I’ve been here twice this week between business hours AND THE GATE IS ALWAYS DOWN!!!! Wasting my time stopping in this mall SPECIFICALLY for this place.And I’m not calling a business that says open 12-7 and hasn’t been open at 2 or 6. First time I said okay maybe they are at lunch, short staffed but the second time… in the evening?—————————————Replying to owner:I didn’t place an order through the website because I want look at what you had IN YOUR STORE as well as the turn around time for your shipping is not conducive to my time frame. I wish I could have given you zero stars for how you don’t take ACCOUNTABILITY for anything. If you’re not going to be open during your own business hours, update your listing. Simple as that.Look at how this business owner replies to potential and existing customers. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money else where.

Imagine being a whole business owner and having such disgusting customer service toward potential clients. And simply because I left this review based on MY ACTUAL interaction with this business, the owner decided to retaliate and leave a negative review on my page without having ever contacted me for any service of mine. I’ve come here twice during their business hours and no one is there. It’s sad if anyone continues to do business with someone like that. Look at some of these reviews and see how he responds to people. SMHThey are currently spamming my business page. Which again, shows you the shady business practices. I will not do the same because I believe in being a good person.

I ordered 16 shirts for my sons 1st birthday. The young lady assured me that they were correct and ready. She lied. I was shorted two shirts and the other guy refused to print my additional shirts. Please double check the work immediately on large orders; company lacks accountability. Will not be referring any clients.

Their website says they open @ 12 I arrived at 11:45 waited til 12:30 & no one arrived. You guys need to update your times instead of having customers waiting around. Or at least answer the phone & state the time you’d be opening. YOU RESPONDED AND SAID NO ONE COULD ANSWER THE PHONE BUT ENDED WITH A PHONE CALL WOULDVE SOLVED IT?? HOW WHEN NO ONE WAS THERE TO ANSWER?

I’ve been into this store multiple times for hoodies, t-shirts & shorts and have never been disappointed! Every article of clothing I’ve had customized through them has amazing quality! they don’t fade or crack quickly & whenever I have a need especially last second stuff they work to get it for me, even when it’s big orders. The service is fast & friendly! I’ll never go anywhere else for a customized tee.

Unprofessional extremely rude .

I needed a particular shirt, on late notice, for my son who plays basketball. The woman staff member was amazing and so friendly! She knew exactly what I wanted and was patient while I asked questions and browsed prints. Since they can do anything, I am definitely considering buying more shirts from here.

Just got three items screen printed for holiday gifts cheaper than Amazon, eBay, and everywhere else I searched for hours online. Customer service was the best it could ever possibly be and the three items were completed very fast while I sat there.I found my own three images and ALL three images were professionally placed on one kid’s 4T shirt and two adult sweatshirt hoodies right before my eyes.Thanks so much and you made my holiday shopping much easier and so much less stressful!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was just in your store at Pembroke Mall to get shirts printed for my granddaughters. I was sincerely impressed with Ghazal. She was so friendly and accommodating. She printed up the two shirts very quickly and did a great job. I honestly thought I was going to have to come back another day for them. I feel bad because I meant to leave a tip but we were talking and I guess I just forgot. Let me just say you are extremely fortunate to have such an excellent employee.I was a manager throughout most of my working career and I recognize a valuable employee when I see one. I also appreciated when people took the time to express their satisfaction when expectations are exceeded. Too many times all managers get are complaints.I hope you share this with Ghazal and let her know next time I am near the mall that I will stop in and leave a tip.You have my permission to use any part of this letter for your marketing purposes. The staff is very friendly, I needed a shirt really fast They got it done in 15 minutes.

Store has been closed for over a month or more. Cant pick up my orders. Phone number doesnt work. No notice if they are ever going to open.
