Great customer service and friendly staff. With all that’s going on in the world the staff comes in and gives it their all!! They are the real mvps of this pandemic. They’ve been working through it and showing up to work everyday and tackling all the hostility working retail comes with . Shout out to the staff at this location
Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. And then to see that they lie about the system being down to be lazy. Yeah, we are changing our pharmacy for sure. The staff are so rude when I called back go get my prescription situated and they asked didnt I just talk to you 5 mins ago?? Just simply incompetent.
Please do NOT I MEAN DO NOT go to this pharmacy at all! They are rude misguided and don’t understand the meaning of customer service! This location needs to be shut down!!!! They are horrible and rushed me so bad my phone cracked! Please they even lied to me and said, the system shut down rewards so they didn’t have to do anything. They almost tried to charge me 50 for a 30 dollar transaction because of laziness! I will be writing corporate and calling the appropriate parties! The pharmacy is even not up to standards!
Went to get passport pictures woman said it would take an hour and a half. I said ok then she said that she couldnt do it beacause of my shirt. I have a passport. your shirt is not in picture.
Clean pharmacy. You can buy everything from snacks and make-up to medical equipment. The actual pharmacy is open later than others in the area.
The pharmacy has been incredibly rude on multiple instances. They just hung up on me after telling me they don’t have my prescription and this is the only pharmacy we’ve ever used. We will not be returning.

I went to my Walgreens at 7pm to pick up a needed prescription. The store is open until midnight. The pharmacy was closed due to low personnel but, will reopen tomorrow morning on time. Tonight is Saturday and it is Halloween night as well. I feel that something is not ringing true. If they are able to staff the pharmacy in 12hrs and they know it as they posted it, then what’s the problem? Just wanting to go out for Halloween is not a good reason to leave customers without their medication. I feel that people working in healthcare should be dedicated to their work.
I made an appointment for 8am for a flu shot on the web site. Staff said it would be 30 minutes because they just opened. WHY OFFER THE APPOINTMENT AT 8 AM? Ridiculous. And, the shot I receive isnt available. Why did the appointment process allow me to make an appointment? Back to CVS
I went inside to buy Arnold Palmer zero sugar tea. I had six bottles. The cashier and manager both told me I was only allowed to buy four. I asked why since I have bought 6-10 bottles five or more times in the past. The manager said it was policy. She stated it was in the weekly flier. I checked the flier and there was no statement of a limit on quantities. I tried to reach a district or corporate office but no luck. Disappointed especially by manager saying it was enforced so others could by some. I have yet to see this product sold out at this store. Gave stopped shopping there.
If I could give negative stars I would! The only person in the pharmacy that has ANY customer service skills is a tech named Dawn. I waited over and hour for 2 prescriptions after leaving the hospital. I was clearly in pain and when I finally was about to check out they only gave me one of my prescriptions! I had to ask about the second one! The pharmacist who checked me out offered no apology to forgetting one of my medications. Never again will I use this pharmacy.
Extremely rude! Pharmacist and employee rolled their eyes at me. They also acted like filling my prescription was an inconvenience for them! This is your job! My amazing doctor even called the pharmacist directly, and now I’m forced to leave the country without my prescription. I will switch to CVS as soon as I return back from my trip.

After I dropped my sons much needed prescription @ 1030a and telling them I had Medicaid/anthem, they told me an hour. Now they are telling me they dont take it after I waisted my time dropping it off and going to work. I dont even live in VB, i just conveniently used this location since it was the closet en my route to my parents house. Highly irritating and a waste of my time and gas. The pharmacist showed little to no concern, as if she couldnt relate, if it was for her son. Thank god I wont need to use this location in the future. Bad customer service and experience!
I come here all the time and I truly love this place. You guys recently hired a young male employee who is constantly on his phone, doesn’t pay attention to customers and over charges people when he has to type in a UPC. I get that he’s young and he doesn’t understand the importance of a job but you as a store should probably I don’t know reprimand him. I was overcharged for a gallon of water. It’s whatever take it as a donation but do something about this employee. Every time I come in there he has the worst customer service, all other associates are fine.
Stay on the phone for 25 minutes then she wants the name of the prescription so I said I can’t remember I will give you my name and DOB and u see if it is there .She hung up the phone
The pharmacy needs better management and employees !!!! Ones who dont mind working late hours !!! Ones who are personable !!!They need to make another Walgreens 24 hours !!!
The pharmacy drive through wait time tonight was inconceivable. I sat there for 35 minutes before I made it to the window. Then another 10 minutes waiting at the window to even be acknowledged! The wait times inside are rarely faster. They also have the second drive through lane blocked with poles so you can forget about turning/driving around. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. I will not be returning to this location.
There’s a cashier here, Dawn... I️ don’t know her from anywhere other than shopping here. This woman is ALWAYS ALWAYS SOOO friendly- she’s made it a point to remember my and my daughters names. That would be enough to write a great review, but she also goes out of her way to make sure I️ haven’t overlooked any coupons, saving me money! I️ always pick Walgreens over any competitors because of her amazing customer service!!

