Day before Christmas Eve & of course there was a line to even get into the store! I knew exactly what I wanted so the overall process didn’t take long. Evan was AMAZING. Was extremely helpful and had great conversation after waiting in line for over 20 minutes just to get in. Smooth process + great customer service sure does bring a smile to my face. Thanks Evan! I’ll definitely be back thanks to him.
Because the 15 of us shoved in a line where police and mall employees telling us to move in closer for which I have someone literally removing their mask coughing on the back of my neck will actually decrease COVID numbers. Not to mention the fact that there is apparently this secret list to put your name on that only certain people know about and are able to go into the store ahead of us that have been out here waiting LWITJOUT booze for over an hour to enter.The sales people are rude. The choices are limited and im extremely annoyed.
If I could give 0 stars I would, very very rude staff and low quality jewelry. I purchased a ring from them about a month ago, I had to go back to the store because the ring was missing 2 diamonds after only a week. They tried to tell me that it was not a pandora ring untill they pulled up my online receipt which said that in fact it was. So with a major attitude he basically pushed the new ring in my face and told me to have a great day. It’s been about 2 weeks since then and there is a diamond missing from the new ring! very unsatisfied.
Fabiola was amazing helping me grab the right present. Plus, shes such a breath of fresh air to look at and speak with 😍

Their manager Annette was absolutely adamant that they would not warranty repair my mothers bracelet ball end because the bracelet was deformed supposedly indicating that too much pressure was put on said ball - as though that in itself is the only way to deform a soft metal bracelet that was easily brought back to shape without any pressure on the ends. Brought to another Pandora and they had no hesitation whatsoever in swapping me with a spare.At the prices they charge for something that -no joke- costs them at most 3 dollars to source (I know people in the industry), you would think they would be more generous to their customers to build brand loyalty. Well, NEVER AGAIN, AND NEVER AT THE LYNNHAVEN STORE.

Got a new pandora bracelet after wearing/having the same one for 4 years, due to it snapping in half.When I got home, I realized one of my charms were missing after getting my new bracelet, with the charms put on it at the store.... Called & spoke to the rep who helped me, she remembers seeing the charm but doesnt know where it went. They were supposed to look around & call me back...No call back, No apology & no call from a Manager. No checking the cameras nothing!!! The charm missing is a letter “J”, given to me from when my son was born 4 years ago.Very upset noone did anything, apologized or anything. Terrible customer service after spendingmoney in their store. Super disappointed

Small space but they definitely utilize it as well as can be. First time in the store and I was TOTALLY amazed! Beautiful jewelry! And sooooo much of it! Staff was very helpful to me knowing it was my first time in there. But listening to those around me, the whole staff was like that, not just the young lady who waited on me. They were also eager to help each other out too, which is ALWAYS nice to see. Its like one big family! They seem to get to know their customers as well which I thought was also cool. I went in to purchase a gift for my sister-in-law and with the help of Charlene, I KNOW shes going to love it! Thank you so much for my wonderful experience Charlene ... I will definitely be back!
I found signing in on a ratty piece of paper to be unprofessional & trashy. They could at least get an iPad for that purpose or have someone taking names or even just invest in a decent sign-in book. I’d expect better from an upscale store. The “lead sales” person (a heavy set male with a little pony tail & a perpetual frown) was extremely rude, had a dismissive attitude & gave my daughter & I dirty looks - I guess he overheard my comment to my daughter about signing in. He also denied doing it when my daughter & I saw it with with our own eyes! The store manager seemed less than concerned when I brought the employee’s rude behavior to her attention. We got the charm my daughter wanted & got out of there. I won’t be back to this Pandora location.

This store is always crowded. But all the sales people are extremely nice and helpful. I wanted the 90th Mickey charm they were sold out but Armando took my information to let me know when it was available. I really didnt think it would happen but he called today and told me he had some and he would hold one for 24hrs. I was so excited. Armando your so awesome! Thank you you made my day.
What’s the point of having insurance on something when you can’t even use it ... I’d go somewhere, where they actually honor their insurance .

Terrible costumer service wasted so much time going to fix an issues. Got a pacifier charm for thanksgiving, soon after it broke since I had insurance I went to replace it .One of the employees told me she was gona call me back when they have it available, she gave me no hope and even told me they don’t make it anymore and didnt give any options to fixed my issue. 3 months pasted by with no answer, went back to the store and complaint about it got a different representative that told me she was gona order it for me after a week I FINALY got another one and found out that I had the option of getting a different one by just paying the price difference 😬😬😬 (I was never told this before so wasted 3 months waiting)
Had a horrible experience in the store, plus finding out they like to make you sign up for credit cards without your knowledge. I will not be shopping Pandora again. Customer service was awful as well.The customer is always wrong or lying it seems.

Their products are wonderful and I love them- the only reason I would go in. I was beigng assisted around November 20th and the lady, Mallory, was quite rude. While I understand it is her job to assist as many customers as possible, it wasn’t necessary to outright rush my mother and I as we were shopping. She also pushed us to try and buy this ring that was way out of our budget and did not look worth the price. Then when we were checking out she logged what she sold as we were checking out and made that her priority rather than actually assisting us. I’m just astonished. Before any of this, a young woman called my name to help us, but turned and seeked another lady out to assist before she helped us. No more words other than their product is great, their service is a whole other story. Buy online if you can.
