Last year, I took my 2018 Ford Mustang to this shop for body repairs to the undercarriage of the vehicle. My initial impression of the shop was very positive. Customer service was good and repairs were timely.A couple weeks after receiving my vehicle back I got a check engine light. When I took the car in to my mechanic, I found out they had left the connectors to my turbo unhooked when they removed the bottom panel. I paid for the repairs out of pocket and chalked it up to an honest mistake on part of the body shop. That was my first mistake.The following month, I got another check engine light. When I took the vehicle back to my mechanic, I found out that Quality had installed my entire undercarriage incorrectly, which prevented my engine from ventilating and caused over $3000 worth of damage to the engine. Quality, my insurance, and I went back and forth for several months because they would not accept responsibility for the damage caused by their repairs.It was at this point I filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and they launched an investigation of on Quality. The investigation found them at fault for the damage to my vehicle, but Quality STILL refused to pay. The investigator at the BAR said this was the only time in his career that he had issued a recommendation to a shop and the shop refused to pay.Anyway, at this point I got a lawyer and started gearing up to take the matter to small claims court. Fortunately, I received payment from my insurance company for the repairs, since Quality was their recommended service provider and had failed to render the services promised.Anyway. I do not recommend anyone go to this shop, for any reason. If you choose to go, be ready to play hardball in the case something goes wrong.

Had my Dodge Dakota there after a minor front end collision. After about 6 months the clear coat on the hood started lifting and took it back under warranty. Asked if while they had it, could they fix the clear coat on the roof as well (not their fault) and they said it would be another $200 to which I agreed. The interior of the car looked like it does in these pictures with fine white sanding dust throughout. I sent these pictures to Brooke, the owner, and never heard a peep back from him. Also, I noticed that when they clear-coated the roof, they apparently did just that with NO prep work which made it look like it was done with a rattle can. They DO NOT live up to their name and thats for sure!

My insurance partnered with this business and was one of the plenty of options I had to chose from to get my car repaired after an accident, and thankfully I chose them! After reading the reviews (which did not justify the great work they actually do) I was iffy on taking my car but Everything went smoothly and honestly I’m so relieved I stuck with Quality Paint & Body because my car looked flawless! I was always updated daily on my cars’ status and they even washed it, and with good products! Thank you to everyone and thank you so much to Scott ! You won’t regret coming to get your car repaired and painted, it will be looking brand new once again!

Car accidents and dealing with insurance is ALWAYS a pain in the ass, but everyone at Quality made it so pleasant and easy!! They were extremely fast, my car came back perfect and sparkling clean! Which I was very surprised with because the only other time I have ever gone to another local body shop they did not wash my vehicle and it took 2 and a half weeks! I will always go to Quality and refer friends and family there. Thank you Quality!!

Although Im giving the company two stars, that is only because the completed work was okay. My complaint is the attention to detail and bogus information provided about missing parts. It was a Toyota Forerunner for front bumper replacement. Damage included grill, bumper and fender liner. Upon completion it was noticed that a splash guard on both the left and right was torn. Prior to taking into Quality they were not torn. When Quality was confronted about it, they said it was normal and that they tear easily. This was upsetting and complete nonsense. Prior to this the rear bumper had to be replaced due to an accident. When it was returned it was noticed that some of the support brackets were not replaced and so the bumper was just hanging there with just the side support. Poor quality from Quality Paint & Body. I would think the company would do some research on the vehicle to ensure all the necessary parts are ordered and replaced.

All I can say is everyone was over the top awesome!!! Ill totally recommend this place to anyone that needs work done!Plus the girls in the office are the best!! Always friendly, helpful and smiling!!Thanks Quality, my truck looks better than ever!!

On an insurance job they left my rear bumper full of imperfections you could see and feel. They offered to repaint it. But once I said thats how I wanted to proceed they refused to but did buff the rough spots only to go through the paint straight to the plastic. They only repainted it properly (at least appears proper) once my insurance agent demanded it after seeing what kind of job they had done. There is too many better choices out there stay away.

