I cannot say enough good things about this local business! The customer service is amazing and has far exceeded my expectations. The quality of their work is definitely amazing. Pretty much anything you want done they can do. Furkan at the embroidery kiosk in the mall did several gifts for me this year and I will definitely be using their services in the near future. I have had vests, scarves, two pocketbooks a hoodie and a blanket embroidered by him. Each item has far exceeded my expectations. Go check them out for all personalized gifts you may have in mind. Quick turn around and reasonably priced.

Customer service is AMAZING! Super friendly and helpful. I brought several items to them to embroider and it took less than an hour for all 3. They didnt have the font I wanted but got it while I was there to make sure my items were done as I wanted. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Reasonably priced too!

Their website says they do direct to garment printing but when I get there and has something printed out, and I tell them it’s ugly as the used transfer paper instead and so there is all this extra white boarder and spacing (that you can see on a white tee) and he says “we don’t do direct to garment printing” a waste of my money since there is no refunds!!

Customer service terrible. Walked in and was greeted by two individuals turning theor back only to pretend like they didnt see me. Female was adamant about expressing her frustrations with me being in the store inquiring. I would nEVER do business here.

They were awesome, quickly showed me every type of shirt until i got what i wanted. Threw together the clip art and words quickly and better than i originally imagined, but to put it all together it was half the price of the online stores and i got my stuff in 20 min give or take. Ill be coming back to get shirts for all my shenanigans now. Good job guys.

I dont know why reviews are bad, but with my experience it was completely different, they must have changed management, but my order was fast, the store lady was very friendly and sweet, waiting for my shirt made it seem like its super fast because of the customer service. I am very pleased with my custom shirt, the prints are great, they were able to do exactly what I wanted. Im designing my shirt for this Christmas and you bet Im going back to them! I would advise anyone wanting a shirt to find another business to get your custom designed shirts made. To begin with, it was very difficult communicating with the lady in the store, as her English was not the best. However, I managed to get her to understand what exactly it was I wanted and I returned later to pick up the four shirts that were designed. They turned out pretty good. However, since I normally wash new clothes before wearing them, I washed the shirts exactly how the lady instructed. Unfortunately, the washed some of the images right off of the shirt. And even more unfortunate, when I called to explain my situation. I was told, Sorry, no refunds. I was not asking for a full refund, but merely a partial refund since we could not wear the shirts for the event that we bought them for that next morning. The were unwilling to work with me, and will therefore never get my business and I will be warning everyone I know not to be disappointed by shopping at this store.

I’ll be having a reunion this week and glad i found this store in lynnhaven mall was so upset that couldnt make it coz no shipping for holidays but when i found out there was a store close to my house i went there immediately. Came in and greeted by staff and they were very friendly then asked and checked what shirts do they have and was shocked that it only took 15minutes for the custom shirt! Love my shirt and will surely come back! Reasonable price and good quality.

I was looking for a customized shirt and tried calling all of them but tmania was the only one responded to my questions so i went there in an hour and i asked them to make a design for my group the guy emphasize everything font style, size and color and he also suggested a crown coz it was a surprise bday party then he said it will be ready 40mins but since i didnt wanna wait outside i went there to check our shirts was there less than 40mins and it was ready lol! Was so happy with the outcome! Designs and quality were so amazing! Looking forward for another custom shirts.

This shop became my favorite spot whenever i want something unique. They are affordable and service seems to be quicker than the early days. The staff helped me out so much by letting me pull up a design for a hoddie that i wanted. I bought my hoodie last christmas, months later my hoodie is still very good shape! Unexpectedly cheaper than online plus the fact it can be done by 20minutes!

Good custom apparel!came and greeted by the lady she came and assisted me what design do i want to put it and she gave me the price and was happy that she entertained me she said come back within 15minutes then came back and twas perfect design i loved it the only problem here is that the blondie girl who was there didnt even say anything she was just looking at me when i was asking her how they do the printing maybe she didnt understand me or not attentive coz she was holding his phone. The lady and guy was very smiley and approachable though.they were very approachable. I loved my hoodies!keep up the good work it was my 3rd time already.

Its hard to hold on you guys you are switching different location all the time better y’all stick to one location. I gave a shot 2 yrs ago and till now i keep coming back to you guys and never failed to makes me smile.you are more cheaper than everybody and easy to communicate all i have to do is to tell you which design and come back 20minutes and it was all done and perfect love the fact that theres a new employee that it’s more professional they know how to treat a customer compared before maybe because they are more reliable. Plus the fact they answered my phone calls right away!the only thing i dont like here is sometimes they dont update you when they are out the color of the shirt that i wanted or they dont put it on display i need to ask them first if they have my size lmao!

Just walked out of the store and am sitting kn the mall parking lot as i type this. The blonde woman working just playing her phone seemed annoyed that I came in wanting to order a shirt. She was unwilling to help me with finding a shirt in the messy racks of shirts. She got mad when I asked if these were all the shirts. I never even got to the point of a design! then there was a lady from the back that maybe she heard how rude was her co-worker so she helped me and asked if we have our designs or logo she will print it for us and when we asked the prices she looked at the guy that obvviously her boss and the boss told us the prices but the guy was looking at the woman that looked like he was mad at her and stating the prices with a firm voice and when i left i heard they were discussing and the lady just went back to the storage area and again i asked my wife to come back and ask the price and the guy was the one who helped my wife and the lady who was at the back didnt return maybe she was crying coz her stupid boss was eyeing and contemplating her innocence. Bro you dont own your staff learn to treat them politely!shes helping the customer and i think she has the best customer service compared to u and the lady who was rude!last but not the least learn to know the sizes if you dont have the size then just tell us dont get mad you are making business so its your duty to give us some information!hope i made myself clear
