My rear bumper looked horrendous as a result of me attempting my own body work. I brought it into superior after getting a few other quotes and I felt comfortable right away. I damaged the front of my car backing out of the driveway. I went to Superior for my second of three estimates. I didn’t go to my third estimate because I was confident Superior could repair my car exceeding my expectations. And they did. I needed 2 new doors and other work done. from the beginning Mr. Russell was very informative, He talk to me extensively on what I should get and shouldnt get. Also he gave his limitations on what he will and wont do. He suggested different alternatives to help keep me at a affordable price seeing as how Insurance wasnt involved and I was paying outta pocket. My husband had used Superior in the past, so when I got hit we knew just where to go. My car color is red and Russell told me that color can be tricky to match. I used superior in 2015 to get my Ford ranger fixed after an accident and they did such an amazing job that I brought them my 08 gti after I got into another accident. Even though it was a total loss, Russ and his crew took on the project and impressed me in every way shape and form! The car looks like it just came off the lot and came in a few hundred cheaper than the original estimate. Any time my friends or family ever need any paint or body work done they are coming to superior! They are hands down the best and most reliable, professional company in the business. I had a minor fender bender recently (my fault 😩). Luckily there was no damage to the other car and the damage to mine wasn’t structural. A sizable dent to my rear bumper (yay, plastic!), but little more than that. I didn’t want to use insurance, but I brought it to the dealership to see if they could push out the dent. I was informed I’d have to replace the bumper for a cost of close to $1,000. Since I wasn’t willing to pay that much for a cosmetic repair, I went to Superior to see if maybe they could fix it. If not, I’d live with it. Well, not only could they help me, but there was no need to replace the bumper and I ended up paying less than my deductible would have been. If I need similar work in the future (I hope I don’t), I’ll take my business to Russell. The body shop truly IS Superior!

My 2015 CAMARO LOOKS GREAT! The owner was very knowledgeable. He offered an alternate way to have my car fixed, without compromising on the quality of the repair, which saved me money. Miranda, the receptionist, was also very kind and helpful. She was even able to arrange a ride for me to my home, after I left my car with them.

The bumper on my 2001 Tacoma was damaged beyond repair when another vehicle ran into it. Since the new bumper needed to be painted I decided to get my 20 year old truck repainted. I called Superior and that day Russell was able to give me an estimate and he actually talked me out of getting the whole truck painted (since overall the paint is in good shape). I did get the hood painted and a few spots touched up. All work performed by them was great! When I talked with Russell I could tell he expects top quality work coming out of his shop. It is nice to find a business that cares about their quality of work, being honest with potential customers, and delivering a finished product on time and for the price quoted.

Had the rear corners on a 2005 Ford F-250 replaced plus front hood and fenders repainted. Getting an appointment for estimate was only a phone call away, got in the next day. Came in with nasty scuffs in several spots on the hood of my 2019 Chevy Silverado from debris flying off a truck on the highway. Russell was amazing! My car was considered a total loss by my car issuance. Its 10 years old with a cracked radiator support, broken front bumper, headlight and fender. Basically the front end of the car needed fixed. He came recommended by a different collision center. It turns out if a place is covered by your insurance, then they cant help you with a car thats been totaled. Hes a master mechanic, runs a clean and efficient shop. From the time I decided to fix my car to the day I drove it home, he was available for every question and extremely fast repair time. He saved me about $800 as well. I dont want to need body work done again but Ill go back to him and tell everyone to go there. He was very honest and helpful.

I was also quoted $900 by a business saying I needed my brakes completely replaced. Knowing that I had recently had my car fixed by Superior- I went to them, confused about the quote. I scratched and had minor dents to the entire side of my car. I went to a few auto body shops that were used to conducting full scratch/dent and paint repairs and was quoted for $1500 in repairs. However, I was not looking for major work as I didn’t feel it necessary. That’s what lead me to Superior, I was really impressed with their professional customer service, honest, and affordable repairs. The guys helped me out with same day service, and although there are a ton of shops in that small area...Superior is the way to go.

I have a 2012 Camry. I purchased the vehicle plain with no thrills since the dealer charges an arm and a leg for the smallest of details. I looked them up via an old fashioned phone book even in 2012. I took my vehicle to them and they did a fabulous job tricking out my Camry...LOL! Ive been back twice for car repairs on the same vehicle and another car. I dont even consider other spots. Their work is truly superior!

Mr. Russell Cox had been very helpful to me. He helped me raise my insurance appraisal by from $2,100 to $2,300 and lowered my repair cost from $3,200 to $2,400 (all rounded off). Overall he saved me a lot of money from $1,100 of repair cost to just over $100. My husband said it is unheard of and he might be keeper. Contacted Superior about a vehicle I had recently purchased that needed some body work (rust problems) and spoke with Russell. He told me to bring it by so he could take a look. Although they were very busy when I arrived he took time to go over every detail of what needed to be done to fix the problem.Russell is honest and straight forward....no fluff. He gave me a few scenarios of how the problem could be addressed and even told me how long each could potentially last. He made no efforts to “sell” me. Auto body and detail work are time tested skills. The real result comes with time. I used them about a year or so ago for some detailing. And just revealed a spot on my right front fender that was friction burned, probably orbital buffer damage. Staff is professional and welcoming, but Id prefer and undamaged paint finish.
