My new car was vandalized all on the passengers side. I came in and scheduled the repair. The job was complete 1 day ahead of schedule. My car was impressively cleaned and professionally detailed. I appreciate the professional fast and friendly service. I would definitely recommend family and friends. I had a great experience!

I was pleased with the paint job but overall with them taking the car apart to do a full body paint job and restoration it brought it down to a 2. The car was put back together poorly and my new seats were stained with a hand print. There was also an overspray inside my car from the paint. The turn around time was almost 4 months after being told it would take 45 days. It was also very slow at the time at their shop when I dropped it off. I had to take it back a couple of times after because of a cracked windshield panel (guessing they left my car in the sun) and they lost the clip to one of my head lights. If I didnt see this my headlight would have literally fell off my car while driving. I have to take my car over to a glass shop because they admit to not knowing how to re assemble my back window with the defroster. The seals in my car were put in backgrounds, Ill also need to pay another place to fix that.To me this experience was not good, especially with the money I spent. I have to spend more money for something that didnt have an issue but now has an issue after going through this restoration shop. We will not be taking any of our other cars in after this experience nor recommending their services.

I had such a great experience with this business! They fixed my car like brand new. I had just bought the car a day before and someone hit the entire back of my car. They replaced it within a good time frame and the paint is looking awesome! I still have a warranty on the back of my car as well. The service is awesome!

We had body work done to our vehicle and was told that there would be a life time warranty. We contacted the shop because we noticed that there was a color difference in the paint and a drip. We were told that we now have to go through our insurance company to get this approved. That is ridiculous and disappointing to say the least. You need to stand by your work.

Weve taken two cars for insurance repair to this shop. Both times Mr. Duran and his staff have done an exceptional job on our vehicles. Our cars now look like theyve never been involved in an accident. The paint job on the replacement parts was matched exactly to the old paint on both cars. Both time the repairs were done within a reasonable timeframe.In one instance, I needed to get some items I had forgotten inside my vehicle. Mr Duran went out of his way and took me to the transmission shop where my car had been taken for repair. I was able to retrieve my items.Mr. Duran and his staff were always available to answer any questions about the repairs being done to our cars. They really made us feel welcomed both times.This is now my go to place for body repairs to my cars.

Very friendly and professional. Went above and beyond to repair and detail my car. From matching paint color to detail cleaning the inside of my car, once it was completely repaired. My car looks better now than before the accident! One headlight is brand new and the other was restored... and you cant even tell the difference! I took my 2004 toyota tundra to Duran Detail Autobody. Eric Duran gave me a great deal to repair and refinish the complete exterior of my truck. They took the entire truck apart and even the bed so they could paint behind the cab. I received a call from my insurance company asking about their service n if my truck was done in time. Apparently their running an investigation with the body shop for fraud. They did take their time on my truck I didn’t have a feel that I was being taken care of. I wasn’t happy with a the time away from my truck the lack of answers to name a few. They ordered the wrong door interior it doesn’t match the rest.The owner doesn’t speak English it was hard to communicate, fairly rude.Proceed with caution
