We had a wonderful experience picking out our daughters first Trek bike! The service was fabulous and the quality of the bicycle is unmatched.

Terrific experience throughout. Went in for a replacement seat for a brand of bike they don’t even sell. They even offered to install it on the post and adjust free of charge. Everyone was so helpful I went back the next day and bought a bike. Everyone in the store is an experienced rider and very knowledgeable, but no one condescended to me or acted like I didn’t belong. 100% will only buy from these guys in the future.

The bike store was excellent. Service was impeccable and friendly not obtrusive. Five big stars. The Google Map navigation, however, was abysmal and not only led into a major thoroughfare, where no cyclist should ride, but also directly into a construction zone. Do better Google.

They people that work there was so courteous and helped me when I had a flat tire. It was quick, even asked if I needed help putting it on my car.. I will definitely visit again, maybe add a basket…

I go there on Saturday 9/11/21 to buy a very long rear brake cable and housing for my jetson bolt pro that I modified Alexander greet me at the door and I told him what I am doing and he said I am going to do my best to help you, I get the cable, and housing was complimentary that was very cool of them I showed him a video of my bike and he was amazed by it, this was my second visit to that bike store I bought something there in 2018 the the service was Excellent both times but this is the first time they ask for my email and Trek always have what I want.

The staff at this location were very helpful. I brought in a half put together bike and they sent me home with a nicely finished bike. They were able to get me squared away in one full business day. I called around all bike shops in VB and they were not able to get my bike complete for 2-3 weeks. Trek was able to do it in a single day. Thanks again! They communicated with me via text as soon as my bike was ready to pick up.

My rear tire has eaten 6 tubes in 2 months.My hubby was able to pick me up from work and take me and the bike in 10 minutes before the store closed on a Monday. I fully expected to have to drop it off for service. I was extremely pleased that Tom was able to assess and service it right there and then. Thank you Tom, now I have minimal down time from my “trek” to work!

This place is awesome! My bike fell over and I thought I just had a simple bent derailleur hanger. So I came to this place for the first time, with my Cervelo bike. We thought it was just a simple issue, but after the shop manager took my bike in he found more issues and started digging into them right then! Meanwhile an employee was giving us all sorts of information as well as tips and tricks to help us take care of our bikes. This went on for about an hour as my bike had a lot more problems than I knew about! He fixed all of the issues and there were not any additional costs! This place knows customer service! I had a wonderful experience and will recommend it to anyone.

You can’t beat the quality of a Trek bike, and even during the last year of parts shortages and a bike drought, the staff has not comprised on the customer service during these frustrating times. Large selection of Trek Bikes inside. I somehow missed that it was a specific company but picked up quickly when we walked in and realized thats all they had.They can do your fit in the back so you get the right sized bike for you and they have a range of motorized as well as typical cycles for the more serious rider.Prices range from around $400-4000.A small amount of gear inside and race snacks but the bikes are the main thing they stock.

Level 2 maintenance $139.99,said to take five or six days. It took over three weeks with some prodding. Rear wheel could not be Trued so they ordered a new rim. After pick up,I got two flats in less than 24 hours. The mechanics did not put any rim tape in the wheel rim. Talk to local bike shop and discovered no rim tape and the new chain installed is one to two links too short. Somehow along the way a new rear cassette and chain had been added without a call to me to approve these extra replacement parts. $139.99 now turned into $275. Complained to store, And they tried to connect me to marketing person, who said he was preoccupied and could not take the call. I gave them my number for him to call back. They are about to close and I received no phone call.

The experience of buying a bike at the Virginia Beach Trek store was awesome. Scott helped me figure out just what I needed in terms of model and size. Although I initially wanted a hybrid bike that wasn’t going to be available for quite some time, he helped me find another bike that will suit my needs just as well. I was also happy to hear that they would donate my old bike to an organization that gives bikes to those who need them. It was a great experience all around

It took me a while to settle on the bike I wanted to buy and even when the store was closing all the staff stayed late to get me fitted and to ensure the bike was 100% ready before letting me take it home... Love this store and all the staff who work there, you have a customer for life!

Since new bikes are unavailable I took my 8 year old Fuji in for a mid-level tune-up. Now I don’t need a new bike because my old one rides like new! Love what they did to my bike.

I drive to the Newport News store instead of the VA beach location. I dropped my bike off here for some upgrades and they had it 6weeks before I called to check on it. When I did they didn’t even know why it was there. I’m pretty chill, but they will never get business from me. They were completely unapologetic. Bought my wife’s new Trek in Newport News which is much farther of a drive for me, but they at least care about their customers. I love Trek though, just a bad apple store.

I had issues with my bikes brakes while on vacation in Virginia Beach. I took my bike to the shop and they were able to look at it immediately. After working on it a little while my bike was good as new. The service was quick and very friendly. They did an excellent job and you can’t beat the price! I highly recommend.

I had my 20 year old Gary Fisher (sentimental college bike) get the work-over with the Level 2 service package and it rides like new again! They kept me up to date with the status of the repairs and called when changes arose for permission to proceed so no surprises at the checkout counter, very cool. This was my first experience with Trek and now I will not go anywhere else, thank you!

