After calling 3 other dealerships about getting my front license plate installed and getting the run around, I contacted RK and was quickly connected to someone who set up an appointment. We were in and out in less than an hour. They handled my insurance claim and everything was a breeze. Very pleased that everything was taken care of in one visit. The final install looks great.
I bought a few trucks here and on my brand new one the breaks squeal so bad they are obviously defective with only 7k miles. Scheduled them to be looked at and waited 2 weeks for my appointment to come. Yesterday was my appointment to get them looked at and get an oil change. Dropped my truck off yesterday morning and a day later had still not heard from them. Called them today and was told a service writer had to get back to me. A few hours go by and I call back only to be told my service writer was out and someone else would call me back. Now a day and a half after my appointment someone calls and says they are finally looking at my truck and someone would be calling me to let me know what’s going on. Not sure why they scheduled an appointment for yesterday if they couldn’t even look at it until today, but I’m sure they have their reasons. Now 2 days have come and gone and I’m still waiting on that elusive phone call. It’s an oil change and break check people and now tomorrow will be my 3rd day without my work truck. I can’t work without my truck. Word to the wise, I think you should really consider the type of customer service you will receive if you end up purchasing here.

I have spent over 2k and my car has the same problems I reported to them. All I was told was to bring it back if It happens again by than I will have no warranty left for work performed. I feel like Rk Chevrolet isnt nothing but some backyard mechanics. I have already taken my car to them 3 times and thats a week without a car or a loaner.
Great service center! Everyone was friendly. Was offered a free Uber within 10 miles while waiting, but I just hung out in their nice customer waiting room.
Seem to do a fine job. Wish they did more for the people who bought their vehicles from them. Even beach ford started offering free oil changes a few years back.
Bought a car here before, always liked their state inspections being so detailed but good to know that they just answer the phone and hang up on you without a word.

We were there for a recall service, they were professional and even fixed a few items while we were there!
Put truck in shop for repairs to only pick up with excuses and a flat tire. The flat was to be fixed with the list of other items not repaired. When you try to talk to someone about the issues, you get childish excuses. Unfortunately, after leaving my truck in their shop for an extra two days, I will still have to schedule it for repairs at another facility.
Great services with valuable people.
