sometimes has to take the bullet. Miguel is responsible for the communication, Greg for the parts and John was my mechanic. All very professional and easy to talk to. Went beyond anything to get it done. Sure people make mistakes it’s how you deal with them. Also me being from Holland I can say these vehicles won’t let you down but do the maintenance. Or else it will cost you more in the long run. They did an excellent job walnut blasting the q7 it picks up so much faster. Once again thank you.

Every time I bring my Mercedes Benz to Bavarian Auto... I have my vehicle promptly diagnosed, and fixed promptly. Why this shop is sitting at a 3 star rating is beyond me. They are excellent..

Brought my car 97 BMW Z3 M.. Needed windows, repaired, another engine put it in. Can’t tell whether they put a different engine or rebuilt the old one.. Bottom line paid well over $8,000 car still doesn’t run.. Oh and they put white doors on Blue Car..Never go here. I would give no stars but it wouldn’t submit. Would have called Better Business Bureau but spouse had just passed..

Very Knowledgeable and super friendly staff. They take walk ins, but I would highly recommend an appointment. I was in and out for my oil change in 20 min. Way cheaper than the dealer, and reliable service for my BMW 4 Series

They are very thorough and professional. I have a lot of confidence in them. Update: they put up a good front. Thousands of dollars later and most if my issues are still there. 1 was even made worse

It was such a relief finding Bavarian to help with our 2010 Mini Cooper! When we started having some issues with it, no where local could help us figure out what was wrong, so when we went searching for a place to help us with our Mini, we were relieved to find Bryan at Bavarian! He was helpful, kind, and patient (I dont know much about cars). Bryan and his team got to the bottom of the issue with our car!Our experience here was the best experience Ive ever had at an auto shop!Thank you guys so much!

I brought my MB 2017 E300 in for an estimate. I was referred by above and beyond. I specifically asked if they could complete the repair or would I need to take my car to the dealer. Brian was nice and assured me they could fix the problem. He gave me a $400 estimate. I got a call more than a week later from Brian saying that they could not fix my vehicle. Further, they charged me $900 and did not fix the vehicle. I ended up having to take my car to the dealer after all and they charged my $700 and fixed the problem right away. My original $400 estimate cost me $1,600 and Bavarian Autohaus did not fix my car. So I ended up paying for the repair twice. No discount. No alternative. I will NEVER take any car to this business again. Total amateur hour. I should have sued them.

Am very happy to have found this shop. My car is a 1995 BMW and they have been helpful in keeping it in good repair for the past 15 years. They have always been honest with me and give me good advice as to how to keep it in the best running condition possible.

Ive seen the negative reviews posted here and just dont understand it. I had an excellent experience. My BMW is not an easy vehicle to deal with and these guys did a fantastic job, gave me very good advice, and bent over backwards to help me. At all times my expectations were correctly managed in terms of what could be done and at what cost, and why. They made sure I understood the things they were telling me and genuinely seem to love what they do for a living.

Charged me $500 and didnt even fix the problem. Had it FIXED elsewhere $800

Great shop. Great people. Grest prices. And they really know their stuff. Only place Id take a European vehicle.