Visited the Trek store last weekend 8/8/2020 I was wanting to purchase a few accessories for my hybrid bike. Upon arrival, all the employees welcomed me to the store and simply said if we can assist you please let us know. This is huge especially in the current landscape of our society. I absolutely enjoy visiting bike shops, even if just browsing for my next purchase everyone here made it feel like a no pressure experience. I cannot say that for all the bike shops in Virginia Beach. After a while of browsing a young man named Brandon came and asked if I had any questions and yes I did. After sometime speaking to Brandon I had my questions answered as well as having a informed purchase in hand.Fast forward to this week, I went to the local Specialized bicycle dealer ( my bike is actually made by Specialized) needing to purchase a couple tires and tubes and had a horrible customer service experience.So I went back to the Trek store, Brandon wasn’t in this day. However, same treatment, I was welcomed by all employees even those who were with other customers. I approached the service counter, I explained to the young man what I was looking for specifically, he went to the tires on the floor, looked through didn’t find what I wanted, he went behind the counter searched with no luck. He told me please be patient I know that we have those tires you’re looking for. About 45 seconds later he appeared with tires and tubes in hand. This is the type of customer service that separates this store from the other bike shops in Virginia Beach. I do apologize to the young man who helped me because I do not recall his name as I was furious from the other bike shop. If I find out this young mans name I will update this review to include.Way to go Trek of Virginia Beach you have some fine people working there who actually care about your customers. Also please note my next bike purchase will be a Trek, you can also expect my accessory business for years to come.

Ive used this shop two of the last three years to ship my bike home after completing the TABR. Every time Ive entered the shop Ive felt the employees cared for both me and my bike. Much more importantly, my bike has always come home packed by pros. I have never had damage and could never imagine damage coming from these guys. Highly recommend and will be using myself for the 2021 TABR!

I stopped by the store just to look at and try on cycling shoes to replace my Peloton branded shoes. Less than 10 minutes later I was on my way out with an awesome pair of Bontrager shoes. Excellent service and friendly associates!

I was very impressed with the Trek Bicycle store. While riding last week I had a mishap that caused me to bend my front wheel. I was upset that I damaged my bike and worried that I would miss lots of rides while waiting for repairs or replacement. The guys at the store were able to true the wheel so that it my bike was ridable, and they ordered a replacement for me. It came within 4 days. The next weekend I went in and they replaced my front wheel for me in 15 minutes. I did not have to miss any rides at all. They could not been any more friendly, prompt, and helpful. It made my day that they were able to keep me riding.

I have been buying my bikes and having them serviced from Trek in Virginia Beach for about 8 years. Rick the store manager and his staff are outstanding, there attention to detail and customer satisfaction are hands down the best in the area. I you are looking for a new bike the Trek product is the way to go, quality, performance and great service that cannot be beat!!

Nice esthetics. Shifts smooth and on point with no error. Saddle is excellent. Brakes on a dime. Comfort grip on handle bars very comfy . This is the best Trek for all around riding. The staff at the Virginia Beach Laskin road Trek bike shop were very knowledgeable and helped with servicing the bike before I left helped me with all of the accessories I wanted and mounted them for me. All I can say is everything was great. FX3 is great bike for anyone looking for an all around bike.

This place has a lot of bikes and accessories to choose from. They sell trek and some Electra bikes that I saw. They had inexpensive bikes as well as several-thousand-dollar bikes to choose from. All the staff members were kind and helpful. They do maintenance, have training workshops, and host group rides too.All in all I loved this place, will definitely return.

This location used to be Bike Beats, but as far as I can tell, the employees have remained the same, which is crucial to maintaining their great reputation for customer service. Please google Bike Beats Hilltop to see other reviews until some build up here!I have called around other shops in the area and often get a run around when asking very straight forward questions regarding servicing my bike. Each time I have called this location, the employees have always been incredibly helpful and willing to answer any questions Ive had without insisting I bring the bike by before telling me anything.When my bike has been serviced and other issues have come up, they have always been straight forward about what those issues are and waited for me to give a go-ahead.Im fairly new to biking and they have always been happy to teach me about my bike and to help clear up any misunderstandings I have. This type of encouragement cannot be understated.The employees make this place what it is. Because of this, I continue to drive 30 minutes out of my way to have my bike serviced here and I continue to bring it in for minor repairs I could have otherwise done at home. I cant recommend them enough. As long as this level of customer service is offered, I will be a loyal customer.

I needed some help removing an old stubborn crown race and found Trek after a Google search. Great local shop with knowledgeable, reasonably priced, speedy service; will be back for more help when needed and probably for my next bike!Well, a few months later and I needed their help again. Trek in Virginia Beach has a fantastic service crew. They are straight forward, provide quality work, and their prices are more than fair. My bike is not a Trek, but that didnt matter at all. They even processed a warranty claim for my brakes that I had no idea existed! I would strongly recommend Trek for all your biking needs.

Trek in Virginia Beach has outstanding service! My husbands bike is not a TREK bike, but he needed help with bleeding hydraulic breaks and shortening the lines. Unknown to us, there was a recall on the Srams he had, but Trek called, got them replaced and installed in record time and without creating an issue for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a bike or anyone who just needs a little help servicing their current bike. I know next time we purchase, Trek will be our first and only stop!

They will fit you to your new bike, so it feels like it has always been yours. The bike selection is vast, and if they dont have what you are looking for they will have it in about a week!
