I went to this specific location for my needs (especially for afro hair products). The products that I need/want are always there. And if they werent, the staff called other locations to see what I needed were in other stores. Amazing customer service in my opinion!🥰😊

Terrible customer service. I went in looking for wax and the girl with purple hair behind the counter pointed and said, “Back of the store.” I then asked if she knew about color developer and she very snidely said, “It’s with all the other hair color stuff.” When I made my way back to the counter she asked if we found everything we were looking for. I said no and she replied with an “ok” with a huge smile on her face and shrugged her shoulders. She rang me up and when I asked for a bag, so I could hold my kids’ hands, she said they we’re “all out”.

Kaya was exceptionally helpful and kept me from causing horrific damage to my hair and social life!!!! i dont live near this sallys but i come by because everyone is super helpful!

I just walked into this store! I have always had good Experiences in here, the employees are always friendly and helpful! But today was exceptional, I walk and the young lady was assisting an elderly women, whom was hard of hearing but super sweet, she wanted eye lashes, and the young lady assisting her was so patient and kind with her, I watched and observed, it brought me to tears, seeing the way the younger generation treated her, restores my faith in humanity, I lost my mom recently and this is exactly 💯 how I would of wanted my mom treated! Your employee, though I don’t know her name was one of the most patient and kind human being I’ve ever encountered! Thank you for making me smile today and seeing that not all is lost in today’s society!

I didnt catch the girls name thats working today but she is so kind. Definitely my favorite sallys in the area!

Out of the Sally Beauty stores Ive been to, this place is by far the best one Ive had experiences with. They offer assistance, information on products and sales. Very customer service orientated and showed a lot of initiative.

I love Sallys! They always got my wells t14 that I like to use when I tone my hair. Honestly, I love all the Sallys lol not just this location.
