Made appointment, which I had to change due to other commitments, and had no problem with that. Very courteous and accommodating. Took my car in at appointed time and was on my way in about an hour. Not bad for a safety inspection and courtesy inspection. Gave me printout of what was discovered during inspection. Passed with flying colors. Great place to do business

Wonderful people, incredibly professional and kind. I have come here for inspections, diagnostics, oil changes, and repairs. Today was just an inspection-and they blew me away. I came in with two young children. They brought my car back in a timely manner, and gave each of my children an adorable teddy bear! Their waiting room is spacious, and has a few kids toys as well-as a mom, it’s much appreciated. The inspection was done quickly, and they had a cold bottle of water waiting for me, as well as opening the back door so I could load my toddler and infant in quickly. Christian Brothers is the best automotive shop I’ve ever worked with. We had a really uncommon issue with our car that took a bit of time to solve. Christian Brothers stayed in touch with updates every day of the process, and even partnered with a local dealership when specific services were needed from the manufacturer. They also stayed true to the initial proposed costs despite the complex issues with the car, with no surprise or last minute fees. I have never experienced a shop that is so upfront, honest and friendly, and would highly recommend!

I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. After failing miserably to work the online appointment method I called and got one scheduled quickly. They were top notch. They even offer a ride back to your business or home instead of waiting there!They take pics and document the entire inspection and send them to you via text. Amazing! They also provided recommended fixes but don’t try to sell you things you don’t need.When I picked up my car they had a cold bottle of water in the cup holder.Yes, their synthetic oil is a bit pricey. It was worth it to me to have the process documented and get treated like you matter. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Disappointed in the service. Went to CB for first time because close by, good reviews, and shuttle service. Shuttle service driver was excellent, but I cant say the same about the customer/auto service. I had state inspection, oil change, tire rotation, wheel balance done. Appt was 11:30, but I dropped off at 9:30. I thought that was plenty of time for the work, for them to tell me what else I need done, and to do any of the minor extra work, if necessary. I heard nothing from them until I called at 4 to find out status and was told my car was in the air (on the rack). Heard nothing still until shuttle driver picked me up about 5:15 (they close at 6). Upon arrival at shop at 5:30, I asked status of my car and was told that if shuttle picked me up, my car was done. It wasnt. Despite it being 1.5 hrs after I was told it was on the rack the first time, they said thats where it was. When they finally finished just before closing, they printed a list of items that I needed to have done and included photo of heavy corrosion on battery, which they did not offer to clean before I left. They said theyd send me a text/link with pricing on all the work I needed and that there was a cold bottle of water waiting in my car for me. Neither was true. After a week, I called to ask for the pricing they had promised and they said theyd send it. I never received it, so I guess they dont want my business. At least we are on the same page about that. Very disappointing, as I had hoped they would be my new go to auto shop.SECOND EXPERIENCE: Owner called me personally to apologize for my first experience. He clearly strives for stellar customer service. I needed additional maintenance, so I gave CB a second chance and my second experience was much better. When their policies are followed, CB works like a well-oiled machine. CB schedules drop offs at different times so there is little to no wait for customers. I received a text when the work on my car began; another later to let me know they were still working on it; and a phone call when the work was completed. At pickup, they back in customers cars by the front door, so they don’t have to search for it or do any maneuvering to get out of their busy parking lot. Because of these standards, I will likely return to CB.

Everyone was super friendly and the repair came in under budget. I like the warranty as well to give me peace of mind. Overall it was an excellent experience.I had to get a rack and pinion replaced on my 2010 ford fusion hybrid. I also had to move cross country in the same month. Happy to say I made the trip without a glitch. They also charged $1000 less than the dealership.

Very impressed with this place. All the employees are very nice and the waiting room is clean and welcoming with amenities like granola bars, coffee, tea, and water. The free shuttle service is incredibly convenient. They send updates by email or text with pictures of everything going on with your car, as well as a request for you to approve or decline the services they deem necessary, which also have the price listed so you know what to expect. And when I picked up my car, there was a cold bottle of water with a referral coupon in my cup holder. I’ll definitely be coming back!

So Im skeptical of mechanics. I have trust issues. Mechanics and I havent had that great of a past. This place was beyond amazing. GREAT first impression. Theyre clear, thorough (so it seems), the communication (which is a HUGE one for me) is FANTASTIC, seeing the reports on my vehicle is by far the coolest thing Ive seen with a mechanic (Im also very visual so pics definitely helped), very attentive and friendly staff, for some reason the added touch of the complimentary water just topped it all off. I was referred to Christian Brothers by 2 friends I trust. This will now be our go-to mechanic because we needed one closer to home and someone we could count on. The car is running great! We had a starter replaced as well as the drive belt. It took a little longer than originally planned, however, all auto shops are running behind right now so I will not hold that against them. Pricing was fair and I used their shuttle service which was very convenient.

They did a great job and were friendly and helpful. My only issue is that they advertise on their website that they have a discount for veterans. However, they fail to state that the discount only applies to retired or active military. All of us who served our country and didnt stay until retirement are not considered as veterans. I think this is a bad policy as many of us do our duty, serve our country and move on to other jobs. We never stop being veterans!