Great service and explain every little detail from beginning to end. From what to expect from your insurance and from them. I had some minor issues at the end, but they were quick to get it fixed and lee me happy. Will gladly go back again.

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my car a couple of years ago. The insurance at that time wouldnt pay to put new trim on the car so they had to re-glue the original trim which was undamaged but had to be removed to fix the car. Recently it started to come off. I contacted them and they order new trim and replaced it free of charge. They guarantee their work which made me very happy.

I was kept very informed of the work on my vehicle. Even though it became delayed, they worked within my time constraints so that my family and I were able to still go on vacation.

Ook my car here on November 8th to get the windshield, bumper and hood fixed. 3 things! They had it until December 12th, over a month they had it. When I called on the 4th they said waiting for a part that didn’t even need fixing. When I was finally able to pick it up I noticed my back break light and signal wasn’t working! Horrible repair shop.

Only thing I can say is I was told yeah bring in the car we got it. Then I got a call saying the man had made a mistake and that the insurance had not agreed to pay. I had to come up with $850 real quick. No one offered to even cut it for the fact I could have let it go but choose to do it cause insurance said yes supposedly. Make sure you get ok from insurance yourself or be prepared.

This is a shop that over promises and under delivers. They finished the car a week late and claimed it was because the parts supplier was out of stock. I called another reputable body shop and they were able to have the part in 24 hours. When the car was picked up, gas tank door would not function and they acted clueless. NEVER take your car here. Go to Visalia Auto Body.

This place ordered my part. There was an issue with the rental car and I had to leave with my car. When I got the rental situation figured out I called to drop my car off. They said that they would have the claims adjuster calk me back. I left several messages and got no response for weeks. Finally I called and ask for the manager. I was told to take my car somewhere else because they wouldnt service it. What a terrible way to do business. Ridiculous!!!! If I could give negative stars I would!

This place is absolutely awful, dear lord, dont drop your car off here. I was sent here by my insurance and this shop lied and told me there was no structural damage to my car, only the deep scratches along the front quarter panel. Another shop showed me the structural damage that apparently doesnt exist, so I took it back to Quality to be repaired again, not only did they fail to fix my car and lied about it, the paint job was utterly butchered, wrong color, holes in the clear coat, and ripples in the paint, and the door adjacent to what they fixed became loose and failed to close. They have fixed this car three times so far to fix damage from the original accident and the further damage they caused. They have done nothing but ruin the car further, even causing my front bumper to tweak out, making my headlights crooked. They have ignored notes left to them on what needs to be fixed as on several occasions when we go to check on the car after they claim it was done, the original problems were still there. And seeing my car sitting out in a parking lot with the keys in the door was a nice touch. Hey Quality, heres a tip, DONT OPEN A REPAIR SHOP IF YOU CANT REPAIR CARS! I have been without my car for over a month because they cant do their job. Youd be better off doing it yourself.

I have been in this place 3 times and the paint job is so sloppy dont waste your time here, and they consider this a professional paint and body shop.I have been here 3 times for the same issue and every time I contact your people they dont respond. Email me for proof of all my emails where I do not get responses.

Extremely unhappy with how theyve handled my car issue. It was brought in over a week ago to replace the door. I was told the door may not be in until the end of the week, i said that was okay. Ive been getting text messages all week about the completion of my car, and the progress throughout. I even received a message today stating it is almost complete and will be ready tomorrow. Then a few hours later i just got a call that they havent even got a new door in yet. When i asked why they just blamed the automated text and couldnt give an answer as to why no one called me earlier or edited the the automated message to keep me informed. So Ive been expecting to get my car back tomorrow for over a week now and now am told i need to wait another 8 days and pay for my hotel on my own.... Thanks guys, you sure are on top of your job.....

STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST SERVICE! I am shocked to see these people are still in business (but I guess they stay afloat with such bloated prices) They will rush you to sign paperwork you are not prepared for, and their service itself is very low-quality. Needed body work done for my wifes vehicle and they ended up tampering with components that had nothing to do with what we brought it in for. These people are criminals!

Took 2 weeks to repair a door that had been backed into, got it back paint didnt match, door wouldnt shut right, trash in clear coat, had to wait for pin stripes to come in, never called when stripes came in.Took back to have paint redone, door shutting properly, and pin stripes installed. Took another 2 weeks, paint matched good this time, pin stripes were wrong, door still wouldnt shut right.My insurance company sent me to another shop to get the repairs finished.

They didnt do a good job repairing my car. All the parts that they replace are not in place. And Im still waiting for them to call me to take the car back to get it done the right way. Im not bringing my car to get fix here. No stars for this shop👎👎👎👎👎

Had my car get hit in the rear end ! My insurance sent me to one of ther shops & i had a bad vibe from them as soon as I got ther I seen they were in a hurry getting cars in & out ! So I let them do there thing & paint my new car when I picked up car I noticed the paint didnt match at all & told the supervisor it was not the same & it was alot darker ! Hes response was that the car was in the shade & it was cloudy outside ! Ive seen this car every day since I bought it ! I knw what it used to look like ! So I gave him the benefit of doubt & took car home ! The next day I put car in sun & still the same results! Darker bumper that my trunk ! & when I started looking at the whole job i seen ther was paint runs also ! I am so dissapointed with ther work & for lying to me in my face about it being Inspected before calling me to pick it up ! If it would of been inspected they would of noticed the difference in color & all the paint runs ! A car is a investment please be sure where u take yur car before u do ! Quality paint & body needs to get all there eyes checked !! Especially the supervisor that deals with painting side of the shop! Im still having to deal with this issue I give this shop a bad review & plan never to return & tell everyone I knw to never bring ther cars here!

My auto insurance (Ameriprise) sent me there to get an estimate. I informed them i had a claim number with Ameriprise and that they sent me there to get an estimate. The office person told me they havent received authorization for the estimate and therefore they couldnt setup the appointment. Otherwise I would have to pay out of pocket for the estimation. You would think being affiliated with Ameriprise they would get the authorization using my claim number. They clearly didnt know what they were doing. My past experience with auto repairs shops is that they got your insurance information and claim number and they took care of everything . Thats including authorization for any work being done. Will never do business with them. I dont highly recommend using them.

Had my back bumper replaced and painted now its been about 6 months and the paint is literally coming off, you can probably pull it all off in one big chunk. Every time I have my car washed the guy tells me that some paint fell off again. 😔

They did the repair and got their money from my insurance, but did not identify the whole rear suspension was broke due to collison and put my daughter and I in a nice painted car with a bumper I had to pay half for. So to say the least my familys safety wasnt their priority, but hey they got their money .

Great Customer Service! All people there are great! No complaints with customer service, but when Henry in the office tells me on Monday, your car will be ready Thursday at the latest, possibly even wednesday. It is disssapointing to hear my car will be ready by Friday. My car is vital for my job, and if you fail on your word thats a bad mark, period. Dont speak on what you cant deliver. It was a simple bumper paint job with no parts needed to be ordered. (Shaking my head).Update: (4/17/2015) Picked up my car friday after having to reschedule clients. I was in good spirit picking up my car and noticed the little mudflaps (attached to my bumper were not painted!!!, its part of my bumper) they painted my bumper mediocrely with some pictures i could post. Honest to truth this place has great customer service with below standard quality in regards to their actual body work. I saw the tapelines on the paint after closer inspection once i left their facility! Lol Stay away from this place. As great customer service could never replace REAL quality work. I wish I could put zero stars but I cant. I had an appointment set for 9 am to get an estimate on the car and I arrived a little early and the woman told me to take a seat. Nearly an hour later I’m still sitting and waiting. Apparently the person in charge of the estimate didn’t realize I was there. I am not a fan of the customer service of this establishment.