Pharmacy staff are rude and incompetent. They lost my hard copy prescription and blamed me saying she handed it back to me when she absolutely did not. My issue was swept under the rug and there was NO follow up from any management staff to resolve the issue.
Pharmacy department is a horror show. Rude, slow, no compassion, very long wait even when your RX is ready. My doctor sends the rx and they claim they havent received anything. It usually takes 24 house before you can pick up a rx if its not a paper prescription.The check out people in the front of the store and the photo department are always welcoming. They have always been very helpful and polite.I hope the pharmacy department will be reviewed and corrected.
Don’t get your prescriptions filled here. The whole pharmacy staff is rude. I went to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready to be picked up an hour prior to me getting there and it hadn’t even been put in yet. Also when it was ready, they didn’t even ask me if my child had taken the medication before, if I had any questions or if I needed to talk to the pharmacist. When my husband called to ask why they didn’t provide any information, he was informed that it’s the patients responsibility only to ask the questions. Completely rude and I will never pick up another prescription here.

Pharmacist went above and beyondHelping me with Rx andPrescription benefits with insurance company. She took the extra time to cut through the red tape and solve the problem. Have plenty of time for refills but they are absolutely worth waiting for. BestInntown!

I stopped here about 10 minutes before the pharmacy was closing and they would not assist me and turned me away. The pharmacy tech could have at least offered to call another store to see if they had my prescription before sending me all the way to another store.
Today I had a serious costumer service issue that goes all the way to the store manager. I was correctly requested to present a form authorizing the printing of my wedding photos from the Professional photographer. When I arrived at the store to pick up my photos, they had not yet been printed and to add insult to injury, my form was refused. The contact information was deemed insufficient because they were unable to call the international number (Mexico) provided. If you want your wedding photos printed out, please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!
General store staff is rude and completely unhelpful. Not friendly at all and not willing to help. Very very rude, i will be sharing this and none of my family or friends will be returning here. There are much better places to go.
If I could them NO STAR, I WOULD. I have never seen such a SLOW and incredibly incompetent group of people then the pharmacy staff at the WalGreens on Holland/Windsor Oaks. Came here last night to pick up Jons antibiotics and the lady literally gave me back my prescription card, asked for my insurance card and stood there for almost 10 minutes telling me my insurance was inactive. Come to find out, she DID need my prescription card and legit told me she didnt realize that it said prescription card. Stike 1. And now today, I dropped off a 3 day prescription at 12pm... its now almost 3pm and it still isnt done. The minute I called and spoke to someone and asked WHY it takes 3 hours for a 2 day prescription only to have them text me within 5 minutes of that call that it done. Really!? Strike 2 and 3. THIS is why I love Krogers pharmacy. They are FAST. So is CVS. Never, ever again.

Went yesterday to pick up my meds turns out the pharmacist and technician on duty around 4pm did not give me my full prescription if i could leave 1 star i would this could be happen to many more people. So here is my review on the people we trust with our health. Then the pharmist on duty today just laughs in my ear. They could have hurt somebody let alone killed someone by giving them the wrong medication so beware and check your medicine.
This has got to be the slowest walgreens on the face of the earth. I dont know why i continually give them chances. Literally still sitting in the drive throigh after 25 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. Terrible terrible terrible.
I am sad to say that Walgreens has lost a loyal customer and former employee. Walgreens on holland rd, store #4446, was always my go to, until today. Issues within the pharmacy- script written for a 90 day supply only receiving 30 days with no explanation until I inquired. They blame the insurance company, okay, fine. But call them and see what can be figured out because it was written this way for a purpose. I was early to fill a script, they could t fill it until thr 24th, ok cool, pharmacist told me to call 3 days prior and it would be ready the 24th. Well no, this date was the 21st, in physically in your store, this is me, dropping it off (again) 3 days prior as you requested. Return to pick it up now the 28th, and you tell me IT’S NOT READY!?!? Was 7 days not a long enough request? Upon return to actually get it, you neglected to apply the discount card on file, that’s your policy, I get it, but from now on I’ll go to a retailer who has my interest in mind rather than greed.
This pharmacy is always extremely busy. Most of the employees are rude and act like they are doing you a favor. I have been there when theres nobody in line and three employees are behind the counter. There was someone waiting in the drive thru and my self inside. After standing there for what seemed like 5 minutes the person in the drive thru left. One of the employees then walked past me to attend to the next car that pulled up. I confronted her explaining they had just pulled up and she rudely responded that they had been waiting and blew me off. Its sad that they offer a plan in conjunction with AARP and this is the service your stuck having to accept.
Employee #224 as printed on my receipt, so i am assuming was the girl that rang me up, made this an unpleasant shopping experience for me. I have never been in a walgreens before and after todays experience I doubt I will ever come back.
I went 4 times to try to get an 11x14 picture printed out, each time the employees blamed each other, the final time I went the employee blamed other employees, the internet and also me. She was unwilling to explain or help me to find a solution. When I asked questions trying to understand she said look. Ive worked here for 9 yearsRude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. A waste of time and money to shop here.
