One of the worst lip wax Ive ever received. When I got to the counter I was asked are you ok? I was clearly at a counter trying to inquire about a service. Once I got the wax, no mirror was offered to see the job that was done or anything. I was handed a ticket while she was talking to other workers and she walked away. When I got to my car I see she missed the corners of both sides of my lip.... basically the main reason women get their lips waxed. It was unprofessional and the job done was subpar.

I broke out pretty bad on my forehead after getting a wax at the Brow Bar when I actually wanted a tweeze (more expensive) to begin with. The girl I could tell wanted to wax me, told me all this stuff about the wax and assured me I would be fine. Even though I was still concerened. Now I’m broken out worse than I have ever broken out from waxing. I love my shape but disappointed this employee didn’t hear me out, and didn’t want to do a tweeze
