Not great... Selection for older girls (6+) is very, very minimal. One staff member had their toddler roaming around and he was screaming the whole time. Another staff member stocking clothes, walking around on her earpiece, having a conversation about her life. The store was clean and well organized though. I would not recommend, regardless.

Very friendly staff! Greeted me when I walked in, got a fair offer, and a thanks for coming in and checking us out when I left! Had a very nice selection of clothes and baby items. Would definitely recommend checking them out before buying else where!

We visited for the first time shopping for my one year old daughter and found a Minnie Mouse Plane Ride On. My daughter has been playing with it everyday since we brought it home. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and more importantly we paid less than half of what we would have paid for the same item in the store. Well definitely be back again!

I have sold to Kidtique a few times and never been told things need to be in bins, and today the manager wouldnt even look at my half garbage bag full of cloth diapers because it wasnt in a bin. There was one lady checking out and nobody else in the store, so I know she wasnt worried about the extra time it may take to look through a bag versus a bin. I get policy, but when its never been an issue before and nobody else is needing your time...thats a little crazy. Not going to be selling with them anymore.

I asked for assistance on their buying and selling process which was very detailed and included setting an appointment as well as utilizing a QR code. I made a purchase on 3/3 and wasn’t able to make it in to the store on 3/10 as planned (7 day return). The maternity dress I purchased did not fit so I called and explained to the manager Tanya on 3/11 if I could come in not for a refund but just to exchange the dress as I was not able to make it in the day before on 3/10 as planned. As a small business during a time of COVID, I feel very displeased that the manager was not willing to work with me on this matter. I was not asking for a refund and was still planning on making other purchases as well. This was just poor customer service. Will not be coming back and will be letting others know and aware.

Save your time & go to Once Upon A Child. Never good service or selection. I walked in & the girl working was talking on the phone & just stared at me as I came in as if I was interrupting her. I even went right in front of the register where she was standing to look at sleep sacks & she never said a word to me. It was quiet & awkward in the store. Made me not want to even look around.

You could literally skip targetAnd just shop here and save 80 percent off of what you wouldPay brand new. Everything is clean and the employees are sweethearts and that is a huge deal for me. It’s kid friendly and you can expect good things each time. I will always recommend!

Great consignment/second-hand shop! The owner is sweet as can be! The little play area is my kids favorite, and I love being able to shop and see them from everywhere in the store! They seem to add new product often, because Im ALWAYS finding new stuff! A definite must stop for all things kids!

Went in this store for the first time last week! Expecting a baby boy in July💙 we bought 3 outfits and it only cost a total of $5.50!! They had lots of cute stuff, cant wait to go back in there!!! Staff was very nice and helpful!

This place basically stole from me. I took several items to them weeks ago. And have not heard anything back whether my items are selling or have sold. These are the items that were placed on the sale floor. They tried to give me less than twenty for a store credit on items i paid good money for. Lots of items are name brand and top of the line. It is so sad that you try to trust people these days, but they won’t do what is right. Even after contacting them- NOTHING. Don’t waste your time.

Absolutely love getting baby stuff here! So affordable and you can bring things in your little one doesn’t use or wear anymore and get store credit and such! Everything is clean and in good condition too! Lots of name brand clothing!! Super welcoming and friendly!

Very cute store, went there and didn’t have very many options for shirts for my sons size but I understand these things fluctuate. I still found many pairs of pants and for a great price. I haven’t sold here yet but I am going to next time I have things to sell!
