Unprofessional. Brought in 3 pairs of shoes with a combined resale value of over $1k, all in perfect condition. After taking a quick look at each he asked for my asking price of each. I told him what I was looking for and just said “yeah I’m gonna pass on all” which is straight if I was just asking too much but that was the end of the conversation. Dude didn’t give any reasoning or even attempt to negotiate and then just went on to greet the other people that walked in behind me.

The best store in the 757 area. You need yeezys? Supreme? Babe? Jordan’s? Exclusives? Sole food has it all and more plus an amazing restaurant next door just to compliment the experience. Trust me if your looking for anything thing in the latest fashion and street/sneaker wear sole food is the place to shop. The employees are amazing as well

I would like to know is this store still even in business. I have been to this store not once but twice. It is suppose to be opened but not a sole is even in there. The store will still be closed way past the time it is shown to be opened. If yall not going to open up on time EVER then you should consider putting a phone number up so people can call to see if your open instead of driving all the way out there looking stupid at a closed store with hours listed in the door clearly stating that it suppose to be open.

Horrible customer service & terribly unprofessional. DO NOT DO CONSIGNMENT WITH THEM. I consigned a pair of shoes & wasnt contacted for months. I was downtown 1 day so I decided to stop by & check on the status. I was told that the shoes were sold by the associate & when I asked the date she scribbled it out. Needless to say they had completed the business deal & I wanted my money. When I asked for the money I was told that Id have to wait until Friday. I enquired as to why when youve already received the funds for the transaction? I was given the run around for 3 HOURS TO GET MY MONEY. I ended up having to drive to the other location to get paid by Ace only to only deal with another associate. This place is absolutely horrible & isnt even BBB recognized. Dont waste your time or money with this extremely shady business.

I just recently learned of this store while Christmas shopping. I love the guys in the store! They were very nice and accommodating. These are young men doing something positive in running a business! I love it! I will definitely be going back, and at some point will bring the sweetie treaties I promised! 😁

How can you give a store any rating when it’s never even open. I come in at 5:30 on a Friday and it’s already closed. Smh. What’s the point of having store hours if they don’t follow them. This isn’t the only time I’ve cane up and it’s been closed early.

Very unorganized and unprofessional. Stopped in the shop to sell some shoes. “Ace” was the person assisting me and gave me a quote on my sneakers. As he was speaking to me he reeked of marijuana! Then he proceeds to tell me that he didn’t have enough cash to give to me and I should come back later in the week to complete the transaction. My husband returned later during the week and another associate was working and stated to my husband “ I wasn’t even supposed to be working today man, it’s my day off.” Apparently “Ace” wasn’t anywhere to be found, he probably was still high. The other associate had no idea about the transaction and told my husband he only could buy some of the shoes. My husband advised him that he drove from Chesapeake to their location and this was bad business. I try to support all small businesses but don’t waste your time with this disorganized place! They need to focus more or delivering quality service and how they are perceived as a business as a whole.

I’ve been waiting outside for almost 2 hours now. No sign of anyone in the store, the door is locked. Says the store was supposed to open at 12. Very unprofessional way to run a business. Probably will never come back.

Brought in a pair of brand new jordan 5s and Aunt Pearl Kds never before been worn receipt in box and all. Just to sell them to the store because im going on deployment. Guy basically dismissed me rude as ever. After i told him what shoes i had before i drove all the way there from Norfolk. I would never come back to this place.

Walked right in on a release date and got my sons shoe with no problem! Guys at the counter were nice and didnt badger me while shopping

I bought a pair of shoes on December 13, 2019. I received confirmation that they received my payment but it is now January 21, 2020 and I have not received the shoes. I have sent THREE EMAILS inquiring about the status of the shoes and have gotten no response. This was my first and last time buying from them.

Worse sneaker online transaction ever !!! First they sent me the wrong shoe then made me pay to send the shoe back, didnt give me my money back for shipping said they would ship my shoes when the shoes came back had me wait 3 days the issued only the refund of what I paid for my shoes and didnt want to pick up my call .. extremely unprofessional