Came in with a faulty headlight. Paid them 150 dollars for an electrical diagnostic. Told me I needed to pay them 700 dollars to replace the entire headlamp assembly. I decided to do it myself. I got a replacement headlamp and put it in. Bulb still didnt work. It was a faulty fuse (I know). I paid 150 dollars for the diagnostic and they wanted me to pay 700 more for a fuse. Either this is gross negligence or a scam. I usually trust these people but no more. Just take your car to the dealer.

First of all, Christian Brothers are very reliable and trustworthy. I’ve taken my cars a couple of times and they only charged me with the necessary repairs.Matt was the first mechanic to accommodate my first car. He was very thorough and have even gone over the problems with every detail. It was up to me to decide which problem to get fixed first without any pressure.Recently, Luis helped me and was very professional and very nice. Always called me for updates and explained everything. I was not charged because they could not find a problem. Communication-wise, they always keep you updated via text on the progress.So if you are afraid that you might be taken advantage of unnecessary costs/repairs, not at Christian Brothers. Their word of mouth business says it all. You have to make an appointment because they are always booked. I will always go to them for honest transaction with the confidence that I will not be taken advantage of.

So i took my car there for an inspection. Mind you its only 2 years old with only 11k miles. I was told i needed an oil change (which the sticker i had from my previous place i got my oil changed at was not at the due date. Maybe 2 months before) and that my marker lights on the side did not work. I never had an issue with this car until i got it back from them. I told them to fix all the problems because i didnt want to ride around with a failed sticker. They suggested i take it to the dealer to fix my electrical side marker issue because its under warranty and it would be free. When i got my car back, even more issues arose when my center console screen started flickering on and off, plus my lights for my gear shifter were not functioning. It makes me feel like they messed something up, then found out they could not fix it so they told me to take it to the dealer. Now i have to wait 1 week and a half to get my car into the dealership while riding around with a failed inspection sticker because of 2 small marker lights on the side of the car. Ive never had any isssues with my car until i got it back from them.

I already have decided my Jeep had a computer problem or a cannon plug problem when I brought my Grand Cherokee in. It was discussed at the beginning, that no matter if it is the computer or not, I wanted the plugs repaired or replaced. The computer was replaced and it fixed the original problem. I was informed the cannon plug was fixed as well. A day later I noticed that neither cannon was replaced. I asked about this, and have yet to receive any information on this. Being this is the first time ever bringing my vehicle to a garage for repairs, I know now Christian Brothers must be in name only and not in practice.

DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE. TOOK MY SUBARU IMPREZA IN FOR A WHINING NOISE. QUOTED FOR AN ENTIRE REPLACEMENT OF AN AC COMPRESSOR WHICH I AGREED TO EVEN THOUGH THE PRICE WAS HIGH. I AGREED ONLY BECAUSE THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON MY TRUCK WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN LAST TIME AND THOUGHT I WAS PAYING FOR QUALITY SERVICE. THEY REPLACED THE AC COMPRESSOR FIXING THE SOUND WHICH WAS GREAT BUT IN DOING SO THEY CAUSED A MUCH BIGGER ISSUE. THERE WAS NO ISSUES WITH THE AC GETTING COLD BEFORE GETTING THE WORK DONE BUT NOW WITH THE NEW COMPRESSOR MY CAR BARLEY GETS COLD. I BROUGHT MY CAR INTO THEM 2 MORE TIMES TO FIX THE ISSUE THEY EVEN REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR AGAIN UNDER WARRANTY. THEY HAD MY CAR FOR A TOTAL OF 7 DAYS AND DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. I TRIED WORKING WITH THEM TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT IT WASENT GETTING COLD ANYMORE OVER THE PHONE THEY SEEMED UNINTERESTED OR ANNOYED WITH ONE PERSON THAT TEST DROVE IT AND SAYING, IT FELT ICY TO ME AFTER I WAS DESCRIBING HOW HOT IT WAS. NOW I DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY TO WORK ON MY CAR ANYMORE AND AM GOING TO BE GETTING A NEW MECHANIC TO LOOK AT THEIR WORK AND FIX THE ISSUE THEY CAUSED.

The best customer service I have received at an automotive repair shop ever! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The shuttle service they provide is a huge bonus. They had even put a teddy bear in my daughters car seat when I came back to pick up my car. What a WONDERFUL experience! I was driving to my morning workout and had a blow out at 5:45a! CBA was the ONLY shop open at 7:00a. I had my car towed there and the staff ensured I was attended to immediately. Once I was checked in, they gave me a courtesy ride to work (WOW!) and gave me updates via text. As they proceeded to do the repair, they sent text updates with links that showed what was done (very high tech with pictures and descriptions). When the work was completed, they followed up with a voice call to ensure I understood everything. I got a ride to the garage, they explained everything again, I paid and found a FREE Water and thank you card in the passenger seat. They definitely work hard to get that WOW effect. Great Job! Go see them for ALL your automotive needs!

