I was beyond excited when I took a look at my car. It was flawless!! I couldnt be more happy with the outcome. And everyone was so nice. I dont know all of the names of people that worked on my car,, but Henry was amazing. Also the smile the receptionist has is the first thing you notice when walking in. I think her name is Gabby. So super friendly. From beginning to end, it was perfect!!

I am very happy and satisfied with Caliber Collisions services and repair work! They have repaired my truck that was damaged due to a hit and run. I also wanted to point out how great they are as a company and as a team. Initially, I had to take back my truck before the repair services were scheduled because I was not able to come up with the deductible at that time. Glenn, the Manager, was very understanding with my situation and reassured me that I was welcome back any time. When I was able to get the deductible together, I brought back my truck and Henry, my repair representative, took care of the paper work without any hesitation. The repair was excellent and completed in record time! Highly recommend this company!

Monday morning blues seemed to be the norm when I brought in my car. After they had their morning coffee things got better. Overall I was happy with the service except for the fact that my car had only 20 miles of gasoline when I picked it up. I know I didnt leave my car bone empty. My grade is A-.

They did a good job I was just unhappy with some scratched that were not on my vehicle prior to taking it to them but I did message them and they did tell me to bring the car in to see about resolving the issue when I have time. Ive just been too busy to go back to address the problem.

Amazing customer service! 10 outta 10 would recommend.

My grandpa and I went there yesterday and got there about 30 minutes before closing time. One of the workers helped us anyway, with no hesitation and was very kind to us. My driver side car door had stopped latching because a locking mechanism had loosened up and he fixed it in a matter of minutes as a courtesy. Very grateful and feel much safer knowing my car door can close properly and lock again. Thank you for your time and help. 🙏

I scratched the entire side of my truck and tailgate and it was my daily driver so it was important to me to get it back on the road as quick as possible. They gave me a realistic time frame and quickly performed the repairs! Upon completion, the owner even came in during his off time in order to give me the keys in hand! Not only that, but they provided texts throughout the process to inform me every step of the way. Once I received the keys, I inspected the repairs and it looks like a brand new truck....and that still might do it justice because they honor a lifetime guarantee! It’s nice to see a shop that takes that much pride in their work.

Got into a collision on the freeway and was able to get home. Caliber was the one shop that said theyd send a tow to my house and can get started on repairs on my car. Outsourced the engine and mechanical issues to Pepes. Extremely pleased with the customer service and great turn around time. Had my Subaru back up and running and looking amazing! Highly recommend.

I am new to the Central Valley and did not know where to go for my bumper problem that TWO previous mechanics could not get right.. I picked R & G because they had the most positive reviews. They provided the quality repair I had been looking for and along with their professional and friendly technicians and staff, it was a 5 star experience!!! PLUS the place is so clean!! The reception area is comfortable with a lovely water fountain that is so relaxing (and who doesnt need to relax when you are having car issues right?) They have a coffee service and television for you too if you need to wait for your car.. Great Workmanship with relaxing surroundings and excellent customer service. They do it all!!

I left my car I thought in good hands but after I graded this company a 5 its like I didnt feel they cared to fix my car.My insharace paid and i paid a 250.00 deductible I took my car there and evertime I went back for it the job wasnt done. I always found something wrong with it. I didnt want to judge them we all make mistakes I also didnt care to put this all on here as long as they got the job done.I left my car 3 times and They rented a car for four days and still didnt get the job done. I was annoyed with the fact me going up and down paying gas and getting a rental it doesnt help. My car should have been done right by now I was told to leave it yesterday at my time what fits me then another guy comes out and tells me come back tomorrow like I dont work oh no Im good Ill just talk to my insurance and let them deal with them.Make sure to also check if they connect the batterie right before u leave in your car.I had bad luck with this compuny hope noone else goes through this.

My side view mirror broke off at a local car wash and I needed to get an estimate for it. After calling several body shops in town I decided to call R&G Body Shop and they gave me the best customer service and price. The have worked on two of my vehicles that were damaged from auto accidents (that were not my fault.), they are in Visalia and I drove from Fresno/Clovis to have my vehicles repaired, because of the great work they completed. When our truck was hit we had only had it 3 weeks, (brand new driven off the lot) when we picked it up you would never known there had been any damage because they did such a beautiful job with the repairs.
