Marissa has been incredible for the childrens enrichment classes. The kids were able to experience and complete art using all different mediums. Marissa was consistently friendly, welcoming and able to accommodate the different ages and skill levels within the group. We are very happy with our experience! Highly recommend!

Passing through Virginia Beach and my daughter needed something to do so we dropped in. The associate Marisa was very kind and helpful. They have a wide selection of projects for boys and girls.

My son and I had a blast and Marissa was so helpful and patient with us. She showed us all kinds of techniques to make our pottery look exactly how we wanted. Im so excited to pick it up once its been fired in the kiln. We had a fantastic experience and I would strongly recommend this place.

The hostess and employees are very kind and attentive. Its relaxing and they have a reasonable price range on things to paint.

Spent the day at Potts N Paints in virginia beach with my family... What a fantastic place! They truly have something for everyone from mosaic art to canvas painting and figurine painting. We have a big family in our blended group there is a total of 7 kids from ages 2 to 13 and all 7 kids had a blast! The staff there is amazing... Tammi and Melissa are just the best! In light of Covid 19 we have not taken the kids out for their own safety and Tammi made it so comfortable for our family and supplied us with our own private room to use as our personal paint studio. Melissa was tentative and super sweet and patient with all requests our kids had! I highly recommend this place for a family fun day! We will be back soon!

The customer service here is terrible I call trying to find out more information about their clay and pottery classes and Kira said they dont do clay. I told her it says otherwise on their website and the girl said they dont use their website anymore she doesnt now. I was trying to book a birthday party and they were completely useless and made me feel like an idiot for asking questions. The place sounds like its run by a bunch of teenagers who have no idea what theyre doing. They lost my business with a single phone call.

New management! Been coming here for 5+yrs and been here for 3 owners. Love this place and usually pretty quiet.