I had an inspection with Christian Brothers back in October and it was a 5 star experience! I arrived before they opened to drop off my keys and Brian was gracious enough to take me to and from work for 2 days. He kept me updated with his ETA via text and was very personable. I was in a bind with my car possibly having to stay at Christian Brothers over the weekend. When explaining the situation to Luis he tried his hardest to ensure my car get inspected by Friday. They have impeccable customer service and I look forward to getting my car inspected with them next year.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, good or bad, I just tell my close family and friends about my experience but I HAVE to brag about this place. I took my car to Christian Brothers Automotive yesterday to be serviced and I don’t think they could’ve possibly been any nicer. Matt checked me in and actually gave me info that helped make a better decision on what to have done, specifically a transmission flush vs. fluid change. I felt like he was being honest because the one that ended up being better was the cheaper one, when he could’ve just said “alrighty we’ll call you when it’s ready” and did what I originally booked for, which may or may not have caused problems after. As most car places do, they do the complimentary inspection to tell you what else may need to be worked on and I did not feel pressured at all to get more work done when I declined.On top of all that, they gave me a bottle of water with a reference card for a friend to get $20 off $100 and for me to get $20 of $100 once redeemed. AND I just found a cute little teddy bear with a CBA shirt on it in the car seat for my baby boy I’m expecting soon. How adorable ❤️

Brought my van in for an inspection and an oil change and the customer service was outstanding. I had to drive my vehicle with my infant in it and they offered to bring me home in my own car and drop me off since he is in an infant car seat. Then they finished the vehicle and so I did not need to walk over with my infant they came and dropped my car off to me! I have never had such a great experience at an auto mechanic. We will definitely be back!

Got a pre-purchase inspection there and was floored by how awesome the customer service was. Going to be recommending this place to everyone I know. Louis at the front took some extra time to chat with me about the inspection and even did a follow up call the next day to ask if I had any questions or concerns. When I was paying and about to leave, they pulled up my car for me ready to go and running and left a bottle of water with a thank you on it. From start to finish, my experience at Christian Brothers Automotive Services was top notch. Their professional and courteous staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and they thoroughly educate you about the status of your car, their services and your options. Trust was created very quickly and Matt was very honest. I appreciated the friendly banter from Brian, their driver, during my courtesy shuttle ride to work! There is never any pressure from them to purchase more than what you came there for and the level of customer service you get as a customer is simply priceless! I am a new lifetime customer and will definitely tell my friends about them!

Discount Tires referred me to Christian Brothers Automotive. This was my first time using them. They are only doing drop offs at this time and they have a driving service that can drop you off back home & pick you back up when your car is ready. Everyone was very friendly & professional! These guys are amazing. I would recommend an appointment as they stay busy so that should tell you that they do great work. Never had a complaint with them and my cars are both road worthy. The service was excellent and I say this because they took the time to diagnose the issue and took some great pictures so I could see what was really going on with the vehicle. I was impressed that they even called me in to show me some other issues that they discovered before going through and completing the repairs. If would recommend any and everyone to go here for all of there repair needs.

I have nothing but great things to say about this business. Everyone from top to bottom is extremely courteous and professional. They do quality work at a fair price. A thorough, complimentary inspection is conducted by the mechanics to accurately diagnose needed repairs. The staff then sends pictures of what needs to be repaired now or at some time in the near future with the commensurate estimate for the work. You then decide and approve what you’d like to get done. The lobby and garage are very clean and organized and is reflective of their approach to providing their high level of service. I’ve been in the area for close to 40 years and have not encountered any shop that provides the service or customer care they do. Not one. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for honest, quality service.

After a terrible experience at Tire Choice for state inspection, I chose to bring my car to Christian Brothers. I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with their business. Not only did they give give my child a teddy bear, for the same $20 I wasted at elsewhere I received a full inspection with a full breakdown and with pictures of my car. Definitely THE place to take your vehicles.

I entrusted my Jag to Christian Brothers when I couldn’t get it to start after not driving it for six months. I thought maybe a battery, which did not fix the issue. They went above and beyond with coordinating with Jaguar to ensure everything was fixed and back to quality standards. Keeping me in the loop, going over issues in laymen’ s terminology, and even handing over the car at the door with a fresh bottle of water waiting. Service extraordinaire! So when I needed a state inspection, of course the friendly and honest Christian Brothers. During this time of Covid, They picked up my car, sent me a link to pay online, and delivered to my house once the inspection was completed. I cannot praise them enough. Service? Friendly? No hidden costs? Keeps you informed? Use these guys! You won’t be disappointed.

Called some time back and talked to a gentleman about a service light on in my car that turned out to be a simple reset. I don’t remember who I talked to, but he recommended I tried a set of steps to reset the light which was actually a timer before bringing my vehicle in for service, and of course it fixed my issue!Today, I read a story about this shop on Wavy and I saw the true caliber of the folks there, taking care of a much less fortunate individual, and I immediately felt guilty that I didn’t follow up my experience with a proper thank you and a five star review.Kirk, I wish your business continued success, safety, and I want to thank you for your empathy and kindness to that man... what you did “for the least of these” truly touched my soul.
