I called in with a last minute custom order for a vow exchange. The shirts were perfect!!!! They were ready before the arranged pick up time, which ready helped with time management. The customer service was awesome from the first call til pick up!!!! And the price was very reasonable!!! I was use this company for all my printing needs.

I would highly recommend NOT going to them for large t-shirt orders.Recently got back into designing and this is the absolute worst experience Ive ever had getting product made. Although the customer service was decent at times, they are very unprofessional. They take no pride in their work. The profit is more important to them than the actual product being presented and it showsThe communication was HORRIBLE and you are going to have to press them about any updates on your product. They do not take the time to discuss any changes that may have to be made on your product until its finished. If errors are made or the product is not to your liking, they get offended, try to convince you that what you see is ok, and if they agree to make changes, weeks will go on before you hear anything back unless you take it upon yourself to call.If you like wasting your time and have an extremely high level of patience, then by all means go to them. I cannot stress the lack of professionalism I experienced. Again, I would not recommend going to them for any large orders. If I could give them a half star rating, I would.

Custom T-shirts did an outstanding job on my shirts and my hoodies. And I intend on using them for future projects. They are reliable and you receive your product in a timely manner. But most importantly the quality of the product and the workmanship is outstanding.

I walked into the office and I was greeted with very good customer service. Showed the different types of shirts I could choose from. Walked me thru step by step on the order process. The date of the shirts being completed and delivered was on point. I would recommend this company to any one. Outstanding work.

Very poor first experience. I requested 10 shirts and I waited 4 weeks for the shirts. When they were ready no one was there to give me the shirts. They were left outside the business office in a hallway. The shirts were made wrong and the owner does not give refunds. Very poor service. Would not recommend.

The customer service and quality of products Ahmed provided our non-profit was excellent. He developed multiple mock ups for us and answered all of our questions which allowed us to be sure we were ordering exactly what we wanted. It was very important that we received our shirts within two weeks from ordering because we had an event we needed them for and Ahmed came through! We will definitely be ordering more products from Casablanca Custom Wear and are so happy that they are local!

Havent had the best of luck with screen prints for my flight deck jerseys, last place I took them to screwed them up. I was recently googling embroidery shops and Casablanca came up. Thought I would give it a shot. My service was outstanding, pricing was about what I thought it would be and the turnaround time was amazingly quick!!! 1 day turnaround and no express charge. Ahmed/the guy that did the screen print for my jerseys took a picture before he did the actual screen print to show me what they would like, just to make sure I was happy with them, which I was. He called me the next to day to let me know they were ready. So if you are looking for anything that requires embroidery or screen print! I highly recommend this shop! I will be taking more jerseys back before I deploy and also will be spreading the word.

I work for a local county government agency and I was referred to this company by several other agencies who expressed this vendor has great customer service and provided orders in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I placed my order on Jan 13, 2017 and today as of March 2, 2017 I still have not received my order which we paid in full. The other issue is that Ahmed with Casablanca would not return my calls or my my emails. I called from my cell an unknown number to Ahmed and he called back not knowing it was me. When I explained who I was, he gave me an excuse and his word that I will have my order. He also sent me a UPS tracking number which turn out to be a label that was generated. I understand that things happen in business and dont always go as planned, but when you are giving the opportunity to make corrections take advantage and make it right. I am not happy with Casablanca and do not recommend this company. Next year when placing our uniform order, I will not use this vendor.

I have been using Ahmed for my printing needs for the last few years. Up until recently i havent really had a big problem. The last few orders have had to be redone for one reason or another. My most recent experience I placed a pretty hefty order of sweatshirts, t-shirts and tanks. The shirts were done on the wrong colors and had to be redone and the sweat shirts also were on the wrong colors. So we re did the order and the shirts came back correctly but the sweat shirts were screened on black hoodies.......again. They were supposed to be on navy blue hoodies and so far it has been done on black hoodies...twice. My pick up date changed 3 times and on top of the original order being placed in the early part of October. I have about 20 people waiting on goods they order and I keep having to tell them at this point about a 1/2 dozen different times that their stuff is almost ready. Ahmed is a great dude but this is the last time I will use 757 ink threadable for my printing needs.

I have used Casablanca CustomWear for everything from embroidered t-shirts, to polo shirts, hats, and even heat press shirts for a client in California. Unlike other embroidery companies I have dealt with in the past, the turnaround time is very fast and prices are always lower.

I have used Casablanca for multiple orders and great service everytime! I tried other companies, but definitely best price and quickest turn around so far.

This place is horrible. Went I went there, it was messy with this guy named Eds Wendys on the floor. I dropped off the shirts for a screen printing job and he said it will take up to 2 weeks at most; other screen printers I have been to take up to a week at most. A week later, I called several times every other day to see the progress of the shirts, and he did not pick up nor call back. I finally went back to the shop after 16 days and Ed says he did not even start on it. I took back the shirts and got a refund. It was a complete waste of my time.
