I have never visited this store so I called to ask if they sale pre-looped braided and/or pre-looped crochet hair. I was told, yes but I cant explain which one you just have to come out here. Very disappointed with the customer service over the phone, theres no way Im driving 30 minutes to experience the same service face to face.

Came in and asked for passion twist hair and was given the wrong hair. Tried to return the unopened packages and would not exchange for the correct product. Waste of money. Would give no stars if I could. I understand the no return policy but this was the stores fault and they should have made it right

Unknowledgeable worker gave wrong hair and refused to exchange it for the correct hair. Know EXACTLY what you want if you decide to go here. They have no idea how to help black women. Please support black owned business

This is a day 1 A1. Its rare that they dont have what I need. This was my spot as a teenager. Now I go for myself and my daughter.

These people are very helpful and are very kind and knowledgeable. I felt very happy shopping here and I had alot of questions and they were more than happy to help and they actually gavs me 2$ off because I was short on the total price. I went in there really out of my comfort zone. I knew NOTHING about wigs or how to put them on. Early 2018 my hair started to fall out, and by August, I had had enough and went to the doctors. I was told I had alopecia and my hair was going to keep falling out. I dont know about yall, but I need my hair. I was so worried about peoples opinions and what they would think when they saw a woman with patches of hair falling out. Dianes was recommended to me by a very close friend. He buys all his wigs from here for any drag event, so I knew that if it was enough to impress a drag queen, I would be well taken care of. The staff was so nice. Im assuming the older lady is the owner, she asked me what I was looking for and helped me find my best match. Im so thankful she took the time out of her day to help me. If youre reading this, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR GIVING MY CONFIDENCE BACK.

Great local little beauty store. Low prices, great selection especially for the size, and very knowledgeable staff. No bullshit or upsales, just helpful to get you exactly what it is you need.

I Dont Like The Way I Was Rushed While Trying To Look For Hair. I Was The Only Person In There So There Was No Reason For That. ALSO At The Checkout I Had Put The Hair I Wanted On The Counter & Asked Do They Have Hair Jewelry & She Got All Frustrated Like I Wasnt Leaving Fast Enough... Remind You The Store Had Just Opened AND They Were Late Opening It. I Was Literally In There For 5 Minutes SMH Never Coming Back

Theyre nice. Very small space. Not too much to choose from, but a decent selection of basic items. They dont allow refunds, returns, exchanges, or even store credit.

Rude and aggressive- I will not spend my money here again. (Btw: I spent over $100 in this one visit)

I bought 2 packs of Bobbie Boss deep wave from this place and paid 93.00. The packs said it was 100% human hair but it was actually all synthetic. Its frizzy and tangely and just a mess. I will never sypport this place again!

Came into the store with my niece and they started yelling at my 10 and 9 year old niece saying that they come in all the time and mess up everything and knock things down when they do not come in their establishment when I addressed the situation and told them that they had the wrong children and not to speak to them in that manner she tried to scream on me and I had to handle the situation accordingly so I strongly suggest DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS you can be falsely accused of stealing or anything and catch a case because apparently all of us black people and our children look alike!
