Quick customer service. The only down side is that the furniture wasnt actually at that store. I had to go pick it up at the Norfolk distributor store. They did offer delivery bit I didnt want to pay an extra 100$. Other than that, the prices for furniture are competitively set.

Just went to the NEX Furniture Store on Little Creek for the first time even though Ive lived in Hampton Roads my whole life. Wow! Could not believe the size and selection they had, and the prices are great. Great sales/promotions going on, and you can use the NEX scratch offs on your total. Every associate we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back next time we need some furniture! 👍🏻

Most unconcerned staff when it comes to assisting the customer. I have also called several times to this store and get a voice mail to leave a message every time I have called. This store has terrible customer service.

It was a let down to discover that most of the furniture offered by Ashley, is actually made of particle board, yet is priced as much as real wood.Be careful what you buy.Also, be aware that some of their leather furniture is actually Faux leather. Again be aware and ask questions if not sure.

Store was out of stock for much of the furniture, I purchased a dresser and when I got it home the track was falling out because the screws had fallen out. I had to redrill holes to fix it. Totally unsat! Staff was friendly and helpful

Great furniture store that features matching sets that fit nicely into our older home, both in our formal dining room and living room. Both sets are not overly big like some stores sell and it allows for us to show off the rooms and not the furniture. We plan on buying more this spring, especially for the guest bedroom.

Furniture is even worse than IKEA and is super expensive. Cannot find any good looking furniture. It is all square shapes including sofas. AC unit busted and have a big crime scene smack in the middle of the floor. It will take a minute for me to even consider coming back

Things here are pretty expensive but I like the quality. I like the selection they have here as well. I have bought a couch from here, our bedroom set, and recently a kitchen table. The staff is great and helpful, including the delivery guys, and its always a pleasure speaking with all of them. The first two deliveries, however, had issues. First, my couch (my first purchase with them), was delivered without the legs for the ottoman. I had to go back to the store to pick up the legs so I could screw them in myself. Second purchase was our bedroom set. I bought the complete bed frame, the dresser, and chest. It arrived as scheduled, and I was called outside to see the bottom of the chest which was severely damaged. The bottom was completely broken in pieces. So that was disappointing. And I dont blame the employees for this part because they cant control how the place or deliveries are ran, but I dont like their returning process. They said they had to leave the chest here and schedule a new date to come back and pick it up. I called the same day to set up a date for it to be picked up but two days later changed my mind and decided to do an exchange instead of completely returning it. They set up an exchange for me and said I wouldnt receive the new chest till 8 weeks from then, and that they would also pick up the old chest at the same time. About two weeks later I received a call, notifying me that there was NOT a replacement after all for the chest and so I requested to have it picked up asap and wanted a refund..... I went in the day after they picked it up, asking for my refund (since you cant get it till they process that its been returned), but they said it could take up to 5 days to get it processed. So I waited a week and finally called asking if they had processed it in yet, and they said yes that they had process it 2 days prior to that. I was a little irritated that I hadnt been called at that time and I had to call myself for the refund. I am not sure how they run things there behind doors so I dont want to blame anyone specifically, but it wasnt a pleasant situation. I give the 3 stars for the staff that is helpful and friendly and for the actual furniture styles there, that I like. Missing two stars because the first two deliveries were kind of a pain.I would still recommend this place though, I know accident happen.Hope this helps.

Poor selection for upholstered furniture, being the only Military furniture store in the area you would think they would have more to offer.

Good furnitue at amazing prices. We were looking at a sectional and the tag said $700. I thought it was for that section of it but it was the piece of the entire sectional.

The uniform store is in here as well. Has a subway inside. Furniture is a little overpriced but its nice.
