Great tap selection and single / mix and match cans to go. You can even buy cold cans to go from the cooler. One note, they do not allow you to bring your own food in anymore now that they have a small kitchen.

Love the place. It was nice being able to try a bunch of craft brews in one location. They also have a small food menu...see pics. Service was great! Prices were better! 4 oz tasters were between $2-$3. They also had a good variety of specialty beers sold off the shelf or from a cold fridge. Outdoor space was nice but not warm enough just yet to enjoy.

Family spent the night in VA Beach and I stopped in to grab some beers and ended up chatting with Toby for a little while. He was extremely knowledgeable and extraordinarily helpful. Dude is a walking beer encyclopedia. I was looking for some local favorites and he provided me with some excellent recommendations. He also recommend some breweries to visit when we make our way back home from our trip to North Carolina. Cheers Toby, thanks again!

Come for the amazing beer selection, stay for the staffs expert recommendations and chill vibe.Chase and the crew know their beer, and after a few drinks youll start feeling like an expert to. Thats because the Bottlecraft team are experts on most of the beers they pour and enjoy sharing that knowledge.I recommend swinging by for a few tastes of their lengthy tap list and then grabbing a mixed six pack and a hand-poured growler or crowler to go!The food menu is surprisingly inspired too, offering lots of options that pair perfectly with the brews.

Couldn’t stay long, just stopped in to pick up a glass but I’ll be back. Great place to sit and enjoy a draft beer (they have about 20 beers on tap featured on Untapped). Or fill a growler. Or pick up your own bottles. Lots of options.

Large and unique selection of beers and wines to choose from. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Love the atmosphere and look forward to stopping in whenever I need to pick up a gift for a housewarming or want to celebrate something special with a new drink!

I love Bottlecraft! This is a great beer shop and tasting room. The selection is out of this world and it’s constantly rotating. Jennifer, the manager, does a great job with keeping the inventory up to date and assisting you with locating that perfect beer you’re looking for! We love to come in and sit at the bar with our dog and don’t forget about the food- it’s delicious!

This place became my favorite place for beer while visiting VB this summer. It has a very west coast beer scene feel to it. Something like 24 beers on tap, which they rotate through quickly. Theres always something new. You can also pull things from their huge cooler and ask them to open and pour it. The build your own six pack selection is awesome. They seem dog friendly. They also serve small snacks, and allow you to bring food from outside. The guys behind the counter know beer, which is more than I can say about many taphouses in Hampton Roads. Exceptional service.

Awesome bottle and draft selection. Love that its dog friendly and had games to play. However... the bartender, I did not catch her name because she did not seem to want to offer it. She was Unattentavie, snooty, and seemed bothered by our questions. Get off your phone when customers are around! Thank goodness for the people at the bar.. they were friendly and informative.

I bought a stainless steel growler and gift card here before Christmas and we returned a few days later to get a couple fills. Sleek clean space with seating inside and outside. Good variety of bottles and draft beer but we felt it was a little pricey. They do have a small selection of food, but we didnt try anything. Seems like they intend for it to be more of a store, no TVs or games. Friendly.

The staff was good but the prices were ridiculous for cans and they don’t even keep their ipas cold so they lose a lot of flavor

WOW IS THIS PLACE GREAT. There’s so much beer here. You can drink here OR grab some of the hundreds of bottles or cans they have to choose from! Their staff is hot and there’s almost always a dog in here, HUGE PLUS. I will be returning! Probably tomorrow. If not later tonight.

Just WOW. BEST BOTTLESHOP AROUND the area. I’d live above the cold box if they’d let me. Always a great selection of beer and wine and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dog friendly and the grilled cheeses are out of this world. Shame on you for giving less than 5 stars to this establishment.

First time stopping by. Tried to ask the woman behind the bar questions about the beer but she seemed annoyed that we were there. She definitely had an attitude. Would’ve stayed longer but did not feel welcome. Seems like a nice place just need to work on their customer service.

Good beer selection.

One of the best, if not the best, bottle shops in the area. The staff is great. They get a lot of great beer on draught. What more can you ask for? A must try if you’re in the area and love craft beer.

Maybe I just dont get it or whatever but when I think of a bar/pub/beer garden I think of an open area, good music and good bar food. The space is small, uncomfortable seating aside from the 1 couch and the bar, nothing too exotic beer wise, and literally no food. If you hate hipster anything, avoid this place. They want $5 for a piece of stale bread with oil and balsamic vinegar on it and $18 for a meat and cheese platter............ no thank you. Yard house has the same beer as them and amazing food in a way more fun atmosphere. Highly recommend yard house or plaza azteca.

They have a great selection of tap and bottle/can beer as well as a relaxed atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and knew their craft well. I will be heading back soon.

I stop by here often. A bit on the high side for the prices, but I do like the constantly rotating selections and the offer to taste any of them before deciding on the next round.

Wonderful selection of beers on tap and in can/bottle. Small selection of other wines or meads. Cold selection of beers available but some beers are warm. If you call ahead they can have chill you selection if the dont have it cold already. They also offer 32oz togo cans of tap beer if you dont have or want to get a growler. Great customer service.
