My wife was on vacation in Va Beach this past week. She went to this location to have two silly shirts custom made for her and I as a souvenir. However, the colored font on the shirts was incorrect. Her shirt ended up being with blue font and mine with a neon pink. She also told me she paid 75 dollars for both shirts. Which is outrageous since I could have the shirts made for half that price with better material. Thinking of the material. They used shirts that cost them next to nothing and they did not print the font on the T shirts. They ironed them. I know this because I can see where they cut away at the font. It also feels like ironed on paper. What makes it even more frustrating is that she wasnt told the price until she was paying with her card. We have tried reaching back out to these people but to no avail. Seriously, these shirts could be made at home for ten bucks, thats how poorly made these are. This place is a shady scam, probably designed to attractive unknowing tourists.

This was one of the best stores I have visited in a long time. Very well kept store. Amazing customer service from J-Money. He made sure we got everything we needed and picked out. He gave us helpful opinions and and information about the cloths. Defiantly a store I would recommend checking out!!!

I LOVE this place! John was amazing and created the perfect design for my shorts!! It was hard to select one item and design among all of the awesome options, as I was torn between the crop hoodies and shorts! However, I was super satisfied with my decision! The customer service is amazing too and I loved the music (not your average elevator music most retail stores play)! Super friendly employees. I look forward to returning for my next vacation!!

I walked in randomly with my family because we saw a Naruto hoodie in front . We walked in and were welcomed by Jon. Super friendly environment right off the bat. We ordered a hoodie for my son with a Naruto image . The sweater came out fly as hell! Legit fire . The design was smooth . My daughter fell in love with many things in the store . Candy, popets, fidget toys . She said she was “in heaven” . If your looking to buy a a one of a kind gift for a family member def stop by Custom City . You will not be disappointed .

I love this store. They have a lot of different cool looking designs. Plus the customer service is good. The staff helped me even though they were kinda packed at the time.

The worst store ever. The 2 guys are very rude! They won’t let you return or get your money back for the shorts. There stuff runs small! I will definitely not be coming back or recommend going! The clothes are made cheap!

Do not waste your time and money here. These guys WILL scam you. They sold us product that had both seals broken and half of the product missing. They also overcharged us about $300. 3 hoodies (not custom), a jar, and 2 “free” shirts (not custom) totaled at $503. We were told the hoodies would be $65, the shirts were free with the purchase of our hoodies, and the jar was $25, which again, we were not given the price until after paying. They refuse to issue refunds or explain how the price got up to that. We had to contact the FTC, VA Beach Police Department, and The Economic Crime Dept. to only receive less than half the refund.

They scammed my mom and I $30 out a scooter that was toddler sized. A t-shirt, a scooter, 2 keychains & a magnet were $100. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU.

This is a great store with the best selection of T shirts around!

These guys are con artist, they tell you no prices up front, they’ll say by design, then they’ll tell you that items are certain prices like $65 for a hoodie, ask if you want it wax protected but never mention it’s an up charge and a pointless upcharge at that, $103 for one hoodie because they supposedly wax pressed it’s sleeves too but NEVER said it was an upcharge, 3 hoodies and 2 “free shirts” and a jar $503 hoodies are $65, I’ve filed a claim with my card company, and with the FTC and contacted Virginia Beach police department and the economic crime department, I suggest you all correct this soon before you’re shutdown, tampering with a government sealed product as well as $200+ overcharge both felonies. ALSO IF YOU READ THIS GO TO BARGAIN BEACH WEAR INSTEAD!!! Same designs but T-shirts’ are 2 for $17.99 there and you’ll pay about $50+ for two shirts from these robbers.

Great material clothing and a large variety of prints to choose from. The customer service was awesome and the store was clean. Definitely reccomend this store over the others downtown because they have great pricing and you can pick whatever print you want on whatever color/ style shirt you wan .

My daughter wanted a stranger things t shirt and within minutes she had it awesome experience

Not happy with how my order was rushed and then the week after, my image came right off my shirt. Not even worn once or washed. I tried to get ahold of this company and no one answers the phone.

I had a shirt made for my daughters 3rd birthday and she absolutely loved it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
